After much debate about which episode to release for our last episode of "The Just F-FIT Podcast", I decided to call and audible :)
So for our last and final episode, I recorded a message I wanted to share to all of our supporters. Whether you choose to continue following me on my next venture on "The People's Coach" Podcast or not, I want to wrap things up by giving you TANGIBLE TIPS that have helped me transform my life and my client's lives.
Remember, "Fight for what you want now, or fight against what you DON'T WANT later."
Make sure we stay connected on social media (@angeloliloc) and if you feel lead to, go and follow "The People's Coach" in a few weeks when we release this new show! Thank you for all the support and love you've given us since the very beginning! Love you guys.
Happy Friday! And for the final time....#IAMTEAMFFIT
Today's episode is less than five minutes because next week's episode will be the LAST "Just F-FIT Podcast". I know, I know... it's definitely not an easy transition to make.
Check out today's show and make sure you tune in next week to hear about how we can stay connected!
I'm going to miss doing these, but I know this new phase in life is where I'm supposed to be. Thank you for all your continued love and support! See you next week for our last episode! #iamteamFFIT
This is the first step to GREATNESS. Having the ability to be unapologetically YOU and separate yourself from who and what others expect you to be. That is freedom.
That's how you step into becoming the highest version of yourself, the person you were created to be. I'm in the middle of the separation now and it's one of the most uncomfortable things I've had to endure. This idea of separating from what others think and feel about me was definitely an ongoing challenge.
Nevertheless, the more I stayed consistent, the better I felt and the more empowered I became. Today's episode is just a little taste of what goes through my mind as I reflect upon this evolution in my life. Thank you guys for your continued support! Be safe and happy Friday! #iamteamFFIT
This has been a long overdue episode between my good friend, Kekua and I. Her powerful insights, matched with her ability to summarize concepts into tangible and more digestible tid bits of information is a gift! Just listen to the episode and you'll know exactly what I'm talking about :)
Her knowledge and experience from her leadership roles in the fitness industry give her such a fresh perspective on what FITNESS means in her life. Today, she helps women reach the best versions of themselves by implementing practical exercises that stimulate both the mind and body. Make sure you follow her story on instagram, @fitmamihappymami
Happy Friday ya'll! #teamFFIT
Confidence is such a deep topic that I had to bring on one of my good friends, Ron Reed, for a comeback episode! Not only is he one of the smartest people I know, his podcast is literally called, "Earning Confidence."
There's so many tangible tips and golden nuggets hidden in today's episode you'll definitely need to go back and re-listen so you can take notes. We share some dark and very personal facts about our life experiences, but it's not meant to scare anyone into thinking they NEED to be in this dark place in order to build a confident identity.
Let me know what YOUR biggest takeaway was from today's podcast and maybe we can answer a handful of your questions during a future episode! Have a great Friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT
When was your last "life changing" moment? How has it continued to impact you today? On today's episode, I share the story of how I created the Just F-FIT® movement, which laid out the foundation for this podcast as well as the curriculum we coach clients on.
When I was in school, I use to hate History class. I thought it was pointless because it was irrelevant to where I was going in the future. Boy, was I WRONG!
I hope today's episodes encourages you to face your fear head on in search for your definition of FREEDOM. Happy Friday! #teamFFIT
Everyone talks about time management but nobody really talks about ENERGY management. Without getting too “out there” for y’all, today’s episode is about managing the relationships around you. Too often, we give to the point we’re spread too thin which leads to burn out. Take some time to manage the people and relationships giving and taking from your life. Manage your energy like you manage your time and you’ll see how much happier and fulfilled you’ll feel 💯 Happy Friday! #iamteamFFIT
On today’s episode, I shared a note that I typed into my notes app last year entitled “The Process”. I didn’t have a clear intention when I first wrote it, but today it resonates with me so much deeper! I’m in a place in life where I’m growing and evolving so rapidly that I started to lose faith in myself. Then I reread this note and immediately knew that God planted that seed a year ago because He knew that I needed to hear it TODAY 🙏🏽 I know it’ll speak to you as well. Happy Friday! #iamteamFFIT
Growth is a critical part of life. Regardless if we’re ready for it or not, change is inevitable. I’ve been going through my own set of growing pains, and for the longest time I was too caught up in my head to see the BLESSINGS in the challenge. As we’re loading up and preparing for that UP SWING... I want to share some Golden Nuggets from this phase of my life 😇 Happy Friday! #iamteamFFIT
During one of our team meetings, Jaki Sallis, our Mod3rn Fitness® Athlete; informed us that January 18th was statistically the day most people gave up on their New Year goals!
I know right?! Less than THREE weeks into the new year and people are already falling back into old habits! Crazy.
Jaki went on to share some vulnerable stories about what she's going through and how her life journey has been ever since growing her brand as the fitness/firearms expert on social media. As I listened to Jaki tell her story, I immediately thought...this is what PEOPLE NEED TO HEAR!
That's the real, raw, and relevant TRUTH people need to see from leaders and influencers.
Jaki gladly agreed and we were able to capture some of her AMAZING KNOWLEDGE to share with the rest of our #teamFFIT fam!
This one hits HOME! Happy Friday ya'll!
Perspective is POWER. Today’s episode is short, sweet, and to the point. I don’t know who needed to hear this, but I pray that today’s episode sheds some light on whatever it is you may be going through.
Many times we're so intent about GIVING to others that we forget about ourselves. I mean, that's kinda the whole sense of giving right? Not making it about ourselves?
But in all honesty, most people are more comfortable GIVING than they are receiving. I'm personally one of those people. I love to serve and protect others, so much so that I tend to put my own needs to the side.
It's part of why I've personally disappeared from social media all together these past few months. I've been learning how to serve myself.
I hope you guys have some powerful takeaways from today's episode!
Have a great Friday! #iamteamFFIT
As wild as 2020 has been, I know 2021 isn't a "new beginning" but rather of a CONTINUATION of life.
Personally, there's a TON of new and exciting things coming this year that have challenged me further from my comfort zone than ever before.
These changes are part of a greater purpose than I can even begin to fully understand, but I know with patience and FAITH...it'll work itself out.
I'm excited for the lessons 2021 has for me, my family, business, and life.
Happy New Year!! #iamteamFFIT
I know ya'll loved Part #1, so here's the 2nd half of one of our most powerful podcast episodes!
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!
We'll see you guys "next year" ;)
I think I've listened to this episode at least two or three times since recording it!
Renata and I wanted to SERVE YOU at the highest possible level and this is one of our BEST podcasts we've put together.
There's SO MUCH content that we thought it best to split it up into two parts. That way, it gives you time to implement and learn before moving onto part #2.
Today is raw, real, unscripted, and POWERFUL so make sure you're paying attention to all the golden nuggets we dropped.
Stick around in the end to hear a special surprise we're excited to roll out for YOU! :)
See ya'll next week for Part #2! Have a great FRIDAY! #iamteamFFIT
Allie is THE coach for women who have big dreams but are still playing it safe.
She helps her clients break through the barriers of self-doubt and fear, in order to align with their cycles and natural energy to create the life and business they LOVE.
We're so excited to have Allie on the show because even though today's topic revolves around women, MEN can equally take away a ton of tangible tips!
My biggest takeaway from today's show is the importance of having self awareness. That way, we can go from "It's just one of those days" into a place of knowledge and understanding. Today's lesson from Allie brings clarity into the uncertainty.
Make sure you follow her on social media @thealliekibler and visit her website at https://alliekibler.com/.
Have a great Friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT
We know how much ya'll love the longer interview style episodes, but we're also getting a ton of great responses about the shorter and more tangible ones too!
Today I'm sharing something I've taken my clients at Mod3rn Fitness® through. It's an exercise to distinguish the habits that serve us compared to those that don't.
This is one I challenge you to take a deeper look into.
As always, thanks for your continued support! Have a great Friday! #iamteamFFIT
I called an audible today ya'll.
I'm excited to roll out a new wave of interviews and podcast episodes, but I wanted to share something that's been on my heart for quite some time now.
I hope today's episode give you the much needed perspective to continue fighting whatever battle you may be going through today.
This one's for YOU.
Happy Thanksgiving fam! See ya'll next week :)
We've been holding bootcamps within our #teamFFIT FB group and one of the themes was around entrepreneurship!
We spend five days taking a deeper dive into key concepts around running and operating a business.
One of those sessions, we conducted a LIVE COACHING call with our Mod3rn Fitness® intern, Lindsey. We didn't just want to tell you guys how to create one, we wanted to actually SHOW you how we do it with our clients as well. We take a deeper dive into what it takes to create YOUR ideal client avatar.
Lindsey gladly agreed to have this live session in front of our FB group and it was such a great conversation that we realized more people are going to benefit from hearing this content. So we decided to share it with our awesome audience here at The Just F-FIT Podcast!
Make sure you take plenty of notes because there's a ton of actionable steps in this one! If you're not already, make sure you join our #TEAMFFIT FB group to catch more of these lives coaching calls and workout sessions with our team :)
Happy Friday! See you guys next week!
These bootcamps we've been running once a month in our #TEAMFFIT FB group have been so much FUN!
It's really cool to see how many other people are up early in the morning putting in the work to get ahead of the competition. Today's episode is from our last bootcamp where we discussed the relationships between fitness, nutrition, and my personal favorite...MINDSET!
Join myself, Renata, and Jaki as we have an open conversation about our experience with holistic health and wellness.
As always, we appreciate you support in helping grow the podcast and the #iamTEAMFFIT movement, have a great Friday! If you haven't already please leave a comment/review on iTunes to help us continue this positive momentum and reach more people!
See ya'll next week, have a great weekend!
At one point or another, we all had a dream to do something BIG.
But for whatever reason, that dream was suppressed and we decided to follow the crowd. To silence our goals and aspirations in order to seek something more "comfortable".
And for most people, that was just enough to get them through the rest of their lives. But for others who continued to dream, who continued to follow their inner belief and NEED to want something BETTER in life...those are the people who've reached higher levels of LIVING.
Entrepreneurship is a journey, one that's a road less taken.
Renata and I share our thoughts and challenges when we started our journeys. We're far from where we strive to be, but we've definitely learned a ton of valuable lessons along the way.
And today, we're sharing those with you!
If you're interested in joining our next Level Up Bootcamp, reach out to us on IG and join our "#TEAMFFIT" FB group so we can get you more information. This month's bootcamp theme is around entrepreneurship! We're going to take a FIVE day deep dive into what it takes to start a business and create that ideal lifestyle so many people aspire to have.
Bootcamp dates will be from November 16-November 20, spots will be limited so make sure you connect with us sooner rather than later!
Happy Friday, see ya'll next week!
We're so excited for all the new upgrades happening at Mod3rn Fitness® and we're looking forward to sharing that more with our #teamFFIT family!
One of them being the return of Coach Jason! He's been with us from the start and having him back in the team is a special thing! He's got an awesome project he's putting together and ya'll are the first to hear about it.
So yeah, you're welcome! :)
In all seriousness, your hearts will melt after you hear what Jason's up to with his non-profit organization. It's a cause we, at Mod3rn Fitness®, are honored to support!
Happy Friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT
When we asked Marcos and Mercedes, what their mission was, they responded with this:
"I'm dedicated to developing a healthier lifestyle through software. I believe we have crafted the perfect formula in combining technology with human connection, to produce positive changes in people's lives. I have been the lead engineer behind every one of the features of veedah. After encountering a near-death situation, my healthy lifestyle is what ultimately saved my life. That lifestyle that anyone can achieve is what we are spreading through veedah. I believe veedah will have a tremendous impact worldwide, and that's why I'm so passionate about it."
I mean seriously, how do YOU NOT want to hear more?!

Armando is the creator of, "A Vicious End":
A metalcore band that came together during the global pandemic to create an album using musicians from around the world! Hard hitting music with a lyrical focus on the current social upheaval and unrest.
With Armando's light hearted and witty personality, most people are surprised that he came out with a heavy metal album.
I know right...It doesn't really make sense, but then again... IT TOTALLY DOES! :)
Listen to how we found the inspiration for this album in the midst of all this chaos going on in the world.
Prepare for some laughs and some thought provoking conversations! If you haven't already, leave us a review on iTunes to help us grow and reach more people that need to hear this type of content!

After Part 1 & 2 of Bianca's Podcast, she and I had an in depth conversation about the impact of her episode.
What came from that talk, reminded of the fact that we get so caught up on the stats and data that we don't realize the most important THING...
Which is how many LIVES we're changing! We don't know who's watching in the background and we don't know who we're blessing in the background.
This is what this podcast is all about, GIVING GIVING and GIVING freely!
We'd love to further connect with ya'll!
So if you haven't already,
text the phrase "#teamffit" to the number "31996" to get in closer communication with the Mod3rn Fitness™ team! After the initial text confirmation, it's all human interaction from there! We wanted to add more ways for you guys to connect with the amazing people we have representing our BRAND :)
See ya'll next week!
If you haven't gone back to listen to Part #1 of Bianca's story, make sure you go back and listen to that one first!!
Today's PART#2 picks up right where we left off last week, and trust me....if you thought last week was POWERFUL, you're in for quite the experience!
Have a great Friday fam! #iamteamFFIT
This podcast is POWERFUL!
Our guest, Bianca Castillo, shares her powerful story of overcoming adversity! Trust me, you DO NOT want to miss this episode! It's SOO GOOD that we had to split it up into two parts.
This interview is not for the light hearted. We discuss some REAL topics that deal with sensitive information.
Bianca is currently a Senior Client Associate for Signature Bank’s Private Client Group in Commercial Banking in Beverly Hills, CA. She was raised in Inglewood, CA and is a single mother of two kids. She's been a Syme’s Amputee for the last 10 years due to a drunk driving accident and now hopes to educate others on developing mental toughness and eliminate stage freight when speaking in front of large groups.
A message from Bianca:
"In order to do God’s work, He wants me to renew my mind and soul. I want to serve others by giving back to our communities and mentor anyone who needs more guidance or a second chance in life. I’ve been 6ft. under and know how it feels not being good enough and also not wanting to be part of this Beautiful experience we call Life. I want my life to be a reflection of what God was able to do for me and how I was able to persevere doing the hard work. I came from an underserved community and only knew what was in my “hood.” I want people to see how there’s a world out there begging to be explored and unlimited opportunities to grasp... but it’s going to take grit, sweat, and tears. The good news is...you can get there!! It’s going to be uncomfortable, but if you set your mind to it, you can do it! I promise! God Bless."
Bianca is the REAL DEAL ya'll.
Enjoy part #1 and have an amazing FRIDAY! See you next week for part #2!
A huge challenge we see in personal development is when people try to do TOO MUCH, TOO SOON.
So let me ask you a very popular question commonly used around personal development, "What's the best way to eat an ELEPHANT?"
Answer: One bite at a time
I know, I know...it's kind of a weird thing to picture or even imagine right?! I thought so too when I heard it the first time lol
But it's based around the idea of taking small steps in order to accomplish large goals.
That's what today's podcast with Jaki is all about.
Some of you, especially those already part of our #TEAMFFIT Facebook page may have heard this already, but this is a great opportunity to LISTEN AGAIN!
Thanks for sharing so much knowledge with us Jaki!
Today's episode has a different vibe to it. This day in history was memorable for many different reasons and emotions. On today's show, Renata and I share our stories where we were at when 9/11 occurred. We share some perspectives that we believe will be helpful especially with all the chaos currently going on.
At the end of the day, our love and care for each other will carry us through these dark times. We encourage our listeners and followers to continue being there for one another and blessing those around you. We don't know what everyone's going through, but we can there to listening to their story.
We're not always looking for people to give us the answers, sometimes we just need someone to listen.
Happy Friday fam! #iamteamFFIT
This is something I’ve come to see the longer I get to live in this world! Some people make excuses, while others MAKE IT HAPPEN! No ands, ifs, or buts...losers will always find a way to lose. WINNERS don’t make excuses. They find a way and make it happen! Which one are you? #iamteamFFIT
This wasn't necessarily a PLANNED podcast episode because I was a little embarrassed to share it with the world...
But then that wouldn't be unapologetically ME :)
Plus....Renata challenged me to share it lol so here we are!
We dive straight into an experiment I tested out on myself in order to truly find ME. That was the goal, to find MYSELF.
In doing so, I shared my experience with some incredible insights along the way.
I hope this serves YOU and gives you some actionable steps for you to dive deeper into your own personal development journey.
Happy Friday FAM! #iamteamFFIT
See ya'll next week :)
After RIDING THE HIGHS of some great wins these past few days... today taught me a GREAT LESSON on momentum! Guess what...it’s all PERSPECTIVE! This ones straight from the heart y’all ♥️
Just because we're "friends" doesn't mean we have to STAY that way!
As I continue to evolve and dive deeper into my personal development and self-discovery journey, I realized how many people feel an obligation to the people they grew up with. Sometimes, it's really nothing more than just staying friends because they've known each other for so long...
It's more of an OBLIGATION, rather than a real relationship.
And sometimes, it's those same "strings" or attachments from the past, that keep us LIVING in the past.
I hope today's episode sheds light and gives YOU permission to be more unapologetically YOU!
See ya'll next week! #iamteamFFIT
This is our first time having a duo come onto the show to share their stories! It's also the first time we've ever heard of anyone doing physical therapy...ONLINE!
As we make advancements in our technology, it's opening doors and possibilities for more CHANGE. Its allowed companies like ours, to reach people all over the world through social media and the internet.
This is exactly what Physio 1st is all about, serving clients at a high level, without always having to be physically around them.
This podcast with Steve and Minsu was awesome! They shared a ton of insight and knowledge about the PT industry and how they intend to take it to the next level.
We're excited to have these guys on a LIVE CALL in our #TEAMFFIT FB group in a few weeks! We hope to see you all there!
Happy Friday, see you next week :)
She's the COO of Mod3rn Fitness™, the Co-Host to The Just F-FIT Podcast, and she's the Founder and CEO of Nourishwithrenata.com... Can you guess who I'm talking about?!
For all of our new listeners that aren't as familiar with Renata's story, trust me you're going to want to listen closely to THIS episode and THEN GO BACK and re-listen to all of our previous shows featuring Renata as well!
About a year ago, Renata had a HUGE WIN with the launch of her, what I like to call, "Super Duper MANGO SAUCE". And then life happened, and all of a sudden that WIN seemed like a distant memory.
Fast forward to today, Renata persevered and now she's set up to WIN. And not just any kind of WINNING...but WINNING BIG!!
How? Because of her perseverance.
This is easily in my top 10 favorite episodes EVER! There's so MUCH value here, make sure you're taking notes and if you're not already, make sure you're following Renata on instagram @nourish_with_renata.
Like and share this episode with one other person to help us grow the #iamteamFFIT movement.
Enjoy! Have a great Friday, see you all next week :)
Dillon Mitchell isn't just an entrepreneur and business owner, he's actually an ultra marathoner and a peak performance advocate!
Renata and I had an awesome opportunity to speak and listen to Dillon's story about where he went from "Couch to iron man". His stories about community, perseverance, and always challenging yourself to be better are so much fun and engaging to hear! It really makes you rethink some of the self imposed limitations we each have.
So no matter what you may be going through today, remember... "Just keep swimming!" :)
Happy Friday ya'll! Have a great Friday and see you next week! #iamteamFFIT
Renata and I take a deeper look into the importance of IDENTITY. Especially as a business owner, we want to provide you with some insight and valuable tips on how you can better have a sense of identity within your brand.
Whether you're a solopreneur or if you've got a growing team, knowing who you are and who YOU'RE NOT, will give you more freedom and peace moving forward.
This is a great and open conversation about how Renata and I's business relationship has helped grow the Mod3rn Fitness™ and The Just F-FIT Podcast.
Happy Friday ya'll! Make sure you tune into the #teamFFIT FB group this upcoming Monday night at 7 PM CST for our live interview with Mike Riddell! It's going to be a great way to wrap up our series on identity!
See you on Monday, have a great weekend!
I've been waiting to share this with you guys for a LONG TIME now!
Today's guest, Mike Riddell, is a former Police Officer who's now serving hundreds of families in the mortgage and insurance industry. His story is POWERFUL! And that's why this episode is an emotional one for sure, for both Mike and myself.
There's something about our pains that connect us at a much deeper level.
And right from the start, you'll sense a different pace when Mike starts speaking. This has quickly become one of my favorite and most IMPACTFUL episodes to record, and I can't wait to hear all the great feedback from our loyal community!
Make sure you follow Mike on his journey www.instagram.com/the_mortgage_police
As always, you guys have an amazing weekend and stay safe! See you next week fam! #iamteamFFIT
Happy Friday fam!
As we take the time to reflect on this years upcoming Independence Day, we want to challenge YOU to dive deep!
We want to challenge you to really sit on this idea of FREEDOM, and see what YOU PERSONALLY need to break free from?
It's an internal battle.
And it starts with asking yourself quality questions. Questions that push your limits and expands your beliefs.
Renata and I dive deep and share our stories of confidence and appreciating how we got to where we are today.
Have a fun and safe weekend everyone! This is a time to celebrate our freedom :) #iamteamFFIT #teamUSA

See ya'll next week! #iamteamFFIT
For episode #60, Coach Renata and I go DEEP!
There's a great value in planning for your long-term goals and dreams, but it's nothing with immediate and imperfect actions.
Plain and simple, you have to be able to plan for the long-term, and then operate in the short-term.
Have a plan, but also be adaptable!
Happy Friday fam! #iamteamFFIT
For this episode, Renata and I discuss and share our stories regarding confidence and failure.
If you really think about it, you need BOTH to be successful! Regardless of what industry or venture you may be in, confidence and failure are both key ingredients in the overall process.
I don't know where you're at in your journey today, but I want to reassure you that it's going to be okay. Life happens for YOU, and not to you.
I hope this podcast episode helps give you a little perspective and reminder that everyone, at one point or another, wasn't always certain about who they were or their roles in life.
This one's for you.
Happy Friday fam! #iamteamFFIT
For anyone who's ever heard, thought about, or even attempted the #75HARD Challenge, this episode is for you.
Renata, Jaki, and I shared an awesome conversation about our individual and collective experiences with this social media challenge created by the one and only, Andy Frisella.
If you're on the fence, trust me...JUST DO IT!
Listen to this episode, reach out and we'll send you the challenge details, and GET IT DONE!
Happy Friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT
This one came straight from the heart ya'll.
With everything going on, my family and I have been going through our own challenges these past few weeks and I wanted to share some perspectives I've gained from them.
This isn't a very long episode, but I know someone NEEDS TO HEAR THIS TODAY!
Happy Friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT
Mrs. Karen Stanley is an entrepreneur, professional Mezzo-Soprano, and former single mom who spent over two decades running marketing businesses and performing around the country. During the eight years prior to her last first date with her husband John, she experienced the ups and downs, joys and challenges of raising two children as a single parent. Through her personal metamorphosis, Karen purged the negative self-talk and replaced it with the positive values of self worth that she knew she and all women need as a foundation. Mrs. Karen Stanley proved that finding true love is a reality not a fleeting romantic notion. Her strategies in her book Becoming Mrs. Stanley will serve as a guide to help women achieve the love they deserve. This episode is POWERFUL because I know many of us continually battle with limiting beliefs. It was an honor having Karen on the show and listening to her stories and experiences that formed her identity today! Back by popular DEMAND!
One of the leading authorities on business and leadership, our good friend...ANNE LAGUZZA!
We know how much you guys LOVED our first episode with her, that we wanted to bring her back. There were so many other things to cover what we we never got to talk about during our last show!
Listen to how Anne found a way to take her newfound passion for fitness and use that to transform her consulting business. Many people TALK the talk...but Anne actually WALKS the walk! :)
If you're not already following her on social media, you're definitely missing out! Make sure you follow her and send her a message about how much you loved today's episode! (@annelaguzza)
And if you haven't already, do us a favor and leave us a rating and review on iTunes. Help us spread the #justFFIT movement by telling ONE NEW person about the value you took away from today's show!
Happy Friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT
Sometimes we let the results overshadow all of our hard-work and effort.
Many times in life, we can try to swing the results in our favor even though we really don't have control over it. And many times in life, we let the end results minimize our effort.
Renata said it best when she said, "Winning isn't an end result." Because WINNING, just like it is in life, is a journey.
We can't always get hung up on what happens in the end because the only thing we truly control is what happens in between. We control our efforts, our attitudes, and our perspectives.
I hope and pray this episode reaches the right person today. That YOU find value in its content! Enough so, that you share it with one other person as well!
Happy Friday ya'll!!! #iamteamFFIT

This episode has become one of my favorite conversations to date because of how genuine and authentic Michelle shows up. It's not just about building a brand or connecting with celebrities, Michelle truly cares for the people they choose to work with. I believe it's why her business has become so successful!
They understand the true meaning of BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS.

Happy Friday ya'll!
After his American Idol audition, William Hung’s rendition of “She Bangs” became famous for all the wrong reasons. Despite a humbling start, William redeemed himself.
He has since appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and The Ellen DeGeneres Show and even performed live with Ricky Martin in Las Vegas. William has spent the last 16 years studying the world’s top performers and public speakers to uncover their secrets to success. Using what he discovered, he skyrocketed his first studio album “Inspiration” to #1 on the independent Billboard charts.
His latest TEDx talk has been viewed by over 40,000 people in less than a month. He has also spoken for Microsoft, REMAX, Qorvo, and other esteemed associations.
He now helps people find their unconventional path to success because he believes everyone has a right to try something new without being judged or ridiculed. He uses his 15 years of experience playing poker to apply game theory for helping his clients with improving their public speaking.
We are excited to share this episode with our audience because you'll get to hear stories from someone who was quite literally "an overnight celebrity"! Hint hint...it's not always as great as you think it may be.
Happy friday ya'll! #iamteamFFIT

Jody Lee Cates is an award-winning writer, speaker and relationship coach who believes healthy relationships are the key to a happier life. Today, we go deeper into communication with a focus on current times. With all the changes we've all had to make because of the virus, some of us are still getting used to the idea of working from home with our significant other. To some, this is a dream come true. But realistically, there are always some challenges that come along with change.
Make sure you follow Jody @jodyleecates and tell her how much you've been enjoying her content!
Happy Friday ya'll #iamteamFFIT!!
What are YOU doing differently nowadays?
With all the "quarantines" and lock downs in place, what changes in your routine have you had to make?
For all the parents that listen to our show, how did you explain the current times to your children?
These are common questions we hear, especially during these challenging times dealing with the Corona Virus/ Covid-19.
At first, we were silent as a company. We didn't want to feed into the hysteria.
But we realized that we were doing our followers a disservice but keeping quiet.
On today's episode, we start this journey into uncovering the pros and cons of these recent events.
Regardless if it takes another week or another month to really figure this whole thing out...
We'll get through this together.
Happy Friday! #iamteamFFIT

Working with leaders from all sorts of backgrounds has given me so much perspective on LEADERSHIP, and what makes a good leader.
These podcasts aren't just made to add value to you, the listener, but its given me the opportunity to connect with and learn from some of the best leaders in their respective industries.
Sometimes these episodes are meant to give you an opportunity to hear THEIR stories directly.
Sometimes, and as you can tell with more recent episodes, it's about me. It's about how I've taken what I've learned from others, put it to use, added my own style, and adapted along the way. Then after I've had some time to digest and let the dust settle, I love sharing the insights with you guys.
It's why conversations and episodes with Renata and myself are so much fun to record because you guys get to hear such a raw version of the lessons we put into play.
Anyways, thank you guys for continuing to support and share this podcast! Happy Friday #teamFFIT!!
After coming back from vacation, what do most people say?
"Oh well...Back to reality."
I caught myself thinking that same thing right before I turned off the airplane mode on my phone, as our ship ported Orlando.
There's a ton of golden nuggets sprinkled throughout this episode that I know will stick and challenge you to expand your thinking.
Thanks for listening!
Have a great Friday! #iamteamFFIT

This episode picks up from last week's Valentine's Day podcast.
I share some real life scenarios I'm personally going through and how I deal with finding a balance between my business and personal life. It's not easy, we all go through something similar, but this is the reality of life.
Conditions won't always be ideal, but we have to continue pushing forward. We make time for the things that matter most. So let me ask YOU...
Are you treating your relationships like an option...or a PRIORITY??
Happy Valentines Day #TEAMFFIT!
Listen, this one is a short, sweet, and it'll get you thinkin' type of episode!
I get frequent questions about how I balance relationships as an entrepreneur and it's something that isn't discussed enough in the open. This is what I like to tell my clients, "Being married, and/or being in a relationship with someone, is like having someone move into your ROOM." :)

Jessica Mitchell is a 500 Hour Holy Yoga Instructor and owner of Living Divina Yoga and Fitness Studio. After years of doing yoga, she felt the calling to dive deeper into her practice and become a certified instructor.
While yoga was something she did in response to the aches she felt from the laborious profession of being a chef, her “why” shifted after she suffered the loss of her baby midway through her pregnancy. Jessica experienced a divine healing on her mat and it became her place of refuge. As the layers of pain peeled back, she desired to hold this same sacred space for others who have also endured any deep rooted pain.
Once certified, Jessica opened Living Divina in December 2016 with a mission to build community that is safe for everyBODY and hopes that people will see beyond the stigma of who they think yoga is for. She also currently volunteers weekly in Chicago serving at the Salt and Light Coalition.
This non-profit serves women who have courageously come out of sex trafficking and rising up in their own healing. Jessica teaches them Holy Yoga, participates in their yoga teacher training, and (using her past chef experience) teaches them how to cook healthy meals.

We initially had a different podcast to record, but after some time I just decided to start recording where we were currently at in our conversation.

It's crazy to think that in less than 35 episodes of this podcast, we have over 1,000 downloads and we're listened to in at least 10 different countries!! How awesome is that?
Seriously, we wouldn't be here if it weren't for you guys helping spread this movement. So as we end the last episode of 2019, have a cup of coffee with Coach Jason and I as we discuss trends, history, the keys to success, and so much MORE on today's podcast!

On this podcast, I talk about WHY the Arete movement is so great! And hint hint...it's NOT just because of the value-filled content or awesome speakers.
The value is in the network. It's in the connections with other like-minded individuals who genuinely care for helping others.

Learn why you should actually embrace FEAR, rather than avoid it.
Fear maps out our boundaries. It lets us know where our comfort zone meets our un-comfort zone.
Through my experiences in law enforcement, I realized that some of the most exciting and most rewarding times in my life have been AFTER I pushed past the initial fear. Today, I use that same mentality in everything I do. Push past the fear and reap the rewards!
Sometimes, our greatest opportunities are just behind that initial wave of fear.
What are you not accomplishing because you're too afraid? You're going to want to listen and share this episode especially if you've ever been 'crippled by fear'.
Happy Friday! #iamteamFFIT

Make you stay all the way through the end when he drops some major knowledge for you to sit on after listening to this episode.

I'll make this short and sweet.
Comparison is the root of UNhappiness. We all do it, at one point or another, we get caught up comparing ourselves to other people.
This is why we're never satisfied as a society.
On today's episode, I dive a little deeper into this concept in hopes to educate and give you perspective on the matter!

One of the issues we consistently see from our clients is not drinking enough WATER.
On average we recommend anywhere from 90-120+ Fl oz per day, and you'll actually need even more if you're working out too!
Coach Renata goes over THREE TIPS you've most likely never considered to help you increase your water intake. This is filled with plenty of tangible items you can implement immediately to get you results!

This is a perfect continuation from LAST WEEK's episode about pain and change.
On today's episode, we dive deep into why our values may or may not be aligned with our true inner calling and goals.
Are YOUR goals really yours? Or were they inherited from society, your family, and any other external influence outside of yourself?
If you take a look at what's around you...THAT is what you value most.
I love this conversation between Coach Renata and I!
