Review: Where the mind goes, the body follows. And with the right perspective, we realize that we have power we didn't know we had.
Reflect: What is you body language, focus, and self talk like in yellow light situations- when things may turn for the worse?
If Billy Chapel, Wim Hof, and Felix Baumgartner can do these things (CLICK ON LINKS!). what can YOU do?
Again, special thanks to mental skills gurus Brian Cain and author Ryan Holliday, for their inspirational content in this episode.

Author Catherine DeMonte has been a psychotherapist for three decades. She created small-group 8-session Abundance Circles in 2016 when she realized her clients all seemed to have One Big Thing missing for them in life which created deep regret and sadness; could be a partner or baby, work they loved, or financial security- whatever it was for them, this feeling that something was missing in life was often what drove them into therapy in the first place. Out of these Circles, her book Beep! Beep! Get Out of My Way! Seven Tools for Powerful Creation and Living Your Unstoppable Life was created. In July, her Beep! Beep! Fun fact: did you know the phrase "a jack of all trades and a master of none," is in fact a misquote? The line, in full, actually goes, "a jack of all trades and a master of none but oftentimes better than master of one," and here I have someone who has allowed that philosophy to guide his pursuits, building his brand through the constant study of various subjects from writing, to marketing, to music, which brought him here today. Ladies and gentlemen, Tomas Russo.

TO THE ROOT OF IT ALL
Lucas grew up in the small town of Enid, Oklahoma - where he lived on a farm with his grandmother, mother, and 2 older brothers. Since he sang “God Bless America” at 18 months old, he has shared his voice at everything from pow-wows to funerals, and used it to express his Christian Faith, Native-American Roots, and to maintain strong relationships and fight bullying. Some of Lucas’s songs that reflect these sentiments are “Maybe Jesus Was a Cowboy,” “Little Hearts Break too,” and “Face Of a Friend.” We’ll begin part 2 of this interview with a track off his latest album “RAINMAKER” called “SPRINGFIELDS” in which Lucas soulfully connects to his Native American heritage.
RAINMAKER
Talented Singer/Songwriter Lucas Ciliberti is only 18. He is the youngest winner of the "DEBUT ARTIST OF THE YEAR AWARD" - for the Native American Music Awards (Native American Grammy's). Lucas's Music video SPRINGFIELDS was selected to be in the Top 6 for Video of the Year, and the title track from his newest Album - RAINMAKER, was nominated for Country Song of the Year as well. Lucas was given a very special gift. What people love about his music is that it gives them peace and hope, and makes them SMILE! Some songs will take you to another place - another time - where you can even imagine yourself "in the songs" - forgetting for a few minutes, all about your stress and obligations.
