A LGBTQ+ related podcast series focused on coaching and teaching organizations and networks on respectful terminology, I&D topics/tasks, business acumen, best pratices, do's and don'ts, how to create and/or maintain a welcoming and affirming culture within organizations/networks. We will have special guests and organic, candid conversations.
Too often, there is breakdown in I&D discussions, events, and presentations within organizations/networks because there is a disconnect in communication and verbiage used. In this 1st epsiode of Beyond the Mx, I present common terminology used in reference to the LGBTQ+ community.
