Thank you for everyone who listened to my podcast, you don't know how I appreciate it. Unfortunately this is my last podcast since today I am leaving Earth, very soon actually. This life was amazing, sometimes lacked that amazement, but my family and my friends who stood by my side was very humbling and feel grateful for everyone, even you who listened and I don't know you I am grateful to have had the chance to connect.

How differently would be our lives if we would have known at the young age the lessons that comes only with life experience. I believe life is magnificent and we all should embrace it and make every minute, every second count. Doing things for us is needed, but helping others is such a gift that enriches our lives. Wen we think only about us many people get depressed, but when we help others there is an amazing uplifting feeling of "we matter". For me giving is more enjoyable than receiving, maybe is selfish, but I am doing it for me.
For the next few podcast it will be about the amazing experiences I had, amazing people I met and some I had the priviledge of interviewing.

Sibusiso Vilane is considered a legend in South Africa, he climbed all 7 summits . Sibusiso climbed twice Mount Everest and in this podcast he talks about how to prepare, mentally in physically to be on top of the world. The endurance facing the harsh elements for us people is just unimaginable, as he said you have to have a passion to do what he does. He said that "Once the goal has been set, there is no reason to dwell on it."
Sibusiso is preparing to go back to Mount Everest this year and celebrate 20 years of his first time he reached to top of Everest and he will be climbing again. This time he will have his family with him to support on his journey. He is also looking for sponsors.
