My name is Ally Fernandez. I'm a graduate student, financial professional, and woman in the midst of some grand changes.
In this podcast, I talk to leaders and creators to answer a question - how do we want to lead and create when up against bigger challenges than the world has ever seen? We seek to redefine what leadership means when the old frameworks no longer apply, and share the creative energy that will be required. In fields set up against us - we desire to live passionately, and smash all expectations.
In this episode, I talk to my old friend from high school - who since graduating has done nothing but pursue goals and inspire others. We have a serious conversation about our shared histories, what it means to be a leader and have responsibility, and how to honor and embrace where we come from as we continue towards where we are going.

Andi is a thoughtful entrepreneur, and in this convo they take all the buzzwords you’ve been seeing on social media ( #lawofattraction #manifestation #moneymindset ) and ground them in their functioning day to day life. I wanted to know how to apply all of these concepts to my life as a working class #GenZ member! They take a unique and leftist bent to earning money and setting goals, and I had a LOT of questions. But they delivered!
In this episode, I sit down with my friend and former coworker Nikki to talk activism, leadership, creativity, and the works. Not going to lie, this episode got completely real, and that's something I am so proud of! No holds barred - coming for the blue checkmarks, bosses, and the like without any hesitation. We discuss how we found our paths to leadership, how we worked around faulty mindsets, and try to map out a direction towards real social change. This is one of my favorites yet!
