Halo Combat Evolved is out for pc with a very quiet release. Death Stranding is making its way to pc very soon and what's up with the leaked Star Wars game? If you can't get enough of Mario Cart and play it on the mobile, you will soon be able to play against you friends and others.
Final Fantasy VII released a demo whitch we have played and will give you all the details. Rainbow Six Siege might go free to play and Riot Games have revealed the name of there latest game, Valoriant. this and more in episode 44 of Midweek Newsreel.
Gameplay from Baldur's Gate 3 is out, a long demo that really shows of the the game and what it can do. The game is very similar to Divinity but seems to stand on it's own legs. Bleeding edge hade a demo out a week or two back. We played it and share our thoughts on the game.
We have also started playing Hunt: Showdown. A pvp and pve game were you and all the other teams are hunting a boss, trying not to get killed by the other teams and then make it to the extraction. A very intense game with high stakes.
Pax East is soon here but many seems to be pulling out. Baldur's Gate 3 will be revealed there and will enter early access later this year. Ghost Recon Breakpoints latest update is getting delayed, the Resident Evil 3 remake will get a demo and is Horizon Zero Dawn on it's way to pc?
Htc have a few new vr headsets out but it all is a bit confusing, EA canceled a Star Wars game last year but are still making two it seems like... hopefully. Microsoft have revealed new features for the new Xbox that CD Project Red are on board with.
Andreas is joined by our good friend William aka Liliachi who is a longtime World of Warcraft and League of Legends player. We discuss Blizzards release of Warcraft Reforged, why they did, what they did and the repercussions. We talk about the state of the industry, what last year did and why were so disappointed.
Andreas and William have also played through the entire Dark Souls series together, Bloodborne, Sekiro and Niho. All of these games are in the running for hardest modern games. We discuss our journey through the games, what makes the so great and challenging.
The year of delayed games is continuing with Empire of Sin. The studio Quantic Dream that have made some amazing games is becoming it's own publisher. We now have all the information on the upcoming operators for Siege, they also revealed the road map for the next two years. It will include map reworks, core gameplay reworks, arcade playlist and a lot more. With the PC invasion from Halo were getting new nerf guns as well, in fact three of them. The game Gothic seems to have a remake on the way and Dead by Daylight have revealed a new killer and survivor. This and more in episode 42 of Midweek Newsreel.

Monster Hunter is geting new monsters, Dead Cells have a new dlc, Division 2 is geting it's first expansion and is a battle royal dropping for the latest Call of Duty? Activision Blizzard is pulling out of GeForce Now and they also seems to like the mobil platform. Starbreeze have had a rough going lately but have made a turn around with Payday 2 dlc's.
Andreas sits down with his brother Amadeus. What we never discuss in the podcast is sports games. Amadeus on the other hand buys Fifa, NHL and the F1 games each year. We discuss EA, how they are managing to keep the games interesting every year, the evolution of sports titels and everything surrounding these games.

Halo Reach PC and Man of Medan is what we talk about in this episode. It's been a long time coming now but Halo have finally been released on PC. The Master Chief Collection contains six games, Halo Reach is first out while the others will release over the next year. The release brings with it a few new things while staying true to the original.

Valve have released a massive update for Dota 2 and the latest Call of Duty will soon do the same. There are rumors about Rockstar making a medieval game. Rockstar is at least going to drop new content in the future for GTA 5. Microsoft is not going to do vr, at least not any time soon according to Phil Spencer. Half Life Alyx is the new game from Valve and seems to deliver one hell of an experience, can this led to Half Life 3? We also take a look at remakes and remasters in this episode. Diablo 4 and Overwatch 2... the rumors were true. This year Blizzard did it right, they gave us Diablo 4 and showed more then we expected. They also confirmed that Overwatch 2 is on the way. Breakpoint have been out for a while now. We try to break down the game and the entire Ghost Recon series in this episode. It's a long line of games now and with the last game being the first with an open world the series is trying something new. With the game going open world and adding an RPG system it follows what Ubisoft have done with all of it's major titles, but is this what we want?

Gears 5 has been out for little more then a week now. We have finished it and deliver our final words. The looter shooter Borderlands is having some problems with a loot glitch, can the new Total War game have been leaked? Anthem is trying to make things better but is the new plan really a good thing for the game? Rockstar Games is joining the launcher fest with it's own, and Nintendo is on a Dragon Quest spree.

Apple is trying to get in to the gaming industry with Apple Arcade. The Octopath developers have a new game launching there. Sea of Thieves and Siege have a lot of new content available. We will soon get more news about The Last of Us 2... finally.
Nintendo Direct, Blair Witch and Gears 5, a lot to cover in this episode. Nintendo did not disappoint in there latest Direct with over 30 games and a few new titles. As we have talked about in previous episodes, Overwatch is finally announced for the Switch. You have new titles like Rouge company, Deadly Premonition, Little Town Hero and Super Kirby Clash. Nintendo online is geting bigger and better with 20 Super Nintendo games and more to follow. Blair Witch got released a week back and we have played and completed it. Cyberpunk 2077 is geting closer and closer to release and multiplayer have been confirmed. Borderlands 3 is a little more then a week away and we discuss the preloading aspect of it.
If you can't get enough of Gears the pvp mobile game is doing very well at the moment. Uplay+ have also launched with over a 100 games that includes the latest titles.
A weekend filled of Pax! An event more for the people Pax West is here with more than we expected. The big studios and the big titels can be found on the floor to try out but when it comes to news, the smaller studios take a step forward. Borderlands 3 was the biggest title at Pax West and delivered news about the end game content for the game. Its nice to se an event where a lot of indie games are shown even if you don't like every title. A few titles we found interesting where Airborn kingdom, Prehistoric kingdom, Astroneer, Black Skylands and Stela.
Overwatch, Insomniac, Wow classic and movies seems to dominate this past week. Movies based on games is nothing new and with the new rise of the Mortal Combat games a movie is going to be produced. Metro 2033 is also getting a movie, the movie is going to be made in Russia but everything els seems unknown. Overwatch exists on PC, Xbox and PS4 but what about the Switch? Could Overwatch soon be making an appearance on the Switch?
Insomniac's Spider-man game is getting a game of the year edition for a good price. The studio is also getting bought up by Sony, could this mean we are getting some old titles back? Brought back from the the dead, resurrected and back making games is the Telltale Games studio.
We got a package from First4figures but something is wrong, very wrong.
We take a final look at that Gamescom gave us this year. We also look ahead at the rest of the year and the games we what to play. From last month and forward we have a loot of good games like Fire Emblem, Control, Astral Chain Luigi's Mansion 3 and many more. We hade hopped Sony would have had a bigger presence at Gamescom, at least we got more of Death Stranding. We are big Halo fans which means that Call of Duty is not the go to fps game for us. The thing is that the latest game sparked some interest, I wonder if we will buy it.
Gamescom 2019 is here! We talk about everything reveled at the show and give you our take on the hole show. Gamescom delivered a few new titles like, Everspace 2, Disintegration, Synced Off-Planet, Greedfall, Kerbal Space Program 2 and more. This was absolutely the highlight because of the disappointment from Sony and Microsoft. Stadia showed of more games for there platform, the Switch delivered gameplay from Witcher 3, Marvel's Avengers released a big gameplay trailer and Death Stranding gave us three smaller trailers with more information about the world.
World of Warcraft is going classic. The biggest mmo in the world is going back to its roots with Wow classic. The game launched back in 2004 and have dropped a lot of expansions since then. The classic version will go back to what the game offered from the start. Giving everyone that didn't play it back in the day a chance to experience the beginning as well as giving the old players a second chance to relive the game in its former glory.
With Gamescom rumors and news are starting to pop up. Need for Speed Heat have a reveal trailer, Playstation 5 might be revealed early next year and Phil Spencer talks about Xbox studio games on other consoles.
Dead Island 2 is still in the works, now a third studio is working on the game. Children of Morta that originally was going to be released last year finally have a release data. This and much more in episode 17 of Midweek Newsreel.

Smaller games have the advantage of trying different and interesting ides like Gris, Ori, Cuphead and countless other games. But what does the future hold? What is the next big thing?

Last episode we talked about Monster Hunter World and the budget version Dauntless. Dauntless is actually getting some new content and some very familiar skins. Amazon is trying to make a name for itself in the gaming world with a Lord of the rings mmo.
We are back on the hunt for big monsters. We have bought Monster Hunter Word for the second time but now for PC. We take a look at this game again and compare it to the console versions and Dauntless.
Why did this game succeed so well? What is it with this game that made us buy it again? What is the games biggest flaws?
A few games we play right now are geting some new content. Rainbow Six Siege have a new game mode, Word War Z have a new difficulty and Monster Hunter World is soon geting its first real expansion.. wait.. and last expansion.
Is it just us or does Blue Protocol look like a Tales online? Overwatch is finally ending the GOATS era and what's up with live action movies based on games?!
Siege is an etablated multiplayer game that is still going strong. We have played the game on an off since the release. When we now started playing the game again we felt like an episode would be perfect.
One off us have completed Gears of War 4 and what is this game Underlords everyone is talking about?
EA is in the news this week with some surprising mechanics. PUBG is making changes and maybe a sequel? Epic talk strategy vs Steam, Nintendo have not forgotten the Wii U yet and what would a summer be without a Steam summer sale. This and more in this weeks newsreel.
Cadence of Hyrule is out and we have played it! As always in our midweek newsreel we talk about the latest new from the gaming world. Nintendo did not give us any new models of the Switch this E3 but rumors still exist. With a lightsaber it should be easy to cut of limbs but Disney won't allow it in Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order. The new Avengers game from Square Enix looked awesome at E3 but the latest news about the game disassembled our hopes fast.
This years E3 is over and done with and had some really good briefings. We got a lot of dates, new games, more content for some, while other games got to little.
We had surprises like Keanu Reeves, Trials of Mana, a follow up to Breath of the Wild and many more. E3 this year was of course missing Sony, Skull and Bones, Pikmin, Dragon age 4 to name a few.
We talk about this and our overall impression of this years E3 in episode 83.
Sometimes you just get what you want, we finally got a remake of Seiken Densetsu 3, aka Trials of Mana. In the third episode of this years E3, we take a look at Ubisoft, Square Enix and Nintendo. All three have had the briefings with loads of games.
All three showed of new games, Roller champions, Avengers, Oninaki, Luigi's mansion 3 and many more. We also got titles that we didn't se coming which was nice. We have our favorit games from this year, do you?
The second day brings lots and lots of games. The Xbox briefing brought with it a hole bunch of game reveals, like Blair Witch, Psychonauts 2, 12 minutes, a new Tales game and many more. We got release dates for Ori, Cyberpunk 2077, Gears of War 5 and several others. We also got some information an a cutscene of Halo Infinite.
Bethesda also had there briefing, revealing a few new games, Orion and more information on Doom Eternal and other games that have already been released. We discuss all of these games and more in this episode.
And so it begins, E3 is here and EA is out first. The new Star Wars game is called Fallen Order and we got too se 15 minutes of gameplay.
EA also revealed new content for both Apex Legends and Battlefield V with some surprises mixed in. Then you have the standard games that EA always have with them, Madden, Fifa and Sims. This and more in Part one of E3.
Google is doing what Google does best, trying to take over the world, this time with Stadia. E3 is soon upon us and the rumors are falling like stars. The Xbox line up is almost revealed and Nintendo have announced the games that will be playable on the floor.

It's time for some E3 predictions! There are a lot of games confirmed, some we want to see and a few we are hoping for but probably wont get. This E3 have a lot to live up to, last year we got a crazy amount of games. Rage 2 got release last week, we have played it and have a review ready.
Rage 2 is out and we have played it. You will get a full review of the game on Sunday, in episode 77. As Swedes we are very sad about the news surrounding Starbreeze studio and there future and are hoping for the best. Siege and Monster Hunter is geting som new content while Skulle and Bones are getting delayed. E3 is soon here but why are Netflix attending? And as always, the biggest summer sale for games have a leaked starting date.
Steam have for a long time now been the go to game launcher. We have had Steam for ages now and thought, what's better than a 10 games we own on steam.
We are also closer then ever to the remake we all want. A new Ghost Recon game is on the way and what is this documentary about the latest God of War. This and more in episode 76.
Capcom is on a high right now and reports good things about Monster Hunter World. The mobile games are still being made and big titles are on it's way. EA have also announced some new games for the fall and what is Microsoft really teasing?
The Xbox 360 might not have been the best console ever but it did many things right and revolutionised many parts of how we play games today. The console have a bad reputation with the word death but when you say online gaming or achievements the 360 is a pioneer.

Resident Evil är en serie som hade sina bästa dagar för väldigt många år sedan. Ett av de bästa spelen i serien är tvåan, Capcom har äntligen tagit sig i kragen och gjort en remake på ett av spelvärldens mest älskade spel. Håller spelet upp till originalet i vår moderna värld?

CES 2019 har precis vart, vi tar en titt på de mest intressanta sakerna. Nytt för Vive, många laptops, skärmar och saker från AMD. Ett oväntat problem med en Playstation 4 skapade en del sorg och ilska. Fredrik har också spelat en hel det No Man's Sky i veckan för att se om spelet faktisk är kul nu. Vi är redan en vecka in på 2019 vilket betyder att årets första spel snart ska inhandlas. Vi tar en titt på alla speltitlar som har fått ett release datum, för att se vilka vi behöver handla och vilka vi inte är intresserade av. Året lider mot sitt slut vilket betyder att vi tittar tillbaka på året som gått och vilka spel som har vart bäst. Vi alla har tagit fram en topp fem på årets bästa spel enligt oss. Luta dig tillbaka, ta fram popcorn och lyssna ifall vi har rätt eller fel.

Nintendo brukar alltid vara på bollen när det gäller deras största titlar men kan Super Smash bros ultimate leva upp till all hype? Vi tar också en titt på the games awards, vilka som tog hem priser och vilka nya spel som visades upp.
Det finns några stycken stora spel studios med många spel under sig. Varför har vissa lyckats så bra medans andra försvinner. Battlefield V är äntligen ute för oss dödliga. Vi pratar om våra upplevelser från spelet, både dåliga och bra. Den stora frågan är om de har lyckats fånga den magiska bf känslan som tyvärr saknades från Battlefield 1. Detta och mycket mer i veckans avsnitt.

Avsnitt 50!!! Vi har snart spelat in podden under ett års tid. Vi firar vårast 50 avsnitt med att prata om de spel vi absolut älskar mest. Vi har alla gjort en top fem lista på våra all time favorite games och lägger fram dem för er. Vi har också valt att välja ett spel per serie, annars hade våra listor vart ganska ensidiga.
Att spela tillsammans är något vi gör ofta. Spel där samarbete och strategi är viktigt är något vi dras till. I veckans avsnitt pratar vi 4 player co-op. Vi hinner inte prata om alla spel vi gillar men vi har valt ut några spel vi gillar och starkt kan rekommendera.

Det finns ingen som är bättre på att döda monster än Geralt. Vi tar oss igenom alla de tre spelen + Thronbreaker och allt vi vet om den nya serien i veckans avsnitt. Halo serien börjar filma nästa år, Xbox game pass till pc och mycket mer i veckans avsnitt.
Lana gjorde vi mycket som små, även vart på på ett och annat Dreamhack. Nu när vi har blivit äldre har det avtagit och frågan är varför. I veckans avsnitt pratar vi också mycket om spel som är på väg, xbox nya avatar system och en del andra intressanta nyheter.
Det är många spel som har släppts och som snart har release vilket gör oss väldigt glada men också lite stressade. Utöver alla nya spel har en telefon visats upp, competitive lägen läggs till och utökas och rykten går om visa spel.
Ett av de tyngsta bilspelen har nyligen släppts och självklart är vi med på bollen och levererar en recension. Vi levererar också en recension på ett av Nintendos mest festliga spel. Så luta dig tillbaka och lyssna på en review double i veckans avsnitt.
The team is back in business! I avsnitt 44 pratar vi vr, recenserar Spider-man, pratar vidare om Valkyria Chronicles 4, Mario spel och en hel del annat smått och gott.
Vi är äntligen hemma efter tre veckor i Japan. Jag pratar lite om vår resa och vad vi har gjort under dessa veckor i Japan. Självklart pratar vi också spel. Under tiden vi har vart bort har både Spider-Man och Tomb Raider släppts och jag är ligger i högsta växeln för att kunna ta ikapp.
I veckans avsnitt gästar frugan från vår youtube och Christians sambo. Vi pratar tidiga minnen och uppväxt med spel. Detta år har vi också lagt mycket tid på träning och kost. Detta är väldigt viktigt att tänka på när man är gamer och sitter framför en dator hela dagarna. Därför delar vi med oss av hur det har gått och vilka framsteg vi har gjort.
Ett av de spel vi väntat på i fler år nu har äntligen släppt gameplay på sitt spel. Vi är också fulltaliga med mig Andreas, Christian och Fredrik efter att ha varit splittrade i två veckor. Nya spel har blivit inhandlade och en del nyheter att dela med oss av i veckans avsnitt.
Vi har koll på allt det viktiga från Gamescom 2018. Gamescom bjöd på mycket gameplay till många spel som ser intressanta ut. Några nya spel visades också samt en hel hårdvara. Christian är tillbaka och tar oss igenom det nya grafikkortet från Nvidia.
Svåra spel är något vi älskar och när Ghost Recon släpper Ghost mode vart vi ju tvungna att anta utmaningen. Jag och fredrik pratar om vad som gör spelet så svårt och varför spelet gör det svårare än vad det borde vara. Siege, Diablo, Bf och mycket mer i veckans avsnitt.
Vi har alla varit nybörjare när det kommer till spel. Några kanske fortfarande är det medans andra har spelat sedan tidernas begynnelse. Vi delar med oss av lite erfarenheter, tips, spel och annat när det kommer till att vara ny inom spel.

Då Christian är frånvarande i veckans avsnitt passar vi på att prata om moba. För att få mer kött på benen gästar vår vän William som med Fredrik har en bred kunskap av både lol och dota. Vi pratar historia, e-sport och varför hots passar bättre för mer casual players.
Vi är i full gång med att spela igenom Octopath Traveler och ger er vårt intryck av spelet efter ca 15 timmar. Vi tar också en närmare titt på klasser och roller i spel. Allt från den standard som Final Fantasy har satt till dagens variation i mmo och spel som Path of Exile.
Bossar kommer i många olika typer där spel som Zelda väljer en mer mekanisk väg jämfört med Dark Souls som väljer att göra bossarna ordentligt svåra. I avsnitt 33 pratar vi om bossar som står ut från mängden vare sig om de är dåliga eller bra. Vad är det egentligen som gör en bra boss?
Sanhok har släppts till PUBG. Vi har spelat en hel del av denna lite mindre och mer action fokuserad banan. PUBG har också infört ett event pass som... ja... de kanske inte har lyckats lika bra med.
Vi har också tittat närmare på Battlefield V då mer information har släppts om spelet. Allt detta och mycket mer i avsnitt 32.
Bärbara konsoler har var med oss hela uppväxten och gett oss många bra spel. Vi tar en titt på den bärbara marknaden och vad som väntar i framtiden.
Är E3 redan över? Eller är det kanske lite skönt? Vi tar en titt på vilka som gjorde det bäst, vilka spel som överraskade, vilka spel som saknades och mycket mer i vårt avslut av E3 2018.
Pc gaming show levererar en stelare upplevelse och många spela med lite information. Nintendo har i stället en mer fokuserad visning och ger oss stora och efterlängtade titlar. Tyvärr missar de att leverera på ett av deras största spel som de redan har teasat.
Sony levererar på nästan alla deras stora titlar och ger oss mycket information att analysera. Square enix ger oss iställer mycket av det vi har sett vilket vi alla tre är besvikna på. Ubisoft är brorsan som har lagt sig i mitten, droppar några stora bomber samtidigt som de missar en av deras största titlar.
Microsoft överraskar på dag två med galet många spel, mycket gameplay och droppar några bomber. Bethesda har samtidigt en väldigt underhållande visning med bra humor, många spel och en hel del nytt.
Tyvärr hade vi lite tekniska problem, hoppas det går att lyssna på i alla fall.
E3 har inte riktigt börjat än men EA har valt att köra igång ändå. EA öppnar med mycket destruction, snubblar lite i mitten med mobilspel och avslutar tack och lov med mer av Anthem. I avsnitt 26 hittar ni allt om vad vi tycker om starten av E3 och EAs leverans.
Utöver E3 pratar vi också lite Battletech och går inte på två nya VR-spel som kommer.
Ett nytt battlefield är snart här, Sea of Thieves har fått mer content och Fallout 76 har fått en teaser. Har ni har väl inte heller missar nyheten om ett dlc-pack som kostar ofantligt mycket? Allt detta och mycket mer i avsnitt 25!
Spel med zombies i finns det många av. Enligt Steam finns det 66 sidor; vilket kan vara för mycket. Vi trodde inte vi var riktigt trötta på zombie spel eller i alla fall hade undvikit det. Under avsnittet visade det sig snabbt att så inte var fallet.

2018 ser otroligt lovande ut med titlar som: Anthem, A Way Out, Days Gone, The Last of Us Part 2, Metro: Exodus, God of War, Read Dead Redemption 2 är bara några ut av de spel vi ser fram. Vi tittar tillbaka på året som gått och funderar över vad som har vart bra samt dåligt. Vi diskuterar storspelen som Zelda, Mario och Horizon samt går in på lite mindre spel vi har tyckt räddat året.
Vi pratar om pubgs nya bana samt vapen, fordon och vaulting. Vi får förstärkning av Fredrik för att diskutera vad vi tycker om banan och allt annat nytt.

Jag har spelat spelet mer eller mindre sedan det kom ut medans Christian är ny i spelet. Vi går igenom vad vi tycker om spelet, vad vi älskar, vad vi inte tycker om samt om vad som kommer.
