In Episode 83 of In The Saddle Podcast racing journalist Chris Loader hosts, former jockey Paul Callaghan, racing pundit Steve Shanks and Betfair's Marc Hryhorskyj previewing the racing at Beverley & Haydock.

In the opening Achilles Stakes the panel are divided in a tight contest with the veteran El Astronaute leading the betting for John Quinn. Paul thinks King's Lynn could be the biggest danger as the four-year-old boasts some strong form in his recent outings.

The panel all agree Cabaletta is a weak favourite in the Pinnacle Stakes for Roger Varian who seems to have lost her way and connections now turn to the first time blinkers.

At Beverley the podcast then ends with two tight looking juvenile races which has produced some super stars over the years including Liberty Beach and Attraction.
