You have been given a mandate and a mission to go into your world and share the Gospel. No need to be nervous, God covers you with His Spirit, preparing the ones you are going to, strengthening you and providing you with the words and the will to set the captives free.
As long as we are feeding the fire, we have heat in the house — it is the same in the spiritual as it is in the natural. Keep warm with the presence of God; stay fueled with the Spirit and Word of God.
We are living in a time of gross darkness. It is time for the Church to arise in Jesus’ name with His glory burning in our hearts so that we may take a stand for Jesus.
You are the only Jesus some people will see. Live in such a way that strangers will come to know Him through knowing you.
When we are open to the voice of God, we are going to see the Heavenly Father; we're going to see Jesus. When we slip away with Him, we will understand the work of the Holy Spirit in a greater way.
Being a Christian doesn’t make us immune to the troubles in the world. We know that. However, as a child of God, we also understand that we have the blessing of the living God in our lives. Ask the Holy Spirit to keep you in constant awareness that, even in the valley, you are anointed and you can still rejoice because the victory is the Lord’s and you are His.
No matter what you face, strength and power from the Holy Spirit received in the presence of the Lord will give you all you need to start over, go forward, and accomplish God’s goal for your life. “And no devil’s gonna stop you in your path!”
Your faith will be tested; Your walk with the Lord will be tested. But the difference between you, a child of God, and the world is this: you know where you stand. When you have assurance about the solid rock you are being built upon, you have peace of mind. You can withstand anything because you cling to the strengthening and sustaining revelation that Jesus, the Son of the Living God is your rock.
God opened the heavens to Daniel and he sent angels to help him. God will do that. The supernatural, the miracles — all of it. Your most holy faith allows you to pray with power and belief for God to do great things.
There are great frontiers and great levels of blessing God wants to take us to. To go there, we need to believe God for great faith; Jude 20 calls it our “most holy faith.” Dr. Victor Torres describes four types of faith in the first part of this series.
In the Lord, your words have power to change, to transform people's lives to the glory of God. Share your testimony; tell others how God answers your prayers. God is working through you as an instrument of righteousness.

When we share the testimony of how God comes through for us, we are enlarging our faith and drawing others to our magnificent Lord. The more we talk about Jesus and His work, the stronger we become. We say, “I was praying for my son and he got saved, I was praying for my daughter and she came to Jesus; I was praying for my mom and she got healed…” Never stop reaching out with the remarkable, restorative glory of God.
You are not in this world by chance. You weren’t born to go through a lifetime with no real Godly intentions or purpose. It was the Heavenly Father who put you here. He ordained your purpose. He ordained your place today in this world. And the day you came to Jesus, your eyes were opened. Each day you obey His command to get in the boat, you open yourself up to new levels of faith and miracles.
The storm in Mark 6 was not the first experienced by the disciples; after all, many of them were fishermen. But this storm was different —these men were put in the storm by Christ Himself. His Word is supernatural that we may bring change into people's lives that's the power of the Word of God — the power of the seed. Dr. Victor Torres reminds us that it is not enough to scatter the seed, we must first turn and soften the soil. Fertile ground, spiritually speaking, begins with surrender and obedience, giving the seed of the Word a place to produce.
The Gospel is a supernatural seed. It has the capability and the power not only to save us, but also to keep us, to heal us, to strengthen us. There is an enemy, waiting and watching for the moment that you leave a crack open in your life so that he may sneak in and steal the seed. The Word of God working in your life, but it must be nurtured and protected.

When Moses went up to the mountain, in Exodus chapter seventeen, he went up there with a God-designed purpose. He wanted the people to catch the vision of the Lord working on their behalf. “I ask, ‘Lord, fill me with Your wisdom and Your power; use me, Lord God.’ You want to have an effective ministry and impact people's lives? Pray and ask God to use You; pray and ask God to fill you with the Holy Spirit. I promise you that He will do it.” Today, Victor Torres offers us three challenges to increase our impact as leaders and servants in the church.
Getting direction from Galatians 5, Victor Torres points the way to a life of freedom—"To live in the Holy Spirit; to manifest the fruits of the Spirit--this is the key to true freedom.”
Where others saw disaster, Caleb saw divine deliverance and provision. Caleb followed the Lord whole-heartedly and he was rewarded for his faith. God is still in the Caleb-making business. Through the account told in Joshua, Victor Torres encourages you to put your whole heart into making God’s mark on this world.
In 1 Samuel 13, after the enemy had taken their weaponry, Saul’s army was left with little to defend and fight back. Isn't that what our enemy is trying to do to the church today--rob the church of her proper weapons? You must be equipped for the times! And do not forget your shield.
You were made for more than what your mistakes set you up for. Dr. Victor Torres shares, “I'm a seventh-grade dropout because of addiction. When I got saved, God gave back what I lost and more. I was accepted into college, and they gave me a doctorate degree. If anybody would have told me when I was in jail, living a life of no hope, that I would accomplish anything -- it would have been an impossibility. But God call me for more. And He has a purpose for your life.”
You can overcome your personal enemies, overcome the biggest trials in life. You can also live for Jesus with no compromise. When your faith in God becomes a personal faith, then God becomes a personal God to you.
God wants to expand your life. God wants to take you to greater horizons. He's waiting for you to cut loose and praise Him. God's promises to His people is one of hope and not defeat. And you know that Jesus is the hope of glory.
Anything can change in this world. The economy, governments, health; even people you trust can suddenly switch up on you. However, one thing the people of God know for sure – the confidence we build upon in 2022, the surety that comes in the constancy of God. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
The Apostle Paul asked the church at Ephesus to pray for him -- “whenever I speak, words may be given me so that I will fearlessly make known the mystery of the gospel” (Ephesians 6:19, NIV). Dr. Victor Torres points us to the Word of God for courage, “You see when you know for yourself what the Scriptures teach you, then you have confidence of the truth. It's the truth of the gospel that sets people free; not our own ideas or philosophies.”
The Lord is sending us into the world for the same reason the disciples went out after Christ’s ascension and under the same anointing to change the world. Dr. Victor Torres says, “The anointing isn't for our glory but for God's glory. You won't receive God's anointing if you have no desire to do God's will in your life. If you want to do the will of God and you want to shine for Jesus, surrender your life to Him, and He will use you mightily.”
The power of God will be undeniable as the Holy Spirit reveals Him through your testimony and the way live your life. Dr. Victor Torres says, “Today more than ever I believe the Holy Spirit is calling believers to witness for the glory of God and show the world the love of Jesus. It is time for men and women of God to rise up in Holy Courage and share the gospel.”
When we put on the principles of righteousness, godliness, faith, love patient gentleness, you know, the devil doesn't have a chance. He is no match against these things because these are the powerful ingredients related to our faith that we stand upon to fight the good fight of faith.
Faith-building is just that –an ongoing process with Christ as the foundation. Each encounter with God’s faithfulness forms and fortifies our trust. Trusting God comes from the wisdom we receive from the Word, Dr. Torres is digging into Proverbs today.
You’re minding your business and suddenly an unwanted thought pops into your mind – some negative opinion, temptation, past offenses. This is a surprise attack of the enemy on your mind. “Do not allow your thoughts to debilitate you. Arm yourself with the mind of Christ.”
Spirit Revolution in these end times requires an attitude of prayer, praise, and preparation through the Word of God. An attitude is “a settled way of thinking…typically reflected in a person’s behavior.” Victor Torres readies us to replenish our strength, renew our faith, and revitalize our determination through consistent intimate time with Jesus.
The Holy Spirit is our Counselor, Teacher, Helper, and Source of the power surge needed for purification, transformation, and miraculous visitation from Heaven to earth. The Upper Room was only the beginning. Victor Torres says, “With the Holy Spirit working through you, you do not need to chase after signs and follow miracles; the miracles will follow you.”
We expect to face difficulties when we make bad decisions, but what about the storms that overwhelm us when we are in obedience? Using Matthew 14, Victor Torres reminds us how trials teach us to trust God, make us stronger, and can bring out the best in us.
