The year was 1990, I was 14 years old and somehow I managed to convince my Mum to let me go and see Motley Crue at the Sydney Entertainment Centre. It was loud, explosive, over the top and to this day it is still one of the best concerts I ever saw. Hear about how the 14 year old me had his mind blown and was left with his ears ringing.

But in the space of just 18 months, The Beatles and The Beach Boys would go on to release albums that would change the musical world.
