Navigating mental endurance often involves confronting moments of feeling stuck or uncertain about overcoming challenges. The commonality lies in the shared human experience of grappling with adversity, where individuals may find themselves at a crossroads, unsure of how to move forward. In redefining mental health as mental endurance, it becomes evident that healing isn't a uniform process.Acknowledging that healing is not a one-size-fits-all endeavor emphasizes the uniqueness of each person's journey. It underscores the importance of resilience-building, coping skills, and the pursuit of strategies that resonate on an individual level. The recognition that one must try and find a way to see through adversity reinforces the proactive nature of mental endurance. Happy Monday everyone! We hope all of you have a wonderful week. Shame, often viewed negatively, can paradoxically serve as a powerful tool for recognizing the truth. It acts as a mirror reflecting our inner values and guiding us toward personal growth and moral alignment. When we experience shame, it highlights moments when our actions or choices don't align with our core beliefs and values. Rather than burying these uncomfortable emotions, we can use them as a catalyst for self-reflection and change. By acknowledging our shame and its underlying causes, we gain insights into our true selves and can work towards living more authentically and in harmony with our values. In this way, shame can be a transformative force, helping us confront and acknowledge uncomfortable truths about ourselves and motivating us to strive for personal growth and moral integrity.

Happy Monday, everybody! We hope you guys are off to a great start. Today’s episode is focused on what we thought was a good talk about and that is called the prime member mindset which if you know about Amazon they have a membership that is exclusive. while the prime membership is great, there is a lesson that can be taught with that. If you recall, Amazon used to just be an online library where things would take between 2 to 3 weeks to deliver. Within expansion over the last couple of decades, Amazon prime has become, a wonderful tool for many however, has taught people instant gratification is OK. Obviously we wanna emphasize that everything is good in moderation. However, sometimes what happens is things that are meant for good can cause long-term behaviors to change and gratification has become more and more prevalent in today’s society. Meaning that people are looking for instant response the now mindset, just like ordering something off Amazon at 7 o’clock in the morning and getting there at 7 PM when you get home. So next time just remember waiting is OK being patient with your goals their aspirations with your relationships with your education with your career good things take time.
Happy Monday everybody! Today’s episode is focused on the valuable lessons. We obtain throughout life here just a few. We did a remastered version of this meaning that we’ve done this one kind of similarly, but it was based off of the value lessons. Our parents taught us. These are lessons that may be life for friends or maybe we had to learn on our own along the way, we hope this is inspiring
Happy Monday everybody! We hope that you guys are off to a great start this week. It showed that is streaming on Apple TV+, which is to be curious and not judgmental. Ted Lasso is talking to Rupert who is the ex owner of the club while at a pub playing darts as Rupert under estimated Ted Lasso Ted Lasso goes on with the story about his childhood and told Rupert that essentially people would always underestimate him but unless you were curious you wouldn’t have known how good Ted Lasso really was at darts so sometimes asking certain questions that are less close minded can give us a better understanding of why we approach things the way we do we know this episode is inspiring and we hope this season will bring you guys closer to who you are focusing on becoming the better version of yourself. Thank you so much for allowing us to grow with you, and we hope that this podcast will generate an impact worldwide.
Happy Monday everybody! Today’s episode is focused on being kind and not being nice and through kindness there is a Home Feeling that resonates with everyone. Today’s episode we go into further conversation about the tragic event of the titan submersible, and how jokes were made however, this was at the cost of the families that lost the individuals that were on board. While there are other issues, lingering within our society that we don’t necessarily make jokes about this is no different because at the end of the day, unfortunately, five people did not get to see another day. We hope today’s episode will inspire you to be more kind and doing things from the heart and not just being nice not just doing things to get something back , but because humanity needs a tune in.

Happy Monday, everybody! We hope you guys are off to a great start this week. Over the last few weeks, we’ve had some upload issues however, we should be back into business. This week we had the honor to have TikTok sensation and world renown influencer Hunter Prosper, who started his content creation on TikTok at the peak of the pandemic. Hunter shares how he started his journey and the impact he has seen through his videos and today’s episode. We talk about the beauty of the moment, and how there are moments in life that we will never ever be able to relive or experience again. Often times we take moments for granted, not realizing that time is currency and we need to be knowledgeable and frugal with how we spend it.

Happy Friday everybody! It’s your boys, Finn, and Adler and we’re super excited for you because today’s episode is exclusively discussing the processing that we have the word no often times we hear the word no and sometimes we associate it with rejection, fear, an answer that does not change. So today we decided to talk about something more about the word now, and that is putting an emphasis on the fact that no just means not right now we get tongue-tied we get twisted we get frustrated we get mad or maybe even we don’t really know why but often times when we hear the word. No, we’re processing the word no we get, defensive, confused upset. So today we hope that today’s episode will give you some insight on how you yourself and maybe others can process the word now and any situation given and presented to you. Remember no doesn’t always mean a defined answer no sometimes can mean not right now and when you channel your mindset to seeing it like that, it changes the way you approach the word now. Guys, if you don’t mind subscribing to this podcast on all your favorite platforms and also make sure to be an active listener supporter by donating a small token per month right here on the podcast. Happy Friday everybody hope everybody’s doing well. Today’s episode is focus on helping you become more aware of how you can change people around you not necessarily changing the individual, but changing the individuals around you often times we try to shape shift or try to change people to better ourselves while really the responsibility falls on us so today’s episode is focus on helping you changing the people around you making yourself more aware of who is around you and not trying to change the person and what they’re doing often times we don’t realize this, but this is has an impact on how we do life how we build relationships how we do our jobs, our education so hopefully today as you embark on your journey as you continue to grow as an individual, you’ll realize that sometimes you have to remove people out of your life to make room for others, who are actually rooting you on who are going to help you propel forward, we may think that this might have a negative but it’s actually optimistic for the growth for yourself and for those around you sometimes being uncomfortable makes us better so hopefully today’s episode will give you that inspiration and remind you that it is OK that there are people that are going to be with you all the way to the end of your journey that sometimes people are in your life for a season and in that season you get to learn and grow with certain people they make you see things from a different perspective from the best you nation we hope you guys have a wonderful rest of your week. Hey everyone, we hope you are doing well! As the year is wrapping up, we have been looking at how far we’ve come, and we decided that we would end the year with two powerful episodes. The first one was about getting back up when you fell and not necessarily actually falling it’s more, so when something in life either didn’t work out or are you made a few steps back, we were talking about that moment that you realize that you have the power to get back up after something didn’t go right. Often times we allow the circumstances and the situation that we encounter to alter our approach to life as well as hindering us from the growth that we are meant to endure we hope that this episode empowers you to become the best version yourself through each fall that you have in life because it is guaranteed as human beings that we will experience this it’s within our own reach to be able to get back up after that fall Have a wonderful week until next time keep smiling.--- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app

Hey everybody, hope you guys are doing well! Finn and Adler take it to the next level by talking about things that they need to work on for the next year. Often times we save this for the resolution time of year, which is at the end, but it’s always healthy to look back and reevaluate what needs to be worked on for the next year. Life is all about opportunities to accelerate and to find things to better whether that is personal or relationship or even your finances or work. We hope that You find this one motivating and inspiring since we all have things to work on and we hope that this year‘s podcast episodes have been inspirational. We are excited for next year as we are closing out this year. Don’t forget to subscribe to a podcast and check out. Let’s talk coffee exclusively on Apple podcasts. Have a wonderful week and enjoy.
Happy Monday everybody! Today’s episode is focused on helping you understand what you would do if you couldn’t fail. Interesting enough this conversation was very authentic and real as are most of our topics but today’s episode really sets a part how we approach failure and how not everybody may see it the same way. Often times we think that if we don’t have any failures, we may be able to accomplish things more thoroughly. Interesting to hear both sides. Both Finn and Adler both share how they feel about the question if you knew you couldn’t fail what would you set out to do. Let us know what you think and share this on Instagram. Have a wonderful week
Happy Monday everybody! We hope you have had a awesome weekend and enjoy your Halloween! 🎃 Today’s episode is focus on some of the regrets we’ve had in our life, but realizing that there’s a life lesson within it.
Hey guys! Hope each of you is doing well. We are super excited to share with you some of the best life lessons we’ve gathered in our life so far. It’s been you guys know this season has been about life lessons and life in general and we’ve gotten to the point where we just want to talk about things with you that inspire you, motivates you and genuinely just connect with you. As we continue to grow here at the best you nation and our brand becomes more and more dominant within the community of those seeking motivational, inspirational and fundamentally changing conversations, we inspire you to continue to follow us, and join us, as we become more and more invested, not only in what you’ve done so far but what you were going to do later on. Often times we become a little lost in our own path or journey but the good thing is is that we have lessons in life that I’ve genuinely, and generally changed us for the better. we hope that you have a great week. Remember to be optimistic positive and to optimize every moment you have as you continue to grow become the best for yourself and those around you will see it as well.
What’s going on guys! Hope each of you is doing well. And if you guys have shared your feedback on our most recent episodes, and we wanted to take things to a different level. Obviously with life we have experiences that we want to talk about and share, but we realize that some of you felt that maybe we need to talk about more motivational life experiences. So both of us came together in discussion to really take it to the next level and therefore now we are talking about some thing I think all of us have to think about as well as bring to the surface. Often times we encounter situations in which we don’t necessarily know what we’re trying to pursue or maybe we’ll get stuck maybe were affected by the things that we’re going through and we want to know how do we overcome. So here’s what we did we talked about what keeps us going. Often times we neglect the fact that there are things in our life that keeps us pushing through no matter what the circumstances may be. If we continue to have that mindset and life is going to offer us opportunities in which you will have to face however, you’ll be able to FaceTime with The mindset of motivation, inspiration, and also knowing that you’ll be able to break through. A wise man once said that, though you have a destination, the steps that are coming closer one by one, eventually get you to the destinations. We hope that today’s episode will bring you something to think about and also giving you the opportunity to continue to be the best version of yourself. As always, thanks for supporting us and loving and subscribing our content. Have a wonderful week.
Happy Monday! We hope that all of you are doing well. Today’s episode is unique. We talk about something that often times we take for granted and that is taking the time to give back to our parents. Growing up our parents take care of us by supporting, providing you name it. And today we talk about the unique experience of being able to give back to our parents by taking care of them. Happy Monday. We hope you have a good rest of your week. Remember to be positive motivated and being the best for yourself.
Hey guys! So sorry for a late episode release however, we hope that you have had a safe and motivational week. Today’s episode is focused on talking about the experiences you’ve had whether you have gone through a fire, a hurricane earthquake or even a blizzard. We talk about these experiences, and for both of us have really only experienced hurricanes and for Adler I guess a earthquake is also new. we hope that each of you continue to stay motivated and focused on life, your journey, goals, you name it.
Happy Monday! We hope that you had a awesome weekend! Today’s episode is focused on a time in your life, that you to do a performance in front of an audience. Finn and Adler, both discuss a time in their life that perform in front of a group of people and discuss their differences of on how they approach that knowing that each has their own personality and temperament.
Happy Monday! This week we discussed our relationship with our cousins. We hope that you find it interesting and maybe you’ll be able to share this with us as well.
Happy Monday everybody! We hope each of you is off to a great start of your week. We’ve been doing something new with our podcast, which has been focusing on sharing experiences with our audience on our show. We hope that you will find time to share an experience that is related to what we’ve talked to each week. This week we talked about some thing That I think we all can relate to something that we desperately want it as a kid and had to find a way to get it. Some of us may have had to work for it or maybe some of us have gotten it for Christmas or our birthday. Besides, the fact, we are excited to share this episode with you guys as we are making our way through this season. We’re not entirely sure if we’re going to make this a long season or break this up into two separate seasons but for now we hope that this episode will inspire you to share your experiences with us as we continue to grow. Have a great week and remember be the best version of yourself!

Hey there, everybody! We apologize for a late episode however, we are definitely excited for this one. As you may know, this is the season finale for season 10 which we’ve been focusing on insecurities that we, as humans struggle with on a day-to-day basis. We figured we could talk about compassion and how compassion is intricate in our day today, including those relationships we have with our loved ones, friends, those we interact with. We hope that today’s episode will be inspiring and motivational, and remind you that being self compassionate is the first step before being compassionate for those around you.

Finn & Adler
We hope you are staying motivated. keeping it simply, we hope this episode inspires you.
Finn & Adler
Hey Fam, we hope you had a nice weekend, and ready to get this week started. We know there is a lot of stuff going on around us and not everything currently is very positive. That’s why we are here, to offer emotional and thought provoking conversations. Todays episode is focused on the dreary feeling of being Alone. Being alone can be toxic, yet also very positive depending on how to manage the time within the alone. Often times though we refer the Alone as a place where we feel isolated, not intact with our day to day interactions and it can push us into a state of alone. We become more depressed, anxious, or even afraid to be ourselves. We begin to worry about what others may think of you. So today we dove into a conversation that shines a light on the alone feeling, and reminding people that even some of the most optimistic people are or have been alone. It’s a struggling point for many, but we must learn to face it, overcome it, and help others see that too. We hope today will be impactful, and if you like what we talk about, follow us on Instagram @thebestyounation, and subscribe to All your favorite streaming platforms including Apple Podcasts, Spotify, YouTube, Amazon, you name it. We also have our Coffee launching, so make sure to visit our website these upcoming weeks to try our new coffee line! #tbyn

Finn & Adler
Hey what’s good fam, apologies on the late Upload of our weekly episode, technical issues are real and can defiantly cause some delay. However, its better late than never, so here we have an awesome episode for you this week. Most of you have been following along with our podcast, and thus far we have been focused on insecurties we all have encountered or encountering in our lives. Often times we neglect these kind of topics because we are afraid others will judge, or hold it against us, however this wave is over, we have been living by the idea of change, growth, and breakthrough, which is something we all need. Todays episode will hit home to anyone who is on the journey of being an adult and understanding that it’s not that green on the other side. Yes, there are perks to being an adult, however there are some things that make it tougher. However, we have all most likely experienced the feeling of not feeling like you are grown up. I know we still act our shoe size at times, but that’s okay. We focused on embracing the childlike behaviors since they are our roots and keep us in tune with our peers, family, self, and eventually if you plan on having children then that is great too. But don’t let it effect your life, people all around us are thinking, feeling this as well, more than you think. We will never have it all figured out, and that fine, be your shoe size sometimes, its what keeps us lively.
Have a nice week fam, until next time, stay blessed!
-Finn & Adler 👱🏼♂️👨🏾🦱

We have focused on Insecurities this season, and we have seen a spike in our listeners which is amazing. We are much more connected than we seem, and we have the ability to connect with others. Todays episode is focused on us thinking we are crazy. Learning that we can embrace it Makes us that much stronger. Why you may ask, well truth is that what we may perceive as crazy is foreign to people around us. We hope this brings some perspective as we always hope it does. We are growing, and you are part of that growth. Have an amazing Week!
Finn & Adler

It is a human nature to fell like when you’re going through something, you’re immediately set apart from other people, because they have no way of knowing what its like to be in your shoes. And white it might be true that no one will understand exactly, isolating yourself by assuming people can’t understand usually makes you feel alone. Finn & Adler take it to the next level by going into their own experiences of this insecurity. Finn loves using analogies, in this episode he uses 3 Trees to create an image for you to take a way. We hope as you listen, this season will hit home for you, because we all struggle, its part of being human.

Happy Monday! Today we bring you an episode focused on your “Why” and diving into a conversation about the purpose of “Work”. Often we show up to a new job we applied for, and our expectations aren’t what we encounter. The Indeed description doesn’t match what the job actually is. In life, same idea. We mustn’t let our unmet expectations along the way dictate how we accomplish or succeed in life. When you choose to work for the Lord, nothing you do will ever be useless. When your dreams aren’t met, or when they turn out a little different than expected, by the power of the Holy Spirit, you can choose to be immovable and stand firm, because your work is not only for you, but instead for the glory of God. So, what are you working for?
Happy Monday! In this episode we talk about how most of us by default at times talk more and then we listen. And when we talk about listening or not just talking about hearing somebody we’re talking about genuinely embracing and taking it with someone maybe saying. Often times things are messed because we don’t take the time to listen for those around us to be heard. So we took it to another level in this episode to be as raw an adult and take as possible so that you can also make that connection that we have to use our ears more than our mouth. We hope you have a phenomenal week make sure to tune in weekly, follow, subscribe and drive yourself a bag of our coffee!!!
Happy Monday! Sorry we missed an episode last week but we definitely made it up we’re talking about high value people! We go through life looking up to people who are significant and important to us especially with our growth and our self image. High value people tend to impact those around them by bringing value to those in their life which is one of our core values here at the best you nation. We hope that today’s episode will be of impact as we continue to strive to generates the impact globally and right here within our community. Take some time and figure out who is a high valued individual in your life and maybe you even have several. Have a wonderful Monday have a wonderful week and we look forward to seeing you guys and hearing from you guys about this episode and others that you’ve listen to! Love you guys.
In this episode Finn and Adler talk about how we cannot judge people and their traumas. You may be wondering why trauma is such an essential to our growth and well-being of being human. It is essential to understand that being a human and going through trauma is part of life however most don’t know how to take their trauma and use it to help those around them. Then another utilize their own journey in their story as they have created this podcast based on their traumas to become the best they possibly can be. Trauma come to find us or can destroy us it is a matter of how we utilize it. Finn and Adler are very thorough about understanding that you cannot fit a square piece in a triangle whole in other words you can’t try to put your traumas on other people and expect them to understand you rather we should try to be more understanding in a sense that we are relatable toward traumas. Happy Monday to each of you we hope that this was a exclusive and encouraging episode! Make sure to buy some coffee from our website and of course make sure to follow and subscribe to all of our podcast platforms and continue to support the best you nation ! We love you.
What’s up guys! It’s Monday and that means it’s a brand new episode and it’s ready for you guys! As you may know we’ve done a three-part series about passion and we’re super excited for this one because we’re talking about the climate which most people either neglect or get frustrated with. Often times we’re on the right path sometimes we get deviated and then we end up trying to figure out how to get back on track. We’ve got a great example with Siri and how she doesn’t get frustrated with us when we missed our exit she simply just rerouted us. So whether this is life, school, or a midlife crisis of any kind just remember to stay focused, and find a way to get back on track. We hope that this episode is powerful and inspirational in a reminder that you can embrace your journey. This is the climb.
Hey everyone! It’s Finn & Adler and we have some great news coming up. We are focusing on Wellness & Health this year and soon will introduce Mindset by tbyn. This will be an EXCLUSIVE to our Apple Podcast, Spotify, and Amazon Subscribers! So make sure to subscribe for the exclusive good-stuff! Hitting rock bottom is painful but in hindsight you will realise that it's actually a gift. Here's 12 reasons why hitting rock bottom is the best thing that can happen to you. At the bottom, you realize just how far off course you were, and that your life choices were simply not sustainable. It’s in those dark moments of despair that your anger and frustration become so great and you declare once and for all to never again accept such mediocrity from yourself or from others. And finally, after hitting your lowest point, you become enormously grateful for all that you have from that time forward. You’re sure that your situation can only get better from here, and it does. Simple things—a smile from a stranger, fresh food in the fridge, warm clothes on your body, a comfy bed, your good health—become things to treasure. Your existence is a constant prayer of gratitude to the universe and to yourself for having the courage to move beyond hard times and choose life when you could have chosen a number of other options just to make the pain go away. The gems mined in your darkest moments are what give you depth, courage, wisdom, and richness that can’t be learned elsewhere. Your ability to fly is in direct proportion to your willingness and courage to face your version of rock bottom. If you’ve ever been there and bounced back to tell the story, you know exactly what I’m talking about. We hope you have a great week and be blessed!
Hey Hai it is Monday! We hope all of you are doing well we finally hit our 100 episode which is insane because we have come along way thanks to all of you! Today’s episode is focused on passion and differentiating between the interests and passions we have. Sometimes our passion seem a bit faded or we think we have a passion for some thing but know that sometimes you have to step out of your comfort zone to understand what you’re passionate about and learn to allow that flame within you takeoff! We love you we thank you for each week giving us an opportunity to be the best version of ourselves so that we can help generate a better future and a better world
Have you ever been in a situation in which others like your friends maybe your family or coworkers have told you to not do something that may in their perspective be unsuccessful? There are times that sometimes we are ready to make a move whether it’s a new job, a new occupation, maybe even transferring to a new school however there are people in our lives that will try to hold us back from reaching the next step in our journey. There are times that you will just have to mute them and focus on going the direction that your gut tells you to go. The only person that knows the best way to success in your own personal life is you. Finn and Adler decide to talk about it and share experiences in their life in which they were told not to do something, being convinced that it wasn’t going to be the road for success while it has been exercise for journey for both in their own personal lives.
We often like to take shortcuts, however shortcuts also are the moments that we sometimes miss a blessing. Most of the time we don’t realize but taking shortcuts actually lengthen the journey causing us to be traveling a lot longer than intended. Happy Monday!
This is the final episode of 2021 as we finally reach new year with new opportunities to continue to become the best version of ourselves. We discuss our resolutions we talk about our learning opportunities, we learned about each other’s successes this year and pointing our wheels in the direction for success through those moments will be definitely crucial for 2022. We hope that you guys had a phenomenal year and thank you for joining us let’s go let’s make it happen this year!

In today’s episode Finn and Adler talk about growing confidence. Receiving positive and negative feedback from people can be the pivotal moment of our life. The boys thrive on both positive negative feedback and will encourage people to receive the negative feedback and utilize it to be better. We tend to strive and we tend to do better when we receive negative feedback throughout life.
