Picture that famous scene from Jerry Maguire; A successful sports agent has a crisis of conscience and decides to shift his focus and deal with clients in a new way. Something similar happened to Ironman veteran and global fitness instructor Bevan James Eyles from Christchurch. He realized so much of his work is with people who want to exercise. What about the ones who don't? That ah ha moment led to his latest book that reaches out to people who don't share his ardor for abdominal crunches.
