Allowing is about facing up to the darkest stuff and dealing with it. Being resilient. Not giving in. But not necessarily with cathartic drama (though of course if that is necessary, do it). Maybe with a cup of tea and a twinkle. Tapping can get you there.

Can you imagine relaxing, without collapsing? This is not the relaxation of letting go to fall asleep, or to receive a massage. It is the relaxation of being alert, but with no unnecessary tension. The relaxation of using just the right energy for each task, of focus without stress, momentum without rush, of stillness without stuckness.
Tapping can get you there.

This month’s theme is Compassion. It’s worth working with self love. It is not a selfish act, but rather gives you strength to love. Please don’t confuse self love with self aggrandizement or egoism. It is about realising that you are lovable and loved. But we can’t simply jump to feeling lovable and loved if we feel unlovable and unloved. So today’s exercise is a simple way to start.

When you love, there is the opportunity to let go of all the judgements, all the limiting beliefs and all the tight containers that keep you small. But actually loving, real love, passionate love, quiet love – and not a saccharine greetings card love– that is not so easy. Because of all those thoughts, all those feelings and all that “stuff” that stand in the way.
So we practise… “Even though I have this issue, I love and accept myself.”
Let me talk to you about the magic of the EFT Tapping Set Up Phrase.

But often there is stress when you don’t want it. You tie yourself up in knots rather than get on. You put things off. Or you do everything in time but with gritted teeth.
Let’s tap for moving forward with ease.

Although many people may really want to change – they are tired and fed up of the same repeating patterns, when they really dig in to look at their beliefs, they do not believe that change is possible.
This may be you. “Of course I want to lose weight, make more money, get over that childhood trauma”. But if deep in your mind you don’t believe that is possible, it is very hard to tap and clear.
But imagine if you really believed change was possible, then it makes that change so much more likely. That is when the fun begins! This is what this podcast is about.

Sometimes you feel conflicted. All those different voices in your head are jostling and it is hard to be clear.
Tapping has an ability to help you focus. It brings to the surface that which needs to be surfaced then polishes the gold to a high gloss while clearing the dross. This is where discernment comes in. You are able to carry on with the things you want to carry on with and you are able to make your decisions with ease - both those are essential to stand in your power.

This episode talks about and demonstrates how to use EFT Tapping as you enter a new phase of life or work. The basic premise of EFT is to clear the things that no longer serve you, whether habits of thought or emotion or deed. At New Year, it is helpful to look back and evaluate what worked, what didn't work and to clear any emotion or limiting beliefs that may hold you back from moving on. You can use this exercise in relation to any goal or project. For more information about The Nest, an online tapping community for support and healing, go to http://bit.ly/NestFounders
This episode talks you through a simple exercise to add tapping to your evaluations, so that you tap on the challenges that came up, as well as celebrating your successes and really tuning in to what makes you special as you move forward. You can apply this exercise to any evalution of a project, a relationship or even a future plan, but this episode is about adding tapping at year's end. As you look back, adding tapping will give you the emotional and mental depth to really learn from the past year and to move forward with renewed vigour, insight and positivity.
This episode talks you through how to tap for yourself for the everyday Shadows - those times you notice yourself holding back from doing something, you are avoiding or feeling anxious about something. Everyday Shadows are there in every compulsive behaviour, judgement or fear. Tapping is so versatile but the first thing is to be able to find and use your own words to tap with. Claire walks you through an example of this everyday tapping for anxiety so you can use those same tools for yourself.
This episode talks about what to do before working directly with the Shadow - those parts of ourselves that get in the way of open heart and connected action. Sometimes the fear of opening up a Pandora's box of memories and fears is very real. There is a very safe way to start working with the Shadow and that is to look at and work with our relationship to working on it in the first place. It may be fear or boredom or lack of belief it will make a difference.
When we tap on that relationship, we work with the Shadow in a safe and contained way. Then we can feel much more comfortable to begin to explore.
This episode talks about the concept and practise of Gathering - that is, being "in relationship to" as a Loving Witness rather than being inside the fog or overwhelm of our own internal lens. EFT Tapping allows us to be in relationship to the Shadow in a safe and contained way. The Shadow is a way of naming those things which get in the way of open heart and connected action - the beliefs, judgements and fears which seem to be real and which are completely tappable.
Tapping can really help at times of transition, whatever the transition is. This episode allows you to tune into your own transition and tap on that.
The best results from EFT Tapping happen when you actually tap! EFT has a reputation as a "miracle cure" and quick results from specific things can happen, but more often you need to tap over time. In fact, this is one of EFT Tapping's best user-friendly aspects. It is so available to you to tap whenever and wherever you need.
This episode goes into the reasons why you might want to make tapping a habit, the different sorts of regular tapping and what to say as you tap.
Tapping for Hope is intended as a way of opening a chink of light when the world seems overwhelming or bleak. It does not replace regular tapping for the speicifics of the situation, but can help open the door to that tapping. It is also great at any time, even if you feel happy to begin with! EFT Tapping is a very elegant modality and can be used for many issues in many ways. But at its heart is the "power of curious". This episode begins to explore where to start in your journey of curiosity. To learn more about EFT Tapping, go to http://clairephayes.com/about-eft

Doubt can be debilitating. So much doubt is based on lack of trust or worry, doubts based on fear or not being "good enough".
And it is these doubts that we can tap with EFT Tapping.
Listening to your doubts and tapping on them. Recognizing the limiting beliefs and fears that stop you in the first place. So that although no-one knows the future, you can tap for the best outcome as possible, including the possibility that tapping can work!
Of course, doubt can also be an essential part of discernment. That is not the topic of this podcast.
EFT Tapping is an excellent modality for clearing trauma, loosening the binds of limiting language and thought forms, freeing emotions and setting you on the path to fulfilment. But it can be a spiritual practice too.
By spiritual practice, I mean a daily or frequent practice that widens the space between the everyday cacophony of modern life and that blissful stillness that can be experienced in meditation. Tapping can do this to perfection. In this episode I talk in particular about one aspect of tapping that has "spirituality" built in to the very basic words we use. Trauma doesn't have to be "big" to cause lasting repercussions. Sometimes it is repeated small things that shape our view of the world and colour how we live. This episode is not about medical trauma but trauma that lives in the mind. EFT Tapping is an excellent modality to clear all trauma, whether "big" like childhood abuse or "small" like being made to feel worthless. In this podcast I talk about the beginning of breaking free with tapping. To learn more about EFT Tapping, go to http://clairephayes.com/about-eft.
In this podcast I look at EFT Tapping in relation to pyschological trauma, not only "big" trauma but countless "small" traumas too. I explain why the results of trauma keep presenting themselves and how tapping can clear the effects of trauma effectively and compassionately.
This episode will help you tap for confidence when you have a particular issue you are facing, for example wanting more confidence to do or say a particular thing. It does not pretend to deal with core issues to do with a lack of trust in life. However, by targeting a specific issue where you want more confidence, you are automatically building your resilience and experience of success. Ease and grace - who doesn't want that? Or you may want to change my positive words for your own like "calm and joy". Whatever you choose, this podcast is about how to use EFT Tapping in a very simple way to increase the positive feelings in the here and now. This podcast deals with the initial emotions after a terrorist attack. It is intended for the general public, rather than for people who have been more directly involved. However, although I would always counsel 1 to 1 support for people directly involved or those in the emergency services, this may be helpful as a starting place. The intention is to model how to approach tapping for the emotions and judgements in such a scenario, and as always, is intended as a guide. How to use EFT Tapping to get you out of avoidance. We look at how the container of the EFT Tapping Set Up Phrase gives you the safety for dealing with those things that you are avoiding. Most of us avoid tricky emotions because they are uncomfortable. Or we wallow in emotionality, rather than moving through. EFT Tapping gives us the way out and the way through.
Simply, the pain of not being clear with your “yes’s “ and “no’s” is immense. Not being clear about your “yes’s” and “no’s” means you might not be making the right choices for yourself, both in the everyday eg self care or long term. It also means you are not in your power in relation to the wider world.
The “yes” and “no” practice is profoundly useful. It gives you context. It gives you clarity. It gives you power, both for the small and large decisions in life.

Welcome to the Tap into your Power Podcast, where we explore the new paradigm of power based on love, compassion and connection. I’m Claire of clairephayes.com and Women of Power and I invite you to listen it, tap along and step into your power to do and be all you can be in the world.
Today, we’re exploring what happens when the container collapses – when your sense of safety dissolves, when world events shock you and pain you, when your ground is shiftling beneath your feet.
Hello I’m Claire Hayes, EFT tapping practitioner and author and founder of Tap into your Power. To find out more about EFT Tapping and Tap into your Power, go to clairephayes.com.
This is the first of a series about the Container. The Container is one of the teachings that I use as a way of getting into right relationship with your power. For me, the container is a wondrous thing.
One of the best examples that I know that we will be focusing on today is the EFT Tapping Setup Statement. It goes like this – “Even though (the issue), I love and accept myself.”
Listen in to discover more.
Hello I'm Claire Hayes of clairephayes.com and Tap into your Power. To find out more about EFT Tapping and Tap into your Power, go to clairephayes.com.
Why power? And why tapping – EFT Tapping?
I believe that the time really is here for a new paradigm of power, a new relationship to power.
The old aspect of power based on male patriarchy clearly isn’t working. That model based on coercion, on control, on difference, on being better than, of being “needing to do this in order to take power” – that is not working for us, for each other and for the world. You know that. I know you know that.
We need a new paradigm for power. I used to not want to use the word “power”. I didn’t even like in power. I have too much of that old, coercive control understanding of power.
Let’s own a new power. A power based on love. Power based on wisdom.
