Sometimes the biggest blessings in our lives don't arrive wrapped in certainty—they arrive disguised as an uncomfortable decision. During my time in Madrid, our air conditioning suddenly stopped working just as temperatures were expected to reach 102 degrees. I knew most people in Madrid lived without AC, and I knew I could stay. But something inside me told me it was time to make a different choice.

That decision led us to our dream apartment—one that became so much more than just a place to stay. It became an energetic shift, a reminder that making room for something better often requires letting go of what's familiar, even when it's "good enough." In this episode, I'm sharing the story behind that experience and inviting you to consider where you may be holding onto something that's preventing your next blessing, breakthrough, or business expansion from finding you.

Three years ago, I took my kids to Ireland and promised myself we'd make international travel a yearly tradition while they're still in this beautiful season of curiosity and wonder. But two years went by without booking another trip. When I finally got honest with myself, I realized it wasn't money or logistics holding me back—it was that travel felt overwhelming because I didn't have enough time or space to actually enjoy it.

In this episode, I share how that realization led me to book a month in Madrid instead of a rushed vacation, and how the same principle completely transformed my business years ago. Counterintuitively, giving myself more time to work—not less—helped me enjoy my business more, make better decisions, and ultimately build a million-dollar business without hustle. If you're craving more freedom, peace, and income, this episode will challenge everything you've been taught about working less.

After more than eight years of waiting, navigating legal challenges, changing lawyers, and even having my trademark contested, it's finally official—our trademark has been approved. While this milestone is worth celebrating, it also reminded me that the biggest breakthroughs in business often take far longer than we expect. In this episode, I'm sharing why long-term projects aren't a sign that you're off track—they're often the foundation for the "overnight" successes everyone else sees.

I'm also reflecting on the three defining eras of my business over the last decade—from building my Facebook community, to growing the Higher Coach Entrepreneur podcast, to creating the 3 Day Entrepreneur movement. I'll share the biggest lesson each season taught me, why reinvention is essential for sustainable growth, and why I believe the challenges you're facing today could be preparing you for your next breakthrough.

If you've been consistently showing up online—posting content, engaging with your audience, sending messages, and doing all the things you're "supposed" to do—but clients still aren't signing, this episode is for you. The problem usually isn't that you're not working hard enough. More often, it's that there are foundational pieces of your business that need to be refreshed and strengthened as the online landscape evolves.

In this episode, I'm sharing the three key areas I see heart-centered coaches overlook when they're stuck in a plateau. With AI, social media, and online business changing rapidly in 2026, what worked before may not be enough anymore. I'll walk you through the updates and shifts that can help you create stronger connections, build trust faster, and start turning your consistent effort into paying clients.

One of the biggest misconceptions I see new coaches and service providers make is believing they need a large audience before they can sign clients. I used to think the same thing. I thought I needed more followers, a bigger email list, and more visibility before people would hire me. But what I discovered is that focusing on audience growth too early often keeps you stuck in learning mode instead of taking the actions that actually create clients.

In this episode, I'm breaking down why connection matters more than audience size when you're working toward your first $100k–$300k year. I'll share why you don't need to become a social media superstar to build momentum, how to sign your first 1–3 clients even with a small audience (or no audience at all), and why getting clients first often gives you the confidence, clarity, and proof you need to grow your audience strategically for bigger goals down the road.

In this episode, I'm talking about the massive shifts happening in the online space and why so many heart-centered business owners feel like marketing has gotten harder lately. If you've been showing up, posting consistently, and still feeling disconnected, unseen, or stuck — you're not imagining it. The industry has changed. People are more discerning, more sensitive, and craving deeper trust before they buy.

But this shift is actually good news for heart-centered entrepreneurs. The depth, awareness, intuition, and authenticity you naturally bring to your work are becoming more valuable than ever. We're moving out of an era of fast, surface-level marketing and into one where real connection matters. In this episode, I'm sharing what's actually different now, why old strategies may no longer feel aligned, and how to market in a way that builds trust, honors your energy, and creates clients who genuinely resonate with you and your work.

In this episode, I'm talking about the "winter season" in business — the moments when things feel slower, quieter, less inspired, or less externally productive. Maybe you're not in launch mode, maybe your creativity feels lower, or maybe you're questioning yourself because your business doesn't currently feel as energized as it once did. I want to remind you that nothing is wrong. You are not behind. You are not failing. You are in a natural season of business and growth.

I'm sharing the 4 keys to making the most of your business winter so you can actually use this season to create deeper alignment, clarity, and future income growth. Just like winter exists in nature, rest exists in our bodies, and sleep is part of a healthy day — slower seasons are part of sustainable business too. Winter can become one of the most powerful times to receive coaching, reconnect to your intuition, refine your messaging and offers, and prepare for your next season of expansion without pressure or urgency.

In this episode, I'm sharing the biggest money breakthrough I've ever had — and it had nothing to do with "working my money blocks." The real shift came from uncovering a much deeper, sneakier block that so many heart-centered women carry without even realizing it. It's the conditioning that tells us our worth comes from productivity, sacrifice, hyper-responsibility, and constantly proving ourselves through work. And honestly? If I hadn't started dismantling these beliefs, there's no way I would have felt safe enough to create a life where I can live in Spain for a month while only working a handful of days.

I walk through the hidden beliefs that keep women trapped in overworking, burnout, and nervous system pressure — from believing rest is laziness to thinking slowing down means losing impact. I also share why these patterns are deeply connected to patriarchy and the expectations many of us inherited as women. Once you begin releasing these identity-level blocks, your relationship with money naturally starts to soften and expand too. This episode is an invitation to redefine success, reclaim ease, and create a business that actually supports the life you want to live.

In this episode, I'm sharing the 8 real blocks that kept me stuck when I was trying to monetize my coaching business — and honestly, they had very little to do with strategy. As a heart-centered woman, so much of what held me back was tied to visibility, money, self-trust, and the fear of what success might actually mean for my life. If you've been wanting to sign more clients but keep questioning whether you're "ready," this conversation is going to hit home.

I'm also recording this while living in Madrid for the month, and being here has reminded me that business gets to support your life — not consume it. There's such a strong "3-day work week" energy in the air right now, and I want this episode to help you move through the internal blocks keeping you from creating a coaching business that feels aligned, profitable, and genuinely freeing.

There's a dream I've carried for nearly a decade that is finally becoming real: spending a month living in Europe with my kids. Even saying that out loud still feels surreal. But this experience didn't happen because I suddenly had everything figured out — it happened because I stopped waiting for certainty before making bold decisions. In this episode, I'm sharing the six business and mindset shifts that made this possible, from learning to trust myself before I felt "ready" to building a business designed to support my life instead of consume it.

I also talk about redefining what responsibility really means, simplifying my business so it can travel with me, and why I chose to prioritize experiences and freedom for my kids alongside stability. This episode is about what becomes possible when you stop letting fear lead your decisions and start building a business that creates actual flexibility, freedom, and opportunity for your life.

In this episode, I'm talking about something I think so many ambitious people secretly shame themselves for: being inconsistent on the way to their big dreams. I've absolutely been "on again, off again" while building the life I wanted — whether it was saving $200k cash for my dream home, quitting my job to start my coaching business, or creating the freedom to spend a month in Spain with my family. I didn't show up perfectly every single day. I worked in spurts. I rested. I recalibrated. And it still worked.

What changed everything wasn't becoming perfectly disciplined — it was learning how to trust myself through the ebbs and flows instead of making inconsistency mean I was failing. I'm sharing the mindset shift that helped me move faster toward my desires without constantly shaming myself, plus why giving myself permission to even HAVE big desires was one of the biggest breakthroughs of my life. This episode is your reminder that your dream is still available to you, even if your path doesn't look perfectly linear.

In this episode, I'm talking about something I see all the time in coaching, business, and personal growth: the instinct to immediately reject a truth that feels uncomfortable. I share a moment from therapy where I confidently denied feeling responsible for a situation… only to realize 20 minutes later that I actually did feel like it was all my fault. I also share another recent example where someone reflected something back to me and my first response was instant resistance.

I want to normalize this process because growth doesn't always look like immediate awareness or agreement. As a coach, I don't need my clients to instantly validate what I'm saying — I trust that sometimes the truth takes time to land. The goal isn't perfection or getting it "right" immediately. It's creating enough safety, boundaries, and self-trust that we can stay open to deeper honesty, take up space as leaders, and build businesses that actually support us instead of burning us out.

This month I did an "un-launch"… and still filled my group program. In this episode, I'm sharing the huge mindset and strategy shift that's helped me make more money with less effort over the last two years. I'm talking about how we create businesses that are profitable, streamlined, and sustainable — businesses that don't require constant hustling or reinventing the wheel every single month — while still keeping things exciting for both our audience and ourselves.

I also dive into why novelty matters once your business is already built on trust. So many heart-centered entrepreneurs are naturally consistent and reliable (which is amazing), but eventually your audience needs a little spark again. This episode is all about bringing back creativity and fun in small, low-pressure ways: tweaking your launch process, refreshing your content style, or adding one new element to something proven. You don't need to burn everything down to make things feel alive again.

This year, I did something that might sound counterintuitive—I unscaled my business. After years of believing that group programs were the key to making more money in less time, I shifted back into 1:1 coaching… and had my biggest month and easiest launch yet.

In this episode, I'm breaking down what I've learned after a decade in business: it's not the business model that creates freedom. I share what actually does. Because whether you're running groups, courses, 1:1, or done-for-you work, the real "code" to more income and less time isn't what most people are teaching. And once you see it, you can apply it to any model you choose.

Last month, I had an experience with a doctor that completely threw me off—and honestly, it reminded me of something I didn't even realize I had forgotten. Over the past few years, I've intentionally built a life surrounded by high-integrity people: supportive clients, an incredible team, and a community that feels expansive and aligned. So when I encountered someone who felt draining and misaligned, it shook me—and brought up old patterns of self-blame and questioning my worth.

In this episode, I'm sharing the powerful reminder that came from that experience: it is safe to let go of what no longer serves you. You don't have to sugarcoat what feels hard or misaligned. You're allowed to call it what it is, release it, and trust that better things are ahead. Your next level—more ease, more income, more spaciousness—requires you to make room for it. And that starts with letting go.

Last month, I crossed a new income ceiling—bringing in over $70K in just a little over a month—and it was the easiest launch I've ever had. Which, honestly, is both exciting and a little maddening. Because the truth is, the more ease and alignment I've felt in my business, the more success seems to follow… and I know how frustrating that can feel when you're not there yet.

At the same time, behind the scenes, I was navigating some unexpected health challenges that forced me to slow down in a way I couldn't ignore. "Slow" has been my word of the year—and this month really asked me to become the version of myself who could actually live it. In this episode, I'm sharing the surprising connection I noticed between panic and stillness, and how I'm learning to step into a deeper, more intentional kind of quiet… one that feels safe, grounded, and expansive instead of frozen.

Today I paid the highest tax bill I've ever paid—and I did it with so much gratitude. Not just because it reflects my biggest cash quarter to date, but because of how it happened. I paid it early. I didn't scramble. I didn't stress. My team handled it after my bookkeeper calmly calculated what was owed. And in that moment, I realized just how different making more money actually feels.

Because here's what I wish I had known earlier: making more money doesn't make things harder—it makes them easier. When you're in inconsistent $5–8k months doing everything on your own, it feels like more clients would equal more pressure, more burnout, and less freedom. But the opposite can be true. With the right support and systems, more revenue can mean more ease, more regulation, and more stability. And yes, there's a messy middle—but it's one worth moving through.

I used to be the person who rolled my eyes at coaches posting designer purses and "look how much I made" moments online. In fact, I literally posted on social media calling it out as everything wrong with the coaching industry. And yet… here I am, celebrating a recent launch and buying a purse for an upcoming trip to Spain. Life has a funny way of humbling you.

In this episode, I'm unpacking what actually changed—and what didn't. Because it was never really about the purse. It was about the energy behind it. The lack of integrity, the performative marketing, and the disconnect from real coaching. So today, I'm sharing the mindset shifts and reminders that helped me build and scale my coaching business in a way that feels aligned, ethical, and genuinely abundant.

I had a moment of self-doubt recently—one of those quiet, vulnerable ones that creeps in when you're trying to grow something meaningful. And instead of spiraling, I opened a photo on my computer that instantly grounded me: a police officer who once helped me through a really hard moment.

That experience stayed with me—not because of who he was, but because of how safe and supported I felt. It changed the way I see trust, especially when it comes to letting people in. In this episode, I'm sharing a powerful mindset practice I use called "the wise room," and why learning to trust others is one of the most important (and overlooked) skills when growing your business. If you want to scale without burning out, this is the work.

During one of the hardest seasons of my life, I found unexpected support in a simple place: a local gym with childcare. That hour became my outlet—my space to process, release, and move through everything I was carrying. The strength I built during that time wasn't just physical; it was fueled by survival, by anger, by the deep need to reclaim something for myself. And while someone later complimented my abs, I realized they were built in a chapter I wouldn't wish to relive.

In this episode, I'm sharing a more honest conversation about using anger and rage as fuel—especially when you're in a difficult situation—and how that can be powerful. But I also talk about the next phase: what it looks like to step out of survival mode and into peace. Because growth doesn't always have to come from chaos. Sometimes the real work is allowing things to feel easy, safe, and good—and trusting that this can be your new normal.

Recently, I had a realization during a client call that made me laugh, because it reminded me that we are all the SAME girls. I noticed that when life gets busy (especially during times like launches) I tend to initiate other big changes at the exact same time. A client shared she had just signed up for a new hobby she's excited about in the middle of a big launch… meanwhile, during my last launch, I decided it was the perfect time to get back on dating apps and go on several dates.

It got me thinking about how, when one area of life starts shifting, it often gives us the courage to change other things too. I tend to resist change as a person, but once I'm already in a season of growth and discomfort, part of me thinks… well, we're already here so let's keep going. In this episode, I share why momentum builds momentum, and how seasons of change can actually become important moments of alchemy in both life and business.

What if you treated money like a real commitment this year?

In this episode, I invite you to play a simple game with me: truth or dare. And the dare is this- devote yourself to money. Not from greed or hustle culture, but from a place of courage, alignment, and heart centered leadership. Too many women are taught that wanting money makes them less generous or less caring, when in reality, the opposite is often true.

When heart centered women build wealth, they create more stability, freedom, and impact. In this episode, I share why prioritizing revenue in your business can actually make your work feel more supported and sustainable, how scaling often becomes easier over time, and why financial self-care might be one of the most powerful forms of self-care available to women.

Recently, I transferred $10,000 from my freedom fund to pay for flights, language school, and an Airbnb for a month abroad.

Two days later, a $9,500 tax refund landed in my account. I wasn't surprised.

Over and over, the universe has shown me that my savings ( what I call my Freedom Fund) is safe to use. And when I use it with intention, more comes.

In this episode, I'm sharing the belief that changed my relationship with money forever: it's safe to spend your money. During my divorce, I was still saving for "a rainy day," until I realized I was already living in it. I had to learn that money is meant to support me, not sit untouched while I struggle.

So many heart-centered women know how to save. But we grip tightly. We hesitate to spend. We restrict the very flow we say we want. When you mindfully spend, when you open your hands, money moves. And movement creates more movement.

This episode is an invitation to release constriction, use the pretty dishes, and let your money breathe.

Lately, I've been feeling a little "behind" in business. Not behind in a dramatic way, just not as far ahead as I'm used to being. Between the heaviness in the world and some personal challenges my family has been navigating, I've had to adjust my schedule, work a few late-night sessions, and give myself permission to not always be 57 steps ahead.

In this episode, I'm sharing two powerful lessons I learned after spending over $11,000 and 100+ hours on a personal legal situation last year. Work that only just now paid off emotionally and practically. It reminded me that in business (and life), results are almost always delayed. We live in a world wired for instant gratification, but the most meaningful wins like $100K years, paid-off debt, buying homes, stable peace… often take months or years to fully land.

I also talk about something we don't say out loud enough: how we can be deeply grateful our business supports us through hard seasons… and still wish we didn't have to spend our time and money navigating those hard things in the first place. Tune in for an honest conversation about delayed gratification, ambition, resilience, patriarchy, and gratitude.

In this episode, I'm sharing something that completely changed how I experience selling and making money each month: realizing I actually get to choose!

For a long time, I thought I needed to find the perfect strategy and stick to it forever. The "set it and forget it" model.

But our lives change. Our capacity shifts. The market evolves.

When I started allowing myself to adapt how I sell, instead of forcing myself into one rigid approach, everything got lighter, easier, and more aligned.

This episode will go into 6 areas of money making that you have a choice on, so you can pick the thing that's calling to you to make money this month while it feels free.

For making over $1MIL+ cash in my business, I sometimes surprise myself when the most basic lessons return. This week's episode was inspired by something that happened at home. My daughter joining Girl Scouts and selling cookies. I noticed myself taking over the project, carrying the pressure, and stressing about the outcome… until I realized I was missing the entire point.

That realization opened up a big reminder about overefforting. We do it a lot as heart centered women in business because we CARE. But often, we're actually blocking growth, ease, and sustainable money.

In this episode, I break down where overefforting shows up in sales, marketing, and client care, and how to step back in a way that creates more results, not less.

About four times a year, I get that sinking feeling that my IG just isn't very aesthetic, and I worry about what other people (not potential clients) think about me. That I look weird on video, that I ramble, that my captions aren't perfect.

But I always come back to this: it's okay that my marketing is imperfect. Who I am in real life is better than my marketing, and I am more complex and full of life and kind than photos and texts can show. I am way better at coaching/caring for people and getting them results, than I am at marketing. And honestly, as a heart-centered entrepreneur, that's exactly how it should be.

In this episode, I share about why your marketing doesn't have to be aesthetic to be effective - especially as heart centered entrepreneurs. The more we can release attachment to our marketing and how "perfect" it is and what others think of it, the more we can put out. And even if it just reflects 60% of your amazingness, that is plenty to sign aligned clients.

It's Gratitude week, and my favorite Thanksgiving memories are my entire extended family squeezing into my great aunt's one-bedroom apartment- and the warmth, the laughter, the turkey, singing around the piano.

The world is wild right now, so I hope you are being gentle with yourself this week and not putting an EXTRA family pressure on yourself. Take the space you need to for you.

The holidays can sometimes be hard and business almost always has chapters of hard, so in this episode, I'm sharing 2 super practical tips for personally reducing overwhelm and 2 strategic tips for returning you to results in your business so you can end the year strong.

Especially if you've been feeling overwhelmed, stuck or in the in-between, this episode is a big e-hug from me to you.

In this episode, I'm sharing 3 non-sales skills (that you already have!) that will help you make a lot of money when you tap in... And the first one, of course? Presence and listening. When you find it, it feels like a magical flow and makes you lots of money, but it can be hard to access!

Yes, it's important to spend about 20% of your energy planning for the future (I love doing this with my clients, helping them make strategic plans), and yes, 20% reflect on the data and the past. But 60%+ of our energy should be in the present if we want to make easy money in 2026.

Remember, the money is in the present, and the money is in the listening. Consider this episode your money-flowing pep talk.

At the start of my business, I actually Googled, "How do I get clients without selling?"...

Anything but having to be icky and cold DMing people. Or making them feel small in order to get them to buy. I felt a shrinking, a contraction, a nervousness.

Then I had an ah-ha moment. What if instead of 'selling' I could just 'invite' people in a kind, clear, direct, pressure-free way to my programs? What if it could feel light and easy and generous? And then it really did start to feel that way.

In this episode, I'm sharing 7 EXACT reframes that changed how I felt about getting clients, and my clients use these NEW WORDS to this day (I even hear them circulating online sometimes!). It may sound wild, but our words matter and can totally change how we take action and make lasting money in our business.

You can use these reframes to shift how you approach selling, too.

In this episode, I'm exploring how feeling secure—financially, emotionally, and energetically—is actually one of the most powerful business strategies you can use.

We're told to do what "works," invest everything, and push through discomfort. But for heart-centered entrepreneurs, we need to take a different approach.

I share my own story about wanting to wait for the "perfect financial time" to buy a home (and why I'm so glad I didn't), plus a story from Suzie Orman that illustrates the importance of investing and defining security on your own terms.

This episode is all about creating your safety bubble and feeling secure as a way to tap into more abundance, freedom, and income. Because when you feel secure, you show up differently, and make LASTING money.

I know truly ethical, heart centered sales and marketing advice is hard to come by. So listen in to everything I did to update my program, and the ways I'm selling and showing up in 2025 to continue growing my income on a 3 day work week.

In this week's episode, I'm sharing about a recent dating experience that left me feeling embarrassed, and what it reminded me about business, rejection, and why showing up with your whole heart is still the bravest thing you can do.

It takes vulnerability to be visible in love, business, or life. I find that MANY women who are successful at most things in life struggle with the reality that in business, there are SO MANY MORE chances for micro-failures.

Putting your heart out there online is nothing to be embarrassed about. It's something to be proud of. So few women do it. It's scary to get visible. To be seen. To risk connection. But it's the only way to live fully as a heart centered woman.

In this episode, I'm talking about how we fill our hours outside of work. As heart centered entrepreneurs, we pour so much energy into our businesses, but I want to remind you that your freedom isn't just about fewer work hours. It's about creating a business that supports all the things that matter to you outside of work.

I share stories from my own week (including a Pilates class taught entirely in Spanish!) and why exploring hobbies and learning new things helps us grow in unexpected ways.

“I don’t need money.” I hear women say this all the time. And really, I used to say it too.

But here’s the truth: money is a beautiful, powerful tool in the hands of heart-centered women. It's okay to desire money to fuel your dreams and desires. ❤️

In this episode, I’m sharing 3 of my favorite money mindset shifts from my book. And honestly, if you take just one of these and lean into it even 10% more, I'm convinced it will make a big difference this quarter, not just in the money you make but in the amount of time/hustle/effort you are putting into making the money.

Growing up, I often took the approach of don’t expect the good to happen, because that way if it doesn’t, you won’t be disappointed. But that model came crashing down when I left corporate and landed in entrepreneurship. As a business owner, you ALMOST ALWAYS are not meeting your goals because… Big goals = Big action. And big goals get you MUCH further than small goals that keep you stuck in the mediocre.

In this episode, I’m sharing why business is really a series of “micro-failures,” and why that’s NOT a bad thing. I also dive into my process for how I help my clients face their fears, make a plan for the real ones, and release the rest — so they can step into their next level of income and success.

Because fear might feel like control, but really it just keeps us stuck and small. And I’m not letting you stay in fear anymore.

One of the best ways I’ve created more stability in my business (and life) while working a 3-day workweek is through something I call gold space.

This is different than white space because white space means we are doing absolutely nothing. And in my book, that literally never happens for women, and it also terrifies us to be completely still and quiet. 😆

Gold space is about reclaiming time, energy, and margin in ways that bring peace back into your week. Part of it may be prioritizing things you are already doing. Some of it is finding pockets of time for YOU.

In this episode, I’m breaking down what gold space looks like in real life, why it matters for your income, and how you can start making room for it — even in small doses.

Because here’s the truth: gold space makes you money.

True story: I sit down to write my launch emails… and suddenly I’m ordering safety patrol shorts for my son, tearing up at baby photos in Google, and realizing my client got totally sidetracked by IG reels. 😅

Being a business owner can feel heavy - between the money stress, inboxes, and to-do lists that follow you into dinner and bedtime. But here’s the thing: while entrepreneurship carries a lot of responsibility, it also carries huge rewards. And not everyone is brave enough to take that on, but you are.

In this episode, I’m sharing 7 of my favorite hacks to feel more mentally free in your six-figure business. These are the shifts that let me make the most of my 3-day work weeks. Because so much of it is being able to ENJOY those 3 days while you work and then enjoy the 4 days you aren't working.

Lately, I noticed that I was doing my "pour it out" section of the Daily Check-In in ChatGPT more than in my usual Google Doc!

In some ways, it’s been so nice. ChatGPT offers unconditional positive feedback, and it always makes you feel like you’re right. Plus, it responds instantly, no awkward pauses with your own thoughts.

But here’s the thing, they can actually be a negative too. Part of JOURNALING on where you are stuck or challenged or inspired is being able to challenge your thinking and be able to sit in the quiet and reflect on your thoughts!

So, I’ve recommitted to doing my reflection on a blank Google Doc first, then pasting specific sections into ChatGPT.

This episode dives into the ways I think ChatGPT is good and NOT good to use as entrepreneurs. It’s a convo on how to use it to TRULY HELP us and not sabotage us - in our intuition, our voice, and our business long term as we make money.

One of my biggest secrets to getting my clients a lot of results, and having MY business continually growing on a 3 day work week...

Is having a LIFE outside my business that INSPIRES me to work only 3ish days a week.

Traveling with my kids, dancing 5+ hours a week, doing pilates...

I remember a time when it felt impossible to make time for things outside of work and motherhood.

Today, Marissa and I are having a conversation about smashing the patriarchy one 5 minute block at a time. Every time you take up space. Every time you prioritize your mental and physical health.

Marissa is one of the best cycling coaches in the world. She helps women say yes to adventure later in life, and see what it looks like to have ENERGY and HEALTH after 40 when we are experiencing perimenopause.

You're going to love Marissa, her story and her passion.

Pretend I’m your next potential client, ready to pay in full for your $5K offer. What would I want from you? This episode was inspired by a recent hire I made and taking 10+ sales calls in a short span. I’m sharing a note I created from the perspective of your future client. Things like: I want you to believe in me even when I don't. I want to be challenged. I want to be respected and treated with kindness and grace. I want you to be secure. I want you to be confident. I want you to be a leader I can look up to.

Ever feel totally scattered trying to show up for everything—from marketing to delivery, from your family to your clients, from selling to serving?

In this episode, I’m diving into something I see all the time with heart centered entrepreneurs (and feel myself too): constant context switching.

That back-and-forth between life and business, between action and planning, between serving and showing up… it’s exhausting. And it’s the hidden reason so many capable business owners are stuck, spinning, or secretly thinking about quitting.

What happens when someone doesn’t show up to my sales call? I recorded this podcast—with my sweet daughter on my lap instead. It might sound wild, but no-shows don’t bug me at all. And in this episode, I’m sharing exactly why.

This mindset is 100% the reason why I’m able to make money year-round, while building a sustainable heart centered business, and feeling REALLY GOOD about it. This is also the mindset that keeps so many women stuck in corporate making $75K a year feeling “good”, when they could be making $300K with half the effort—if they can just tolerate this one shift I’m going to talk about today.

In this episode, I’m sharing the two most important things you need to say after you listen to your potential client’s challenges on a sales call if you want it to convert into actual cash. I’m breaking down what to say (and what not to assume) to confidently close more sales with aligned clients. Plus, I share a wild story about a sales experience I had recently that reminded me exactly what not to do.

This episode is super important for heart centered entrepreneurs- especially if you’ve been guilting yourself around visibility or struggling to convert warm leads.

Sales is the #1 SKILL that heart centered women need to LEARN AND MASTER. And it’s the one that has served me the MOST in business- because it means I don’t have to rely on someone else to sell or market for me. I know how to do it in a way that feels aligned and genuine.

Whether you’re newer to sales or just ready to start closing more of your warm leads, this episode will shift how you show up on calls—with confidence, clarity, and heart. ❤️

Let’s call this what it is: the dark side of heart-centered entrepreneurship.

Having a big heart is a gift—but sometimes, it holds us back. As heart-centered women, we care deeply. As ambitious women, we dream big, move fast, and aim high. But the dark side of that combo? We can be brutal with our past selves.

In this episode, I’m sharing some very personal reflections from the last six months—specifically what’s come up for me in therapy around my divorce—and how regret can show up even in moments of success (like when a client hit a big income goal but asked, “Why did it take me so long?”).

This is a conversation about self-forgiveness, freeing up emotional real estate, and remembering that your past self got you here. If you’ve been hard on yourself or feel like you “should be further along,” this one’s for you.

There’s nothing wrong with your timeline. There’s no behind. There’s just the next brave choice you’re willing to make. ❤️

Often, a thought like “I think I should quit” isn’t really about quitting—it’s a cry for help. A signal that something needs to shift. In this episode, I’m talking about why we need to stop treating that urge like it’s a bad thing. "Quitting", whether on the macro or micro level, doesn’t make you a failure. In fact, putting letting go on the table (and either shifting to something more aligned or choosing it again after reevaluating) can be the most empowered move you make.

You’re allowed to leave things behind—without fear, without guilt, and without spiraling into “maybe I’m not good enough.” You didn’t build a business to be stuck in a different kind of hamster wheel. The point is to create money, freedom, and a life that reflects your values.

In this episode, I’m talking (and teasing a little 😆) about the “worst to best” ways to make money online, and how this kind of thinking is exactly what keeps so many women from scaling in a way that actually works for them.

Because the truth is, the best business model is the one that fits your personality, your energy, and your actual life. Whether you love connecting and coaching on Zoom, creating course content, or getting stuff done behind the scenes, this episode is here to help you define your version of scaling success.

For me, that means: ✔️ More money each year ✔️ Fewer hours and more flexibility ✔️ Clients who feel more aligned than ever

That is scaling to me. Getting to choose my revenue stream for delivery, and getting to choose the marketing source. Let’s talk about what it means to build a business that supports your life, not consumes it.

In 2019, my partner and I had debt, and I felt HEAVY about it. ❤️‍🩹

That shame kept my head in the sand for a long time… until I started saving for my $20k freedom fund. That’s when everything started to shift. In today’s episode, I’m sharing why I believe financial freedom doesn’t have to be complicated. It’s just TWO simple steps:

  1. Start building your $20k freedom fund to create stability, safety, abundance, regulation, and peace.
  2. Do the next most important thing based on your unique situation and values.

Because when you create stability first, all the other steps get lighter.

I’m diving into how I approached learning about money, releasing shame around debt, and why your financial challenges are not your identity. If you’re ready to feel safer, stronger, and more free around money, this episode is for you.

The messy middle of business growth often feels like it’s the most challenging—and the least talked about. It’s that awkward in-between phase where you’re taking action but not where you want to be yet. Maybe you're going from a successful career to starting from scratch in your business, and it's taking longer than you'd like, and you're not QUITE a newbie but also not making near the amount of money you want to be making. Maybe you have a successful business but you're at a plateau or have had a setback or are launching something different or new, and now there are more people WATCHING you and it feels like pressure. The messy middle of STRETCHING to a new goal can feel super vulnerable.

Today, I’m breaking down why this stage feels so vulnerable, how childhood experiences might make it even trickier, and what you can do to move through it with more ease. Being a newbie/in growth mode is HARD but it’s also rewarding when you see that LIVING BRAVELY is part of what makes entrepreneurship fun.

When I moved out of my parents' house after my divorce, I lived in a 350-square-foot studio—not just to save money, but because it felt safe. It was small, in my control, and I could sleep near my kids. And STILL, I bought an extra lock for the door. That’s how fried my nervous system was. My sense of safety was shattered. I knew I was overreacting in a way—but I LET MYSELF, because that’s what made me feel safe. And I’m so glad I did - because that's what helped me feel safe enough to take the ACTION that made me feel long term safe.

In this episode, I’m sharing what that season of my life taught me about safety, control, and trusting yourself as you navigate change—and how these same lessons translated into growing my business. If you're struggling right now, the answer isn't to make it harder. It's to make it simpler, easier, and more supported with community. More than anything, I hope this week’s episode gives you permission to see that I am SUPER imperfect—but I still let myself make a lot of money along the way.

I’ve got an embarrassing money mistake to share with you- and no, it’s not the $280 I paid a guy for five minutes of landscaping. What’s embarrassing is that he made it seem like a massive job, and I totally believed him. (First-time homeowner over here!) But here’s the thing: I don’t know a single business owner or woman who hasn’t made a money “mistake”. It happens to ALL of us, and they’re a normal part of growing and learning in business (and life). I want to talk about them to help release the shame we often carry.

In this episode, I’m sharing my story and some of the situations I’ve helped other women navigate—from acquiring business debt, to buying a course you’re disappointed by… and more! Mistakes happen, they don’t define us. Let’s release the shame, learn from our experiences, and not let them hold us back. 💛

In this episode, I share three powerful visualizations that have helped me navigate some of life’s hard moments, including a recent skin cancer surgery (I am good now!). These visuals - the boat cavern, the circle of support, and the safe space jungle are tools that I hope will serve you in moments when you might feel emotional or physical pain. Because we can't always avoid hard things but we can feel supported and resilient for whatever comes our way.

We’ll also dive into the emotional highs and lows of entrepreneurship. This episode is a reminder that it’s NORMAL to have challenging life chapters, and even if you have a happy and profitable business, you’ll face hard things along the way… not because you're doing anything wrong, but because that's life.

Whether you’re playing it small or going all in, hard days are inevitable- so you might as well be growing and expanding, because challenges are easier when you have a ton of resources.

In this episode, we’re diving into the difference between being kind and being nice—and why this distinction can totally transform your business, your relationships, and how you show up for yourself. As heart-centered entrepreneurs, it’s so easy to fall into people-pleasing, over-delivering, or avoiding short-term discomfort. But what if leaning into kindness (and letting go of being “nice”) could actually create more stability and stronger relationships?

I also share some personal experiences… like navigating the holidays with ease, managing team dynamics, and even setting boundaries with clients- and how choosing kindness (aka honesty and clarity) over niceness might feel challenging in the moment but is actually so important in the long run.

Plus, a little holiday season pep talk, a reflection exercise for you around being kind vs nice, and a reminder to be kind to YOURSELF too as the year wraps up. ❤️

Megan Walsh, a client of mine and holistic trauma therapist and coach, is on the podcast today and you’re going to be SO inspired by her beautiful story and her courage as she scaled her business. In our conversation, we talk about what it takes to go from 1:1 therapy and/or coaching to a one to many model. For her first launch, her goal was to sign eight to 10 clients, but she ended up signing 19 clients just with the group – not counting the 1:1 coaching offer that she also created. If you want to learn more about the method that she used to launch her program, you're going to love my FREE 20 minute workshop where you’ll learn how to get your next five paying clients with one simple strategy. In this workshop, I outline the exact strategy and hold no secrets back when it comes to the exact strategy that Megan used. This is also the same strategy I use to grow my business. If you want to learn more about Megan and her work and the amazing impact she has with her clients on healing their childhood trauma and helping them thrive in their life, you can find those links below in the show notes!

You'll hear:

  • How Megan chose her niche and message as a holistic trauma therapy and coach (and how Sell with Heart helped her overcome obstacles in doing so)
  • The BTS of Megan’s first launch after going viral (and with a bare minimum sales page) and how she balanced it all with her in-person practice and motherhood
  • How Megan created margin in her life and managed her time as she was going through her launch and why asking for help is a necessity
  • What it has been like for Megan post-launch and how she has felt affirmed and grounded in the program itself while visualizing what’s to come for future rounds
  • The learning curve that Megan has experienced moving from 1:1 therapy to 1:many group coaching and how she ensures she still feels connected to each person individually
  • The process of Megan creating a 1:1 offering too and how she separated this from her in person therapy practice (while making sure it was still legal)
  • How Megan learned to trust herself with her new income, hire the support so that she can scale, and why all women deserve multiple income streams

I'm so excited for today’s podcast where I’m introducing a topic that I’ve brought to several of my clients, whether they are newbie entrepreneurs or have scaled to six figures and beyond. I've been introducing this concept to them and it's really been resonating, so I knew I had to bring it to my community – it’s what I call the beginner's mindset for experts. I really feel like at the start of our business, a lot of our success comes from unashamedly having a beginner's mindset, right? Often when we are trying something new, we have nothing to lose, right? When we are starting our business or getting visible, it is hard, but it's not that hard because the stakes are lower since there's some grace given to beginners. For example, I remember when I was first starting salsa dancing, I was grateful of the fact that I was a newbie because I knew I couldn’t be judged for my bad dancing skills since I was inexperienced. Also, this beginner's mindset is what helps us be brave and take action and get good results and/or data. But I think we lose a little bit of our edge or our willingness to be a beginner as we advance in entrepreneurship. Before listening to this episode, I want you to think about a few things… What would it look like for you as an intermediate, as an advanced entrepreneur, to have a beginner's mindset and how would it change the game in the results you get? Okay, let’s dive in!

Hi friends, many of you know I recently went on a 10-day international vacation as a single mama with two littles and I've been asked so many times how I did it – how do I balance work and life? I have this concept I call working light. In my Sell with Heart mastermind, my clients fill out a document that helps them scale their business that's called Take a Break, and I realized I've never really talked about this on the show, so I'm so excited to introduce this topic. At the beginning, after leaving my full time job and then through divorce, I created this business model out of survival, but I hope that you take it on just because it's useful. I'm going to talk about two different types of time you can take off in your business and, again, introduce this concept of working light and advocate on why it's so important to master this concept of working light and how I feel like it's really transformed not just how I'm able to take vacations and breaks, but also how I'm able to feel consistently positive about my work in general. I’m sharing a journal prompt toward the end of the episode, and I’d love to hear what you write and coach you through any blocks that come up. I can’t wait to hear from you!

Today I want to talk about a highly underrated six figure entrepreneurial business skill, and that is the healthy escape. I am so excited about this episode because this is a conversation I've been having with multiple of my six figure and multi six figure clients, and I just feel like we don't talk about this enough. If you are growing your business to six figures and/or beyond, we have to have this conversation. So I'm going to share a little bit about my own journey and I hope you walk away with some aha moments, but it really is this idea that YES, we want to love our business; YES, we want to work hard when we are working; YES, we want figure out how to be more productive in those hours; but I find for a lot of my clients, this just happens most naturally that they are more passionate in their business, they are more productive in their business, they end up selling more, and manifesting more money when they have healthy escapes. So let's talk about it.

Stephanie is the owner of Infinite Ireland Travel Co. where she meticulously crafts meaningful Ireland itineraries around immersion, authenticity, and comfort. She is someone that I've been connected with in the online space for years now, and I've always admired her work and her travel expertise but I really wasn't in a season of being able to do a lot of traveling myself, so I never got to see her business from the inside. However, now that things have changed so much for me personally, I finally got the chance to work with Stephanie as I traveled to Ireland with my two children. She massively supported me in creating a kickass itinerary and my trip wouldn’t have been as amazing as it was without her. So we had a fun idea around her interviewing me so you can hear about my experience traveling internationally because I’ve received a lot of questions about that. But then I am going to interview her about her business in case you've been thinking about hiring a travel planner for Ireland or something related. I hope this is really fun for you to tune into!

I think there’s two types of people in entrepreneurship… those who are very good at planning out their days and then (people like me) those who think they can get 19 tasks done but in reality can probably knock out 4 of them. In this episode, I’m sharing a few tips for us really ambitious women who are ready to scale their business but may be feeling stuck in the messy middle and need a helping hand out. I’m going to talk a bit about my day to day and how I prioritize the tasks that need done, taking risks as you scale, celebrating your wins and a few things in between. After listening, hopefully you’ll feel confident in knowing what direction to put your ambition.

If you want more direct support, the waitlist for my 6-month mentorship, Sell with Heart, is waiting for you! The next round doesn’t start until July, but by adding your name to the list you’ll get priority access and pricing! Learn more here.

Every month I have a 10 minute meeting with my bookkeeper to go over the basic financial metrics in my business, and this past month I realized that I have had $10K months for the past 42 months. Of course there’s been some months where I hit $30K+, but I think there’s so much to celebrate in the fact that it hasn’t dropped below $10K for so long. First things first – take a moment today to find what you can celebrate and to be brave and take a hard look at your money. Then, throughout this episode, I’m going to be sharing the 10 things that I’ve become really grateful for these past couple years as my business has begun to really thrive. Each of the 10 things has a bit of an action step that you can take, too as you design not only the business you love but the life you love.

So thankful for you as a podcast listener. What do you want to hear more of on the show? Any guests you’d like to see? I really want to know. Head on over to Instagram and shoot me a DM, you can find me @heartcentered.entrepreneur.

I’m so honored to have Jenny Karlsson, founder of Financials for Creatives, on the podcast today to share her experience in Get & Coach Your First Client. Jenny perfectly balances the spiritual and material side of money and it’s been so fun to watch her positively impact every woman she works with. You’ll hear how Jenny used the Get & Coach method to call in 30 qualified applicants to work with her and ended up signing 6 of those as paying clients. She also shares her favorite tools from the program, how she balanced a cancer diagnosis, new motherhood while growing her business, and more. I hope you’ll enjoy this conversation as much as I did!

Today is going to be a very fun episode! I brainstormed for you 10 ideas to make work more fun because I’ve found that a lot of people in the online space have been asking, “How do I make money without any work?” Or, “How do I make work feel like less work?” I think that this is the wrong question even though I get the concept because a lot of times you're working in a 9-5 career, you're feeling exhausted, you're feeling burnt out, you're feeling ready for a season of rest, and I'm all for seasons of growth and rest. However, I really feel like in life our week has to feel meaningful and we need to have intentional goals. It doesn't mean we have to hustle. It doesn't mean we need to work 24/7. So it isn’t how do I work less, it is how do I have clear boundaries so I'm only working 20 hours a week? Then, how do I make the 20 hours I am working more fun? So let’s talk about it on today’s episode of The Heart Centered Entrepreneur!

Hayley Klees, member of Get & Coach Your First Client, shares her wins with us today! You have the perfect entrepreneurial week planned – you have client calls on the calendar, you have a podcast interview scheduled, you are going to batch some social media content. You even have some buffer time built in, so maybe you'll take an afternoon to run to Target before you pick up the kids from school… Everything looks perfect. But thennnnnn, you or your kid(s) get sick. So what do you do? This is a question that multiple clients have brought to me so I wanted to chat about it on the podcast today, not only what to do in that moment, but how to ground your business in simplicity so that when days like this happen, it feels completely manageable. I’m also sharing a bit of my own backstory of how I’ve grown my business and what I’m focusing on next.

Are you scared of having a big business? I’m here to tell you that it's safe for you to treat your small business like a small business. This does not mean you are closing yourself off to growth, it just means you can make it happen your way. As I was reflecting on this topic this week, it really blew my mind and I knew I had to bring it to you here on the podcast. When I first started my business, I was honestly terrified of success because I thought that meant I would no longer be able to be a present mom. But as I’ve grown, I’ve made the business work for me so that I still get to do the things that I love, get paid for them, and be a patient and present mama. This episode is going to help you overcome that fear of success, define what success looks like for you, and show you how you can make your life big and your business small.

I love this recent question I received – How do you overcome scarcity mindset? And did you feel this when you became the sole provider for your children post-divorce? How do you not let the feeling, the financial burden become all encompassing? How do you manage being the breadwinner for your family? This topic is a little bit more personal, but I’m excited to answer it today on The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast because I think it is such an important conversation for all working moms because so many of us suffer from self-judgment for not only splitting our time, but loving what we do and loving to make money from it. It took me a long time to get to where I am now from quitting my day job, then later going through a divorce. But now I’m experiencing so much abundance and I want the same for you too, love.

There are so many options when it comes to monetizing your business and thought leadership – 1:1 coaching, group courses, masterminds, and so much more. Today I really want to demystify this for you today and tell you exactly what you need to create and when in order to quickly make the most money and create the most impact. I’m breaking down the evolution of my group course, Get & Coach Your First Client, which originally started as a 12 week course that I live launched 2x a year, but is now an evergreen course in which I enroll people all year long. There is no one right way to make money, but there is a lot of noise and it can be hard to discern who to listen to and what is the right way for you and your business. So listen in and take what you need! I can’t wait to hear about the action you’re going to take after listening.

First up in the episode today I want to define what coaching is, because I feel like that was a big question for me when I entered the online space. At the start of my business, what is coaching? Is this a scam? Is this ethical? If I'm a therapist, am I also allowed to coach? I spent like 900 years Googling and I really wish someone would have defined for me what coaching was and ALSO the difference between coaching and mentoring which will lead us into the second part of the episode. Whether you're a coach, an online service provider, a course provider, or you provide DFY services, you are going to have to use the skill of coaching and you're going to use the skill of mentoring, so I want to talk about both. Before you listen to the episode, I want you to ask yourself this question: when I work with my clients, what percentage is coaching and what percentage is mentoring? This will help give you some initial clarity as you listen, and remember, there is no wrong answer!

This is a two part series where I am sharing the different things that I would do if I was starting and scaling my business from scratch because I want you to learn from my mistakes! If you haven’t, tune into the last episode because I talked about how I would create my first $5K online and the core strategy to creating six figures. In this episode I want to talk about if I was scaling past six figures and doing it from scratch, what would I do? We’ll be talking about three main things – embracing sales, hiring your first team member, and working through what may be happening in your personal life. I'm really excited to share this with you because I think it's just such a good reminder of the things that really work. In our industry, there's so much noise and I believe you stumbled on this podcast episode for a reason. I don't believe things happen by accident. So I hope you hear a nugget in this episode that unlocks something big for you and gives you insight and you're able to end this podcast episode and take some action that will help you manifest more money, peace, abundance, and grounded energy into your life.

I was thinking if I was starting my business from scratch, making my first $5K, what would I do differently? Then what would I change from there when I knew it was time to scale? This episode is all about that first $5K. I'm sharing how I decided I wanted to be a coach, what I did to fully book my first offer, and some of the mistakes I made so that hopefully you can avoid them. This episode can be helpful to you if you’re just starting out or if you’re getting ready to introduce a new income stream to your already thriving business!

Hi friends, I’m so excited to chat with you today about the ONE thing you need to create a new online program, online course, mastermind, or any sort of leverage scaled expertise as a coach or service provider. I'm doing this because I just released a new template (that includes a Canva bundle!) Before creating this new bundle, I took a look at all of the courses and programs I've created over the last seven years and realized that as I create new programs, it's really a lot of copy and paste besides the essence of the program – I reuse so much of my graphics, my emails, my social posts etc. So I basically took out all of the meat of the program and I left all of the bones and I'm giving you all of the bones for you to insert your own expertise into. This podcast episodes goes deeper into how to move forward with your idea for your next offering, the importance of your thought leadership and legacy, and affirmations that will help you feel safe as you make the next big (and small!) decisions for your biz.

Happy new year, friends! As we head into January, I wanted to share this replay of a live training I did in the Heart Centered Entrepreneur Facebook community just before the holidays. In it, I talk about my “overnight success story". I had someone recently say to me, “Well Anna, you are an overnight success,” and it's just so interesting because while I was in a way because it took me about 90 days to fully book my one-on-one practice and create a waitlist, and yes, it was quick but I want to give some disclaimers around it and I want to share some context because I think we see things online and we make a lot of assumptions. I hope this is useful for you, especially if you've been in business for a while and have not created the success you'd like or you feel like your success is not happening fast enough for you.

I recently got to help my son study for his school spelling bee and what he said the next day after he didn't win shocked me (and 100% applies to entrepreneurship, so I knew I needed to share it with you here). He told me that he missed studying with me. It made me smile because I missed those moments too. We would study in the car, over breakfast, with family over Zoom, and that process was so sweet. This concept is where I see the magic in my most successful clients — being aware of the process that you're creating for yourself to reach your goals.

Today on the podcast I have one of my amazing clients Edi Houldieson. Maybe you're like me and you grew up religious. I still consider myself very faith-oriented, spiritual, and connected with God. But there are a lot of things from my religious background that I don't resonate with anymore and it's just messy. So if you are similar to me and are deconstructing what it means to have a relationship with God or your higher power, I hope this is a time where you can just be held and feel safe to explore.

Have you heard? I did a thing: I created a private podcast feed! It's absolutely free and on-demand and you can access it right now. It's basically an audio diary and you can easily access it from wherever you are listening from. This podcast walks you through the six pillars I used to get six figure (and beyond!) success. As I crossed the million-dollar lifetime revenue mark this year, I wanted to do this as a gift for you and share the actual steps I took to get to this point. You can access it in the resources linked below.

Today's episode is all about what I call monthly marketing events. This is something I teach to my mastermind ladies is to pick one week every single month to do a little extra to market your business. At first, people are a little taken aback by that, but in my opinion it gives you more freedom the other 3-4 weeks of the month to relax and not do as much of a marketing push.

I don't know about you, but motherhood is HARD. It is so challenging and one of the questions that I get the most from my community is, "Anna, how do you show up and be a present and patient mom and balance that along with loving to work?" There's no one better to ask this question of than my amazing community, so I asked this of some of my mastermind clients and friends. They're each sharing their best tip when it comes to running a business and being a mom. I hope you laugh, cry, and smile listening to these beautiful tips from my community!

I'm so excited for today's episode because I hope YOU take the 10 Win Challenge! At the end of each year, I list my top ten wins of the year just as a way to reflect and celebrate because I think we make reflections way too complex. I think simplicity is so queen here. When it comes to reflecting at the end of the year, a lot of things can come up, but I find that when I have my mastermind ladies list their ten wins, something just shifts in the air. Let's talk about it.

I'm so excited to talk to you today about how to get clients without social media. I think social media is a great tool, but I also get a lot of my clients in other ways and I don't feel like I talk about that very much. As a mama and a busy woman, social media saves me a lot of time! It's basically the same thing as a workshop except I'm able to do it from my home. So if you have a business and are feeling the changes of social media, let's talk about the systems and processes I use to be visible without spending a lot of time online.

Hi friends. I'm so excited to talk to you today about the many, many ways that you can grow and scale your business to add more freedom and have more flexibility. This is going to be relevant if you already have an existing business where you are monetizing or making, I would say at least $3,000 a month. Or, maybe you're already making six figures or more a year. I really want to talk to you about some of the strategies that you can use to make money in a way that doesn't cost you as much time. This is also relevant to you even if you're starting out in your business, because I think it's fun to hear what's possible for you in the future. I was inspired to record this episode because I really feel I've really come full circle in my business where I have grown and scaled and I want you to feel the same way!

Today I want to talk about this idea of new standards for keeping it together and new approaches for reducing anxiety, stress, and shifting your mindset. The tip I want to share is all around how to approach your challenge or your problem or your obstacle in your life or your business, but from a place of intuition because I find that when you do this, it creates way less stress. Often I think a lot of our stress or anxiety comes from thinking our problems are unavoidable, but I think if we can approach it innovatively or in different ways, in different seasons, that brings so much less overwhelm or stress in the big picture. So I hope this episode helps you!

Hi friends today I want to remind you to put a CEO Day on your calendar sometime in the next 30 days so that you have time in your business, not just to support your clients and catch up on your emails and record social media content and take sales calls and everything you do day in and day out, but that you can actually have time set aside where you can think big picture, get clear on your vision, get clear on your strategy, and get clear on fresh ideas. You are a creator and an innovator by nature, so making space for that is essential. In this episode, I want to tell you a little bit about what CEO Days look like when I do them in my business and some things you can do on your own CEO Day so you can come back focus, inspired, and refreshed.

Is the coaching market saturated? Is it too late to start a consulting revenue stream in your business? How do you stand out in a sea of coaches? Welcome to a market update of the coaching industry. I'm so excited. I've never done a podcast episode like this before, but I got the idea because when I was buying my house in the last half year, I became obsessed with really understanding more about the economy and the housing market. The coaching industry is another market that changes and grows over time and I really feel like I have a lot to say on this because I've been coaching now for eight years and not only have I been able to keep my own coaching practice fully booked for seven plus years, but I've also helped so many women start and fill their coaching practices, get them to six figures in the last seven years. I have seen the market change, and I want to address that honestly. If you are someone that's thinking about starting a coaching practice, I think this episode will be so helpful for you!

Today on the podcast I’m sharing the biggest reasons why I became a coach! This pivot in my career honestly changed the trajectory for my life in a way that I am SO grateful for. You’ll hear why I believe every woman should have a side hustle, how to profit off of the skills you already have, and how I explored the ethics of coaching early on. As you can guess, this is a pretty vulnerable episode, but that really just goes back to the point of why I chose to be a coach. Tune in and let me know your favorite takeaways!

Once you’ve found your niche, it can be difficult to choose and speak directly to an audience that is aligned with your business values and mission. Not only do you want to be speaking to the correct people, you want to ensure that your message is something that will stand out to them and show them that you can provide solutions for the problems they may be facing. On today’s live coaching episode of the podcast, I’m walking Clare Sutton, a new life coach, through the six steps of refining your core message. We’re focusing more on the audience portion, but you’ll hear about every component! Tune in and let me know which of the 6 steps you need to focus on in this season.

Today’s live coaching replay is a good one because it hits on two things that many of my clients face time and time again – the feeling that we have to be doing all the things all at once, and the fear that we will be just another voice in our industry. Parenting coach and school psychologist, Kenya Kistler, is joining us and it was so fun to workshop through these problems with her. I hope it resonates with you, too!

I’m so excited to share a replay of this minute-coaching session with Aeoliana Elliott – we talk about something that isn’t directly lated to business, but one of my favorite topics – finding your core group of female friends. Since my divorce, I’ve made it a point to cultivate and nurture my friendships because they’ve been such a source of love, inspiration, and support that I’ve needed. I love to spend time with and celebrate my friends as often as I can and I believe that the relationships I have with them play a huge part in the success of my business. But what if female friendships are hard for you? Join Aoliana and I as we chat about overcoming this today on the podcast!

Friends this whole podcast episode is FULL of nuggets on embracing financial abundance. Ange Matthews, an Investor, Investment Coach and the founder of the Happy Investor Method, is joining me on the podcast today and is so full of kindness. In our conversation, she’s breaking down the fears that come with investing, reminding you of your birthright when it comes to money, and teaching you the importance of healing your relationship with money. This episode is perfect for anyone, but especially those women who have created their $20K Freedom Fund and are ready for the next step of increasing their wealth.

I am so excited about this podcast episode that I’m bringing to you today, it is inspired by a post I actually did on my personal Facebook wall around being the most regulated, grounded person I know. The post went slightly viral in the sense that a lot of my friends were really drawn to it, engaged with it, and someone even wrote how triggered they were by it (which I love when something activates us in that way). So I just wanted to dive into this because I think it's the key to getting to multiple six figures in your business. Whether you're still trying to hit your first six figures or maybe you're past multi-six and you're going to the million dollar mark, I just feel like this skill of being grounded and regulated is everything when it comes to being a long-term profitable business owner, actually enjoying your business, and all the while creating your happy, boring life.

Friends, I am so excited about today's podcast episode. It is with a client and good, good friend of mine, Kaitlin Kirk. You may remember her from an early podcast episode but I thought it was about time to bring her back on and share more of her story of how she's really grown and scaled her business in the last two years in a really beautiful and inspiring way. Kaitlin regularly hits $## months, but she’s really done so much of the mindset work and harder backend things in her business to help get her there. She’s sharing the top things that have brought her the most success, what her happy, boring life looks like, and the impact that she hopes her business will provide long after she’s gone. This whole conversation is just so beautiful and I know it’s going to leave you feeling fully inspired.

I was doing my daily check-in this morning when I thought of this topic that I want to bring to the podcast today – what to do after you’ve hit $10K months and you’re trying to get to $20K, $30K or $40K months. Multiple clients have started with me at the $3,000 month mark and I’ve helped them scale to those levels. So I’m excited to share the one thing that you should focus on if you’re ready to uplevel and my own journey with doing this, too. I believe your success is inevitable, and let’s get started on you believing that too.

Hi sweet friends. I'm so excited to chat with you about four liberating truths that will help you when it comes to your niche, your message, and your marketing. I really wish I had this training when I started my business because when you start your online business, you are obviously passionate about whatever it is you’re doing, but marketing and sales is a whole other skillset and that takes time to learn. I know for me, it took six months to click and I really don't want it to take that long for you if you're at the start of your business or if you're really not consistently making money yet, it could be because you don't get marketing. So this is like a marketing pep talk and I hope this is helpful for you.

Hello friends, today I wanna talk to you about a very important topic – how to take a break from your business and how taking a break can actually help you scale your business to six figures consistently faster. I've always told the story of how I sold out my business before my maternity leave, but I never put together that actually taking my maternity leave and taking six weeks off in my business is what helped me succeed so early on. Now, I have multiple clients who I’ve helped or am helping prepare for their maternity leave and/or vacation and are selling out their business and making more money than ever before. I’m so excited to talk about this with you today!

I have never heard anyone talk about money mindset or entrepreneurship the way that I do in this episode before. Basically, I've worked with clients and helped them create their first $1K month, their first $3K month, $10K month, their first $40K month – I have worked with women at so many different levels in their business, but the common thread is they're all these heart-centered entrepreneurs with these heart-centered problems. For example, they say, “I love what I do and I wanna make an impact, but I feel really icky talking about myself and bragging about myself.” Or, “I want to grow my business and scale it, but I'm afraid to let go and trust my team because what if the quality of my work or my clients suffer?” Heart-centered problems. So I thought it would be really fun to break it down into these four different phases of heart-centered entrepreneurship and growth and give you an affirmation for each phase. Let’s go!

Today I'm sharing with you three skills that changed the game for me and — spoiler alert — these are skills you probably already have but you may not know that they apply to sales.

Also, if you're at a place in your business where you're ready to embrace sales with your whole heart, even if it feels a bit scary, I just want to say congrats and I also want to invite you to apply to my 6 month mentorship + mastermind program, Sell with Heart. Use the strategy you learn this summer, to start signing clients and get fully booked by winter!

I’m obsessed with this client session that I’m replaying for you today and I think you’re going to love it! The theme is being supported and allowing yourself to receive money. As I’ve said before, money is a lens for everything else in our life, so with my dear client today we are talking about being independent as well as dependent in a beautiful way. There’s no way that I would be able to grow a six-figure business if I didn’t allow myself to settle into receiving whether that looked like team support, sending my clothes to a laundry service, investing in coaching, babysitters, etc.. So if you’re struggling to receive support, accept any type of monetary assistance, or even grow your business - this episode is for you. Remember, the more you receive, the more you can give, my love!

Sister, are you ready to finally cross that $5K threshold so that you can be producing consistent $5K or $10K months? You're going to love this special replay episode.

This also applies if you're working to sign your very first client, because I found this came up for me and it comes up for my clients at every major marker. I want to talk to you today about the power of making a decision and then commitment to that decision over a period of time.

I remember at the very start of my business, I was so nervous to commit to a certain niche, then even as I was growing my business, I was so nervous to commit to a certain coaching program, or even committing to selling out my one-on-one offer. That decision can be hard, but what’s also hard is following through and committing to that and getting support.

So I want you to listen to today's episode — I think it is going to be very helpful. Then if you're looking for personal support around this, I would love to support you in Get and Coach Your First Client, my signature 12 week program where I teach you the exact method that I used to get my first paying client and fully book my business.

I'm so excited to chat with you today about a highly underutilized tool that I've created for you –  the Client Connection Tracker, it's a $10 tool that I’ve used myself and created just for you and it's going to blow your mind. Honestly, I feel like when it comes to sales and finding and signing clients, I know there's a lot outside of our control, so much so I think we forget to focus on what we CAN control when it comes to making more sales and more money and signing more clients in our business. This is something I work with my clients on when they're just starting out to sign their first clients, but it’s also the same concepts I  walk my multi six figure earning clients through. So I am excited to talk with you about this because I know it’s going to be so valuable for you no matter where you’re at.

Hi, friends. I have a great treat in store for you today especially if you are a new entrepreneur in the online space. I feel like as the online space grows, there's not as many spaces that are safe for new entrepreneurs that need high touch, in depth feedback, so I want to be that safe space for you if you have not left yet, left your corporate job, if you're still building your business, if you're not yet making consistent $3K months, would love to be a safe space for you. Today's episode is a replay of a free mini session I did with someone from the Heart Center Entrepreneur community and she is someone that needed help in that new phase of owning a business, especially around overcoming some of her deep seated visibility blocks. So if you are stuck, you're not visible online, you're not really monetizing, tune in for this. Today on The Heart Centered Entrepreneur we are going to PARTY because it is the celebration of 150+ podcast episodes! It blows my mind. It seems like just yesterday that I was in the closet at my parents' house because I was post divorce, living with my parents and my sweet sweet daddy helped me make a podcast recording closet. I literally put up soundproofing in my tiny little bedroom at my parents' house and my dad made a little microphone stand and that's where I recorded my first few episodes. Now, I cannot believe that we are here, 150 episodes later.

So I have a little treat for you and it is a giveaway to thank you for your support. I am also going to do a mini training on if you have a podcast on your heart, how you can get started with that, because here's the thing – if you've been listening to and impacted by the show, my guess is that you have more knowledge, stories, and experience than you gave yourself credit for. I believe it's time for you to find your voice, use your voice, and build your platform. So open up your notes app and enjoy!

Today on The Heart Centered Entrepreneur Podcast we are going to talk about two things that you are not going to want to miss if you are growing and scaling as a done for you or service based online business. When I first started my business, I remember Googling “how to make money without selling”, when I should have been Googling “how to sell in a way that is in alignment”. Last week on the podcast I shared the lessons I learned from writing my book.

This week I want to do a part two to that episode and share the lessons that I’ve learned during this early access launch. Because even though I’m giving away the book for free, I’m still technically selling it! This is the skill that I’ve worked on the most as an entrepreneur, and it’s something that feels natural to me now. I want to share more about it with you today so that you can actually get your services in front of the people who need it, the people who are ready and willing to invest in change! If you’re writing a book, or launching a paid (or free!) offer, this episode is for you.

Welcome to this episode of the Heart Centered Entrepreneur podcast! I’m 10 days into promoting my upcoming book and I cannot believe that a hundred of you have already signed up to get early access to read it. If you haven’t listened to last week’s episode about how you can get involved with the book launch, pause this episode and do that first! Because today's episode is going to go a little bit deeper into writing the book. If you have writing a book on your heart, I hope that some of these tips are useful for you.

Today on The Heart Centered Entrepreneur I am sharing a live training that I recently did in our free community. I’m covering the top three ways to scale your coaching business because this question has come up from my audience several different times.

I also feel like it's such a useful conversation to have even if you're not at the point of being ready to scale yet because it’s so much easier to get there when you have a roadmap. I’m also taking on why I 100% believe that you should book out your 1:1 before filling up your group coaching program or creating a course. I hope you walk away from this episode with a more strategic plan to grow your business to where you want it!

I have so many stories to share with you. I’ve found that in the online space, visibility and marketing are becoming more and more focused on authenticity. I know this can bring up a lot of fears for some people because authenticity ultimately means being vulnerable, right? So let’s talk about how to overcome some of those common fears so that you can stop playing small and become consistently visible.

Hi, friends! I'm so excited to walk you through the simple five-step process for getting featured on podcasts. I really thinking pitching yourself to get on podcasts and be in front of other people's audiences is one of the most underutilized marketing tactics out there.

I think it's wonderful to START a podcast. I have over 100 episodes of The Heart Centered Entrepreneur! But that being said, I do think you get a lot of the same benefits of hosting a podcast when you're a guest on someone else's podcast.

One of the first times I was on someone else's podcast (who had a bigger audience than me so I was pretty nervous!) I ended up signing a high ticket client because she heard my episode.

If you want to learn how you can make this part of your visibility plan, keep listening!

Hi, my loves. This is PART TWO in a two-part series about visibility in your business. Often we either feel like we're not enough or we are too much, and last week's episode focused on when you're feeling not enough. This week is going to be for those of you that feel like you have too much to say or too many ideas.

That's definitely been me before, asking myself, "I have so many content ideas! Which ones do I start with?!" Make sure you listen to last week's episode first, no matter which mindset you struggle with because I really think you'll benefit from both episodes.

Let's dive in!

Hi, friends! I am so excited to bring a two-part podcast series that is designed to reach you exactly where you're at when it comes to getting stuck in your current visibility, in your marketing, and glowing on social media and attracting ideal clients.

I created two episodes based on exactly where YOU'RE at (this episode is not knowing what to say and next week's is having too much to say) and I hope you'll listen to the one that your heart and soul most needs.

I know that this episode will help you begin to breakthrough your visibility setbacks!

Ladies — we are so damn hard on ourselves. I've had this conversation with so many of my clients recently, so I wanted to bring it to you to be more gentle, more loving, and more gracious to yourself.

I think the downside of being ambitious women is that we see where we are falling short and where we have yet to go. That makes us great visionaries, but it can also make us really self-critical.

So today I want this to be a huge reminder to be gracious with yourself.

Hi, my friends. Today on the podcast I want to share four beliefs that might be keeping you playing small when it comes to your presence online, your visibility, and your marketing.

So often in entrepreneurship I find that it's not about coming up with a new product or the right service, but it's all about improving your visibility and your marketing and targeting your messaging.

These four beliefs will help you to leave this podcast episode with ACTIONABLE STEPS on how to shift your mindset when it comes to visibility online.

I hope this is the pep talk that you need to reignite your fire and passion and excitement for getting visible in your business!

Hi, friends! I'm so excited to talk to you today about when things take longer than we'd like them to. It's so easy to look at the goals we're not meeting and think that it means we need to try harder. To strive. To push ourselves even more. But sometimes that's our cue to surrender to God, the Universe, whoever or whatever you believe in as a higher power.

In this episode, we'll talk through learning how to work braver and take creative action, the importance of unplugging with intention, and surrendering control in order to meet your goals in life and in business.

I can't wait for you to hear this and start implementing it!

It's time to forget EVERYTHING you thought you needed to know about your ideal client and get clear on this instead.

I'm so excited to talk to you about this because I've been sharing this three-part framework on getting your dream client with so many of my own clients lately and I think it might blow your mind a little!

I'm going to walk you through these three steps and then give you an in-depth example from my own business. I know for me at the beginning of my business and even when I was growing and scaling, I had moments of doubt and really questioned my niche and my message and my ideal client when I really just needed to keep things simple.

This is one of those episodes that you may want to come back to with a notepad because I would love for you to execute and implement these steps in your own biz!

Hi, my heart centered friends! Today's topic is one that I've wanted to rant about for a few weeks. It's something that's come up several times when talking with several clients and community members and when I notice a theme like that, I know it's something I need to talk about.

"I need money." Do you feel bad about saying that phrase? I've talked with three women in the last few weeks who have started a coaching session saying, "I don't need money." Literally.

But by the end of the session being coached by me ended up saying, "OMG, Anna. I really DO need money."

You, my love, DO need money. For investing, paying off debt, signing your kid up for dance lessons, traveling, saving for retirement. You have money needs AND wants and it doesn't make you weird or bad for saying that.

This is a little bit of a tough love conversation, but I know it will be so helpful for you.

Hi, friend! Today I want to talk to you about shifting your energy when you're selling so that you feel better doing it and you're more likely to take sales actions more often so you can make more money in your business.

Sales really is the portal to make more money. You may not like selling, but you probably like what sales brings you — money! Mastering sales also allows you to impact people through your valuable work.

I hope this is useful for you in WHATEVER it is you are selling in your business.

Hi, friends! This episode is all about how to make more money doing less work part TWO because I just had so much goodness to share that I couldn't fit it into one episode. Make sure you go back to last week and listen to part one if you missed it.

There's so much in the online space about quick fixes and silver bullets on how to make a billion dollars while not working at all — but the truth is that businesses take work.

BUT there are ways to work smarter and not harder. And on this episode I'm unpacking some real, honest, behind the scenes strategies that I give my clients that will help YOU too.

Let's get to it!

Hello, my heart centered friends! I'm so excited about this podcast episode. I've been hearing so many things in the online space about these magic bullets — "make more money doing less," "make money in your sleep," "buy this ______ that will change your business." And I just have you tell you the truth: all businesses take work. I think you and I both know that, but sometimes because of all this marketing in the online space we think that we can create a business that requires zero work.

Should you find a business that doesn't FEEL like work because you enjoy what you do? Absolutely. Over time should your business be more profitable and less stressful? Yes. But I want to give you the permission to not look for the perfect business because there isn't one.

Even though there is still work involved, you CAN make more money doing less. Here are SIX things that will help you to do that (stay tuned for MORE ways you can do this in part two next week!).

Today's topic is something that I've never really talked about before, and that's questions to ask yourself when you're investing in your business.

Man, I have been stretched so much this year when it comes to this in my business. I've invested in my business every year since I've started it, but there was a month this year where I spent a large amount of money above and beyond my usual expenses because I was investing in a new website, new branding, etc.

It didn't feel debilitating — it felt really exciting, but still like a stretch. So I wanted to share my thoughts on this with you because I know some of you right now are thinking about investing in your business in one way or another. Hopefully these questions will help you as you think through investing in yourself and your business!

Hi, my friends! I'm so excited to chat with you today about the number one skill that you can master as an entrepreneur to make more sales in your business.

When I first started off in the online space, it was because I loved coaching (and still do!). But I didn't know that I would also have to build all these other skills as an entrepreneur — sales, management, strategy, marketing, etc.

I'm going to talk about my FAVORITE skill today and the most important: listening. It's the biggest gift you can give your potential and current clients! Let's dive in.

Hi, friends! I'm so excited to talk to you today about naming your beautiful offer.

I think it can be such a useful tool—whether it's something in your business that's free or something that's paid—to get really good at the skill of naming things. Today I want to talk about it in the context of your offer or whatever it is that you sell, but I think this also applies to your free stuff, like your free challenges, calls, Facebook lives, etc.

As heart centered entrepreneurs, we need to be the best marketers because we KNOW our product or service is going to change lives. But we also don't need to spend a half hour trying to decide what our email subject line should be.

Tune in to this episode to learn how to name your offers in the best way you can!

Hello, my love. Have you been asking yourself, "Why does everyone else seem to have their shiz together so much more than me? Why am I feeling behind?" If you have been asking yourself these kinds of questions or comparing yourself to people on the internet or in real life, today's episode on overcoming comparison is just for you.

And, first of all, I just want to normalize that it's so easy to get stuck on comparison. I would say that most of my clients get stuck in comparison and it's usually something they only share privately with me. It's so normal if you feel like you're frustrated or sad or dissatisfied or jealous. These feelings are actually good because they're going to point you toward what you want and show you action steps to get there!

I hope this episode helps you turn something like comparison into momentum for change in your and your business.

Hello, my dear friends, and welcome to this episode of the podcast! I am so excited to introduce the second ever male we've ever had on the Heart Centered Entrepreneur — it's Jeremy Enns, who is the founder and CEO of Podcast Marketing Academy.

Jeremy and I connected over a year ago now and he actually pitched to have me on his podcast (which I couldn't do because I was too busy!), but I was so enamored by the authenticity of his pitch. In the online space, so often we demonize things like DMing or pitching. There's nothing wrong with it in and of itself, but the energy behind it that matters and Jeremy did it with so much heart and I LOVED it.

Let's talk about faking regulation. Have you ever been in a really hard conversation or a really tense situation (maybe even a dangerous situation), but you have been able to (on the outside) look calm, cool, and collected — maybe while on the inside you feel like you're going to burst with anxiety?

I was having a conversation with a client recently and we were joking about how good we are at faking regulation, faking being calm on the outside even when we're freaking out on the inside.

I basically wanted to do a followup to the episode I did recently on boundaries (linked in the show notes) because I've gotten so many DMs and messages with questions about boundaries. I hope this is helpful!

Let's talk about what to do when someone slides into your DMs to ask for free support.

I was recently doing a call with my Sell With Heart mastermind ladies and this issue came up. One of my clients asked, "What do I do after someone is a paying client, they stop working with me, but they still pop into my email inbox to ask for help?" They're probably not doing this in a malicious way, they likely just need help.

I get this question all the time, so I wanted to be make a full episode about it, and I hope it will help you!

This week on the podcast, I want to share something that came up in my Sell With Heart mastermind that I think is so useful, and that's around the topic of turmoil.

As we talk about so often when something great happens in our business — when we sign a new client, when we have an amazing launch — we're so happy but we feel like it must have been a fluke. It's so easy to be hard on ourselves.

But most often when we have success it's because we've been willing to put in the hard work and wade through turmoil. And I believe how you tolerate turmoil will dictate the success of your business.

Hey, loves! Let's go behind the scenes! I did a private coaching call with a group of women, all who are coaches from a wide variety of niches and industries. I'm not going to share the coaching portion of the call, BUT I am going to share the Q&A section that I did after the call to answer about ten different questions that I didn't get to during coaching.

These questions cover everything from marketing to actual coaching tips and I wanted to share my answers here on the podcast because I'm guessing you've wondered about some of these as well!

Buckle in and let's get into it.

Hi, my friends! I am beyond excited for a special treat that I've never done on the podcast before — I'm sharing an actual excerpt from a group coaching call from my mastermind, Sell With Heart! My friend, the amazing Amy Murray, has agreed to share her heart with you through this live coaching she received. Amy is a holistic reproductive health practitioner and certified fertility awareness educator who teaches women to chart their menstrual cycles for avoiding pregnancy, achieving pregnancy, or improving their overall health.

Hi, friends. Today I want to normalize being a pain in the ass when we are starting out in our business or when we are switching niches when it comes to the type of clients we are for our coach.

I'm so excited for today's guest! It is my good friend Kate Boyd who a little over six years ago was one of my very first coaches as I was really grappling with quitting my day job as a therapist, should I be a life coach, etc.

I really believe that working with a coach 1-1 or in a specific container where you're supported in a high-touch way will be such a benefit to you because it's not easy to get through those early stages of business alone, and Kate was that person for me.

Join us as we talk about faith, standing out, the messy middle, and more.

Have you ever asked yourself, "Am I qualified to coach?" Am I qualified to do this work that I'm scared and excited to do? Do I deserve to get paid for this work? If you've asked yourself any of those questions, you're in the right spot.

This is one of my favorite topics to talk about because usually if you ask questions like these, you are a heart-centered entrepreneur. You're full of integrity and want to serve but you're having a hard time translating that into money and profit in your business.

Let's dive in.

Welcome to this car episode of the podcast! I thought it would be really appropriate to record this from my car while I'm heading home after dropping my kids off from school because something has been on my mind a lot lately — capacity.

I think as busy, business-owning women a lot of what keeps us from going all-in on our businesses is we're worried about what will happen if our business takes off and explodes.

At the beginning of my business, not only did I worry about what would happen if I failed, but also what happens if I succeed? I know I'm not alone in that, so I hope this conversation helps you!

Hi, friends! In this week's episode, we're talking about healthy masculine energy. This is actually a follow-up to last week's episode because I feel like I left that part of the conversation a little bit undone.

I've been talking a little bit more about masculine and feminine energy lately (which doesn't have anything to do with what gender you do or don't identify with). For me, the reason why I've already dived into talking about leaning into the feminine is because I'm already really good at the masculine in my life.

For many of my clients, they don't have that base and I work with them to establish that. And I think that's one of the reasons why my clients love me as a coach — I'm able to be present, non-judgmental, powerful, focused, disciplined, etc.

Let's talk about it!

Hi, my loves! Today I am here for a personal life update for you. I feel like this is something I do two times a year, and it's been so special because I have been through so much transition these past couple years.

As you may know, I filed for divorce last year and I have finally gotten to the point where I'm ready to open my heart to love again. So today, I wanted to share the journey to get to where I am in hopes that it may help bring about healing for some of you too.

Buckle your seatbelt because I'm about to share literally my favorite business strategy of all time — the giveaway. This free, organic, high-converting marketing strategy really doesn't get enough press! It might not be very sexy, but it is the strategy I used to launch my coaching business and land my first few clients. I've helped doesn't of my clients use this strategy to get massive momentum with their 1-1 clients, masterminds, or group coaching offers.

The cool thing is that you don't need a big audience, you don't need a lot of fancy bells and whistles to really make it happen and make a lot of money with this strategy.

I continue to use this strategy to this day even though I'm making multiple six figures. Let's talk about the three reasons why I believe giving away your work is so powerful and the type of giveaway you can use if you really want to create massive momentum.

Hi, loves! Today I'm going to share something that I don't normally — a spreadsheet! Last week's episode was a massive one about money mindset, but to balance it out a little we're going to talk about practical strategy. I'm a big believer in mindset work and journaling, but at the end of the day we need to crunch the numbers too. Mindset work AND practical strategy both work hand in hand.

Listen to this episode, download the spreadsheet linked in the show notes, and then take a little bit of time to do the exercises. You won't regret it!

Hi, friends! Today on the podcast, we're going to talk about money mindset and stability.

You know that I'm a big believer in selling, but I think making money in your business, making sales, all of it can be really difficult if you don't work on your money mindset, how you think about receiving money, and talking and thinking about how you feel about money.

I want to open up the table and create a safe space for you to dive in a little bit further into your money mindset, what you believe, what you need, because I think it can be hard to do. It's okay to get messy and just dive in!

"Are you willing to try an interactive exercise with me?" That's the exact phrase that I ask my clients if I'm going to do a coaching technique that's a little more experiential, like a role play. And that's what I want to ask YOU today.

I want to teach you a new skill — actually THREE new skills and exercises that I think are going to blow your mind when it comes to thinking more clearly in your business, seeing and making better decisions in your business, and just in general in life reducing anxiety.

One is the five senses mindfulness exercise, one is four square breathing, and one is the body scan exercise. I'm going to walk you through them step by step, that way if you have one that is one of your favorites you can return back to it anytime you need support around calming your body.

Let's get started!

Friends, let's talk about LAUNCHES. Don't shut this episode off because you're like, "No, not a launch!" I think that launching is one of the most valuable skills you can have as a business owner, whether you're launching a book, a podcast, a group program, mastermind, course, a free offer — it's so important to know how to release something into the world and create buzz and excitement.

This Facebook live talks about the realities of how hard launching can be, but also how you can make it simple (which is not talked about enough in the online space). I got a ton of great feedback on this live, so I had to share it. I share 16 of my BEST tips for nailing a launch (from someone who has done at least 25 launches).

Welcome to this week's new episode! I'm so thankful that you're here. This episode is actually from a Facebook live that I did in my community and I'm especially proud it.

In this episode, I talk through the theory of WHY I ask these three questions and why they make such a difference in how I experience my week, especially if it was a hard one.

Hi, friends! I'm excited to do something a little bit different today on the podcast, and that is walking you through a visualization. I really started to do more visualizations after attending a fairly intense group therapy program about two years ago and it really changed my life.

Every morning we would come together as a big group and we would do a visualization practice and I loved them. I'm going to call this one "Mini Miracle Visualization" and it's all about being present and grateful.

And what I have seen time and time again in my life and business is that no matter what's going on in my life that feels hard or chaotic, if I can get myself to a present and grateful place, I can face whatever challenges come my way with a completely different mindset and attitude.

I hope this visualization is able to do that for you too!

I've helped thousands of women with visibility, with sales, with actions that grow their business, but it really boils down to helping women get more clients and make more money through those two main things - visibility and sales.

However, lately I've really been noticing that I'm helping my clients tap more into their feminine energy when it comes to visibility. At the start of my business when I first started actively selling, someone messaged me and said, “Anna, that’s so cool that I can hire you as a coach! I had no idea!” And I had been in business for three months. 😳 I thought, “Oh my gosh! They didn’t even know!

How often do we forget to say how many spaces we have open for clients? Or tell people how they can buy from us or hire us? We assume that people already know, but like what happened to me early on in my business, we CAN’T assume that.

Hi, my friends. Today's podcast episode is going to be a little different, but I think you're going to love it. I want to read to you a poem that I wrote, or more like a little piece of reflection. I've been doing this a lot lately. Many of you know that I’ve been through a lot of transitions in the last few years. One of the things that I've shared about often on the podcast is my daily six check-in questions, which is kind of like my hack to journaling. I ask myself six short questions, but often one of those questions, which is "pour it out," turns into a brain dump.

So I want to share with you something that I wrote, and it's also a really fun prompt. After I share what I wrote, I want you to turn off this episode and I want you to write to this prompt: "This is my liberation."

What has your liberation looked like in the last few years? Claim and own what you've been through, what you've made it through.

Hi, friends — I'm really excited because I'm doing an episode today that is unlike one I've ever done before. I'm going to talk to you about the seven biggest reasons why women join Visible Impact, which is my signature visibility course. I run it live for six weeks and I've actually launched it eight times and I've walked over 90 women through it, so I don't know why I've never done an episode before, but today is a special episode for that.

I've interviewed several Visible Impact alumni before on the podcast who've gotten amazing results in the program, but I've never answered more intentional questions about it. So I want to dive in with you today on those.

I'm so happy to host Loraine Martinez this week on The Heart Centered Entrepreneur. I know so many of you are going to connect with her story. Before becoming a life and business coach, Loraine was rooted in the hustle mentality as a practicing lawyer. Now, after completely pivoting and starting her own business amidst pregnancy, the pandemic, and selling her home, Loraine has dug into her purpose and has never felt more fulfilled.

We talk about her success in Visible Impact, especially at the start of her business and how she's carried that momentum up to today. If you're going through a big change in your career, are an expecting mama, or just learning how to lean into your purpose a bit more, this episode is for you.

Today's episode is a sequel to the episode I did last week on authenticity content. Today's episode is for you, heart-centered sister, if you struggle with showing up as the expert with authority — really giving value, doing teaching posts, and showing up and embracing the powerful teacher coach course creator that you are.

I'm going to share with you three limiting beliefs and then I'm going to share three tips as if I was in a one-on-one coaching session with you — what I would tell you, some of the strategies I would give you to make it so much easier for you to show up with authority.

And then just like last week, I really want you to actually take action and write a piece of authority content this week, especially if it's an area that you don't consistently show up in. I know it'll be such a game changer for you.

In Visible Impact, I teach a four-part framework for creating content that engages your audience and that shows your authority and your authenticity in a really direct way.

But today, I really want to double down on authenticity. I want to break through some limiting beliefs that you may have when it comes to showing up authentically online and give you some examples and tips so that you can literally you can hop off this podcast this week and show up more authentically because if that is your missing piece in your visibility strategy, you're going to see that makes such a big difference for you literally this week.

Have you decided that this is the year that you finally add a course or a group program or leveraged income to your business? If so, don’t miss this week’s episode!

Chantelle Davis-Gray is a client of mine but also a fantastic website and brand designer and she shares her story on how she took her business and created a course and launched in several times and made it evergreen.

We talk about the mindset around receiving money in your business that is more passive — where you’ve already created a product and you’re making money on repeat with something you’ve already created.

I think this is such an important conversation. I think this will be helpful especially if you’re a little more advanced in your business and you are ready to grow and scale and bring in more income in a way that doesn’t add a lot of work hours or stress.

Hi, friends! I hope you're having a brilliant start to the new year. I'm so excited for this week's episode. It is a Facebook live replay that I did and got wild feedback from called Rejection is Redirection.

If in 2021 you're looking to play a bigger game than ever before, make more money, make a bigger impact the good/bad news is that you need to be taking risks. You are going to see more success, but along the way, you're going to hear more no’s because on the way to success is rejection.

So I want to have this honest conversation with you and I think it’s really going to help you out. I actually did this Facebook live right before the cart closed for Sell with Heart, a mastermind, and I ended up hitting my goal of welcoming 10 women into the group, selling out the program. My last client, my tenth space, filled the weekend before the program started and I just think it's a good reminder to show up in our launch to the very last minute with heart to communicate what we have to offer.

In the future, I’ll record an episode on reflection on that launch because it was a $50k launch, my biggest yet, and also I feel like in many ways, my most ease filled launch. So I want to share all the details with you, but for now listen to this episode, I hope that there's some nuggets and I would love to hear what your takeaways are.

Plus, I love that she shares how she tried to do complicated funnels and how that didn't work, so instead she decided to go simple, get visible, and it worked so well for her. So tune into this episode and I can't wait to hear what your biggest takeaways are.

I'm so excited to share Jordan Schanda King's story with you today. She is a business mentor and she has an incredible story. Jordan most recently did Visible Impact (my six-week program that helps you get visible online on social media), and she shares some great tips on how she took her Instagram from zero to hundreds of engaged followers that are messaging with her in just a few weeks.

And in the program she also did a scholarship offer. She did a scholarship offer while she was in Visible Impact and signed her first new clients for this new business that she's doing while in the program. So she breaks it down in detail exactly what she did to land those clients, even when she didn't have a social media presence.

I think this is a great listen if you are starting out or if you are shifting and pivoting in your business because as you'll hear in this episode, Jordan is no newbie to entrepreneurship. Hi, friends. Thank you for joining me for another episode. So this is two Facebook lives put together on how to change the way that you think about sales. Because so often women come to me feeling icky and spammy about sales and part of what I can do to help you make more sales is to help you think differently about it. And so part one is helping you change the way that you think about sales and then part two is helping your audience change the way that they think about sales.

Because at the end of the day, all that sales is is taking people from free to paid. From your free audience to a paid client, where they're getting some higher-level transformation. This is an episode that you may want to take out a pen and a paper for and take some notes because I really, really do believe that if you internalize some of this and process some of this, when you do take the little tiny sales actions, like hop on Facebook, live or write a post, it's going to be so much easier and so much more magnetic.

Hi, friends. Today I'm going tell you what's on my mind a little bit. I think after I shared some of the personal news and life update with you last week, I have a little bit more permission to just share from my heart. This happens over time with a visibility platform, right? I think at the start of this podcast I really felt the pressure to teach you a lot of tips and value, and I'm all about a strategy and I'm all about telling you what's working right now in the online space. Or I love challenges. Go do a challenge. They convert really well!

But also I know personally that when I listen to other people, what's just as valuable is when they just tell me what's going on for them in their life behind the scenes. So let's dig in to learn more about sharing more vulnerable content in our businesses.

I'm so excited to talk to you about today's episode. I'm answering a question I've been hearing from so many women lately, and I addressed it in my Facebook group during a training, but wanted to bring it here to you too. I've had so many women tell me, "Anna, what about the funnels? What about all the funnels in my business that I need to make money?"

So, I wanted to title this What the Funnel because I think that's literally what you're asking and wondering. I have so much to say about this so I want to dive in. I feel like "funnel" kind of a vague term so I want to first start out by defining what I feel like other people mean when they say funnels and then also what I mean when I say funnels, because it may be different than what you're thinking.

Okay, let's go. annafrandsen.com/podcast/what-the-funnel

Sister, are you ready to finally cross that $5K threshold so that you can be producing consistent $5K or $10K months? You're going to love this episode.

So I want you to listen to today's episode — I think is going to be very helpful. Then if you're looking for personal support around this, I would love to support you in Visible Impact. It's my six-week group program where I basically help you get clear on that intention and then hold your hand as you get visible for six weeks alongside other beautiful sisters that are doing the same thing.

Her last challenge had 10 members and she signed TWO of those into new paying clients.

I actually made a list of eight things (it might be more by the time this podcast episode is over) of things that I have invested in that I've definitely had a great return when it's come to my visibility, the money I make it, my business, all of that.   Listen in and let me know which of the eight you're going to start implementing today.

Today I'm so excited to share my number one tip for signing clients on social media. This is a framework that I have never talked about it before. I'm introducing what I call, “the three Cs” -- connection, creation, and consuming and knowing what to do with them. This is actually going to be a three part series, focusing one one of the three C’s each episode and today we’re really focusing on the first C, connection, because it is the base and the framework. And if you get this, I believe you’re going to be able to make a massive shift in the way you see things and make the time you spend social media time way more effective.
