They discuss the ins and outs of hunting the Big Woods of Maine for whitetails and specifically using tracking as the main tactic for success. I really enjoyed this podcast and hope to make it up to Maine with Ezra to give this tactic a shot. Like Joe said instead of waiting for something to happen you are MAKING it happen and it sounds like a lot of fun.

In this episode I get on the mic owner, operator and CEO of The Hunter Sight. We discuss the various features that The Hunter Sight has to offer and I add in some of the overlooked features that will greatly benefit public land hunters like myself as well as the hardcore bowhunter.

The Hunter Sight was built for individuals that are striving to become better hunters, guides, or wildlife managers. We accomplish this by offering a versatile set of online tools for free with valuable upgrades offered at a low cost.

We offer ‘game trends’ which displays the patterns of your animals caught on trail camera. Simply organize your game photos and upload into your Hunter Sight account. The Hunter Sight will display in pie charts that animal’s frequencies at your camera based on wind direction, time of day, and moon phase. This is great Intel in determining the best day, the best stand location, or the best property to hunt to increase your success in the field.
