S.H.I.E.L.D is a governmental organization that exists to counter terrorism and threats outside the formal jurisdiction. Its staff consists only of the best agents, recruited from different departments and corners of the Earth. S.H.I.E.L.D was established immediately after World War II by Nick Fury - the most famous commander of super agents in the history of comic books, who appeared on the pages of the story about Iron Man. However, almost immediately Fury was refused his idea and halts the project. During a productive 1963, Stan Lee and Steve Ditko came up with Stephen Strange. At that time he was the most non-standard superhero among the rest, and even today he looks very exotic in the midst of his colleagues in the world of fantasy. Dr. Strange was created in order to add some magic, or rather black magic, to the plot. He made his debut in the comics about the Human Torch as a master of black magic; stories about him were always surreal and reminiscent of Salvador Dali's pictures, they were filled with references to the occult and esoteric teachings. According to the comics, the father of Tony Stark Howard Stark built the house in front of you in 1932. In that time the mansion was already equipped with hidden paths and secret places, and Tony inherited it in the same conditions. In Sam Raimi's trilogy about Spider-Man, scenes in his aunt’s house and the pursuit for the bus were filmed in Queens, but the interior of the main villain's house in the first part was shot here. In addition to the Avengers, there is another colorful character well represented in New York. The film's release was preceded by a specially issued comic book series "The Avengers: Nick Fury's Big Week". There we met a new team of the Avengers with the newly added tandem of former Soviet spy Black Widow and master ranged weapon specialist named Hawkeye. But the original team was formed in the eponymous comic book of 1963 by our permanent veterans author Stan Lee and artist Jack Kirby. After the movie about Iron Tony, its sequel and another four superheroes films were released over the next four years: about Thor, Hulk and Captain America. They were not as successful as the solo Iron Man films, but their union in "The Avengers" in 2012 was quite natural. The superheroes joined together in the fight against alien invaders and the cunning god Loki, and this movie quickly became the most important and lucrative for Marvel Studios. It's the movie from 2008, where Robert Downey Jr. put on a flying suit of armor and became an idol for a global audience. The success of this film was due to the fact that it finally looked like... a film based on a comic book. The Baxter Building, the headquarters of the powerful Fantastic Four. In the comics at the site of this skyscraper there is a 35-story building where Stan Lee and Jacob Kirby placed the super team. The TV show about Daredevil, as well as all the rest of the above list, has a special realistic style very unusual for Marvel Studios, where the characters are always striking the enemy with their wit rather than with superpowers. The rights for "Devil's Hell's Kitchen" were sold to 20th Century Fox studio, and in 2003 it released the movie "Daredevil" with Ben Affleck in the lead role. In the US, comics appeared in 1892, the word itself meant "something funny" and depicted subjects were appropriate. Richard F. Outcault, who worked as the draftsman for the newspaper "Electric World", released a series called "Hogan's Alley" with a yellow kid as one of the characters. The people of New York quickly fell in love with him and the newspaper became a weekly. The period from the 1930s to the end of World War II the Golden Age of the world of comics. Here you are. Do you see the dark building with a lot of windows? It looks like a bank, a stock exchange or a typical Manhattan office; it's hard to believe that the world famous cinematic universe of the avengers and fanned Superheros' opposition was created here in Hell's Kitchen. Unfortunately you didn't get here before the next move: 150 employees left the Manhattan studio after the conclusion of a contract between Marvel and Disney in 2013, and now they work under the sunny skies of Los Angeles.
