We're baaaack! Happy New(ish) year! We're coming straight in with a weird one! Hoppy hot sauce!! Bradley got a trio of hot sauces from Hop't so we thought we'd try them on the podcast! You can get Bradley's recipe below if you want to try them too!
Hop't Sauce - hoptsauce.co.uk
Recipe:
- Melt your butter (25ml per two chicken thighs)
- Slowly add and whisk melted butter with 50ml of Hop't Sauce
- Heat up oil to 180°C
- Keeping the oil temp consistent, cook chicken in small batches for 7 minutes or until chicken is slightly crispy on the outside and 75°C internally.
- Add chicken into a bowl and season with salt & Pepper
- Add sauce and toss to combine
