Rebecca Kiessling has lived out the pro-life mission. As someone who was conceived in rape herself, she has helped pregnant rape victims all around the world to choose life for their children.

When faced with an unexpected pregnancy, the pro-life movement encourages women and families to seek life-affirming resources that don’t include abortion. Some life-affirming resources for parents that are unable to raise their child include Safe Havens, foster care, and adoption. While reforms are needed to better the foster care and adoption systems, these programs are still helping families who want to have children become parents and – most importantly – giving the chance for preborn babies to experience life.

Recently, voters in Ohio approved a ballot referendum, Issue 1, which will enshrine the “right to abortion” through all nine months for any reason in their state constitution. Ohio is now another state that has fallen victim to well-funded misinformation campaigns. Passing with a 57% majority, this result should signal two things for the Pro-Life Movement: 1) The Pro-Life movement’s battle following the reversal of Roe will be a marathon, not a sprint; 2) We still missed the mark in communicating to voters the extremism of the pro-abortion proposal.

We can’t end late-term abortion at the expense of a sharp increase in first-trimester abortions. All abortions end a human life. We must abolish all abortions.

Democrats aiming to pass Women’s Health Protection Act is aiming to codify Roe v. Wade and pushing for abortion on-demand up until birth to be legal under federal law.

Countries that have tried to implement socialist and communist systems have had some of the highest per-capita abortion rates!
