The NHL trade deadline came and went and with it plenty of teams stocked up for the future by selling off their rental players to contenders. Toronto went small game hunting with Nic Petan and Nic Baptiste, but may be better off for it! We break down the Leafs moves ahead of the playoffs and talk about the Eastern Conference race for the playoffs!

The NFL trade season is upon us as Adam, Al, and Greg talk the Amari Cooper to Dallas deal and the Hyde to Jacksonville trade. Segment two heats up with a look at Indy separating themselves from Buffalo's level of bad, a bad Titans gamble in bloody old England, and a brief talk on Mitch Trubisy actually looking really good.
