In this episode I sit down and chat with 3 of my former minor hockey teammates - Nick Ursitti, Nicky Eustace (Jibz) and Matt Alvaro. We all played on the 1996 Mississauga Rebel's team together and have stayed good friends since our minor hockey days. We reminisce about some of our fond minor hockey memories, transitioning from minor to junior (and subsequently college) as well as chat about handling concussions in hockey and the surge of the Vegas Golden Knights. This was a fun chat and my favourite episode yet. I truly think everyone listening will enjoy this one. Hello Everyone!

This week I chatted with a good buddy of mine, Garrett Mcfadden. Garret had a decorated OHL career with the Guelph Storm, winning an OHL championship and captaining the team for 2 years. He also created Mcfadden's Movement, an initiative geared towards ending the mental health stigma in sport.

We had a great discussion detailing everything we learned from our journeys up the ranks in the hockey world. Garret also had some great insights and stories!

Make sure to check out Garret on social: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/gmcfadden27/?hl=en Twitter: https://twitter.com/gmcfadden27

Make sure to follow Mcfadden's Movement as well!!!
