Have you heard of Chromotherapy? It’s the science of using colours to adjust body vibrations to frequencies that result in health and harmony. It would be easy to dismiss using colour as a fad or lightweight therapy (I did initially!) but when you learn that scientists and philosophers have been ruminating on the nature of light and colour for thousands of years, it makes you sit up and take notice.
This week I’m talking to Tracie Long a Spiritual Guru about being a Civil Celebrant, Shamanic Healer and Tarot reader. Tracie has had Spirit in her life from a young age, when she remembers seeing Spirit animals in her bedroom and hearing her grandfather speak to her
We explore what is involved in Shamanic healing and how Tracie helps to heal both physical and emotional wounds which often involve past life work and soul retrieval. We also touch on grief and how it affects people differently and the benefits of planning your own funeral.
We explore the history of Tarot and Tracie explains about how her Tarot beginner courses work
Finally Tracie’s guide Dave advises that we should all try and get to know our own guides, as they are able to help and support us through different stages of life. She also reminds us that it is important to ground and protect ourselves when working with Spirit
I hope you enjoy it
This week I’m talking to Rachael Watson, a massage therapist and reflexologist. Since studying Ayurveda for Women in 2014, Rachael has been passionate about holistic health and passing on her knowledge to her clients and inspiring in them a desire to heal from within.
During our chat we talk about the power of touch and how nurturing and therapeutic in can be. We both agree that the adage “if you don’t take time for your wellness, you will have to make time for your illness” is so true, yet we are not encourage culturally to take time out and to connect & care for our own needs.
We discuss how our years of experience have gifted us with the patience and wisdom in order to hold space for our clients and also how we are now able to truly be our authentic selves and find contentment from within.
In this week’s Podcast I welcome Laurie, a Life Mastery Consultant and Lyanne, a Master Healer, Teacher & Empath.
Laurie & Lyanne work as a Spiritual Tag team helping their clients reach their full potential but helping shift their mindsets to the potentiality of healing from the root upwards. They are passionate about supporting their clients to live greater, freer, fuller lives discovering their purpose and their passion.
We discuss how Negative thoughts and limiting beliefs are not only collected from the people around us but also generationally, where trauma and unconstructive mindsets create destructive paradigms which trap us and how it’s important to break these and create a different generation in order to move the world forward in a new way.
We look at how the world has been supporting the narrative that we must work for money rather than happiness or fulfilment and satisfaction. We are often influenced by external authorities that tell us that we need superficical things in order to validate ourselves and be happy, and we all agreed that it’s better to seek abundance rather than wealth, as it’s more enriching on every level.
We all supported the idea of being able to go within and connect to self and source in order to find lasting peace and happiness
I am happy to welcome back my friends June Barclay, Anusha Healer and Angel Channeller and Emma Lane Harvey, Crystal Healer and Reiki Master.
In this week’s episode, we are discussing the crystals for each chakra and how they can help us, we also wander through the topic of colour vibration again and its impact on our life from clothing and being in nature to Aurasoma.
We also discuss how hard following a spiritual path can be at times and how often we fail to put ourselves first and why it’s so important that we do so.
We look at how the more we explore our connection to Source and the challenges that arise along this journey. How we present ourselves to the world and are then perceived by others, highlighting how important it is to stand in our power and maintain healthy boundaries
In this week’s episode I am once again chatting to my friend June Barclay an Anusha Healer and Angel Channeller. We are working together to prepare a book, which is an Introduction to a Spiritual life and we record our weekly chats about the different topics we are covering, which often include June channelling messages from Spirit.
This week’s Podcast is an eavesdrop on our conversation about Colour and Vibration and what that looks like in a Spiritual life. You will immediately join us as we are exploring a deck of Colour Cards by Inna Segal.
I find myself spending more time with June, as I help prepare the book ready for self publishing. Recording our conversations, which reflect the content of the book, is providing insight and solace to many people. so it feels right to continue on this journey. This week’s episode is all about how to connect with the Angels and how they communicate with us. The energy in the room was strong and the content reflects our human needs throughout our lives, so is relevant for all.
This podcast with June was part of gathering information for a book that June is helping with, about living & working with Spirit in your life. The recording was so powerful and full of such profound treasures. We cover discussing Orbs, spheres of light that Spirit use to let themselves be seen, the energy of your Aura and how powerful being a Lightworker can be for all of us and how the Angels use our energy.
I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as we enjoyed recording it.

As someone who has worked in mental health for many years, I have had genuine concerns about the broader social and psychological effects of isolation and loneliness. Since many of our coping mechanisms have been removed, how can we help ourselves and each other? I believe there are a range of important things we can all do to help ourselves and that there are also some positive changes that have come about through the experience of the pandemic.
In this week’s episode I’m delighted to introduce Dr Ali Hagget, A Mental Health Historian. We cover wide ranging topics of conversation looking at Mental Health for men and women in the 60’s to how Lockdown is affecting us today. We also touch on self empowerment and responsibility what our mental health could look like moving forward for ourselves and our children in the future.
In this first interview with June Barclay, Anusha Healer & Angel Channeller, shares her experience of growing up and life in post war East End, meeting her husband Charlie and having 6 children in her life by the time she was 27. She realised from a very early age that she had inherited the gift of being able to connect with spirit and the angels, who were able to guide her gently through her life, bringing a sensing of knowing when and where she had to go.
Mandy’s journey to Homeopathy came about as a result of the proposed treatment of Hyper Thyroidism. Having worked herself to the bone in her mid 20’s the thought of radiation treatment didn’t sit well with her and a friend introduced her to the world of Homeopathy.
In this week’s episode I’m delighted to introduce Donna McCheyne, a Yoga Teacher from Salcombe who offers a delightful array of classes locally. We talk about her move to Devon and how she progressed from reflexology and reiki, which ultimately opened her heart to the possibility of other ways of living.
Coping with Stress is sadly a high priority in today’s society and Amy, a Solution Focused Hypnotherapist, was able to explain how the brain works and processes thoughts, situations and actions that can often derail us. Her insights enable us to understand the power of the mind and how we are able to turn ourselves around and set ourselves on a more positive and empowering path.
So, what changes would you make in your life?
For some it would be just one part of their life, be that health and fitness, careers, smoking, phobias, loneliness to the more intrusive, such as general anxiety, coping with symptoms of depression, self-esteem, confidence, social anxiety, IBS, insomnia, feeling of overwhelm, chronic pain.
In this week’s episode I’m delighted to introduce someone who it’s a privilege to call her a friend, Emma Lane Harvey who is a Reiki Master & Crystal Healer and she also runs regular Meditation Groups.
Crystals formulated as the earth formed itself, each one carries an imprint and a powerful force but also emitting specific energy which can absorb, focus and heal especially when used in holistic therapy in particular
In this week’s episode I’m delighted to introduce someone who it’s a privilege to call her a friend, Vic Rendle who, is a mum, physiotherapist and business owner of The Health Hub in Kingsbridge. I have known Vic for many years and it was a delight to spend some time with her and listen to her insights on growing and running your own business.
As we enter our third week of Lockdown for the Coronavirus, I took some time to meditate this morning and was guided to record the meditation that i did. I follow my inner guidance to help you balance your Chakras with Golden Healing Light and then send this out in a Rainbow of Healing Love around the World.
Join me in healing our beautiful planet and all it’s inhabitants at this time.

Every Tuesday I post about three energy medicines that I use personally, in the hope of inspiring and educating my clients and followers. Whilst I am not a trained professional in these disciplines, I find that they have a profound and powerful effect on my and my families emotional and mental health and would recommend discovering their magic for yourself.
In the meantime I wanted to take this opportunity to educate a little further on how you can take these remedies.
CRYSTALS
I am looking forward to writing a Blog dedicated to just Crystals, where I will explain further their healing properties. Suffice to say here, they have been used for years as an alternative medical technique in which crystals and other stones are used to cure ailments and protect against disease.
Once you have identified which Crystal you wish to use (this can either be because you are drawn to it or have researched it), you can either carry it around in your pocket or have near you, say on your bedside table or desk. Certain pieces are best used in specific areas, eg: near your Throat Chakra, so it is advisable to wear it as a piece of jewellery. Once you have finished using your Crystal, put it in the sunshine to cleanse it of any negative energies that it has absorbed.
FLOWER REMEDIES
These remedies work by lifting the positive nature of the issue rather than subdue the negative. You can either put 4 drops of the remedy in a glass of water and drink then, or put into a water bottle and sip throughout the day. It’s possible to combine Flower Remedies with another, which is quite common when you have a number of issues at hand. When combining with others, just use 2 drops of each remedy rather than 4. Keep taking until you feel the positive nature of the energy start to emerge.
HOMEOPATHY
This is just a basic introduction into how to take Homeopathy, so if you wish to educate yourself more I suggest you seek the advice of a Homeopath. Once you have identified the remedy you wish to take, ensure you that you have a “clean mouth” ie: you have not consumed food or drink for 10 minutes either side of taking a remedy. It is not advisable to touch your remedy, so it’s best to tip into the lid of the container and then put in your mouth. Homeopathy is not like taking antibiotics, you don’t just take a course of them regardless of the response, you only take them until the body recognises and responds to the issue in hand. As soon as you feel better, cease taking the remedy.

In this episode I open up about what Faith means to me. In my future podcasts, one of the aspects I wish to explore is how Female Entrepreneurs use their own form of Faith in their business and how it benefits them. I decided that if I was asking my guests to be open and honest and share their personal experiences with me, it was only right that I do the same with you.
I wanted to focus on the Heart and explain how you can use this underestimated organ to create profound differences in both your emotional and physical state.
In my mind you can take the principle of an Holistic approach into your business, as all of us are a sum of our parts. Owning and running your own business makes it virtually impossible to separate it from your personal life, Home & Business life never has a clear divide when you are not in the 9 – 5. It may seem fairly obvious to say, but when it comes to mentoring you and your business or building a brand, if we do not look at the whole, you miss the bigger picture.
We are born with an innate ability to connect on more than one level, about how we should react or respond to a situation, but sadly we have disconnected from this ability.
Exploring Meridians, Muscle monitoring and other principles of Touch for Health and how perceiving the body as a multidimensional, holistic creation rather than a complex machine makes Touch for Health an effective instrument in allowing people to explore and harmonise these dimensions.
The reflex points supply energy to the lymphatic system and act like circuit breakers when the system becomes overloaded, they are related energically and electromagnetically to the Lymph Glands.
From children’s wear to Coastal Homewares and then onto Holiday lettings, the journey has certainly not been dull and the learning curve has been steep. Listen in to experience the journey.
In Touch for Health we used this interrelated relationship between the Five Elements and the internal organs to help us understand emotions and where any imbalanced energy may lie.
