Sometimes our day is determined by our expectations. If we expect the worst, sometimes it comes to pass. If we expect the best, it may not always turn out that way, but still better than the alternate.

We all have memories, good or bad, happy or sad. We can choose to dwell on the past or move forward and make good memory deposits.
We are responsible for our our thoughts, attitudes and actions. We all have to look in the mirror and ask God to search our hearts.
We live in a loud world. There is alot of voices and shooting. We have to be still and listen to His voice.
God is Omni Present. He is everywhere at the same time. He is not just up there, but He is right where we are when we need Him.
There are alot of loud voices in the world and strong opinions. Only God's opinion is the final word.
Life is what happens while you are making other plans. Even Jesus was interrupted at times, but always used it as an opportunity to reach out and touch and heal others.
The earth is in chaos because of sin, but God is a God of order and one day He will make all things new.
We look at our world it seems out of control, just like the days of Noah. Violence and lawlessness ruled the earth. Jesus said when He returned it would be like the days of Noah.
The heart is the inner most part of man, it is who we are. All actions flow from the heart.
When we see all the bad in the world, it's easy to think that God doesn't care, but He is still in control and working behind the scenes.
Every Day we make decisions. Some of big and some are small. Some decisions have major consequence. The Bible guides us and gives us directions to make right decisions.
A Day to Remember and Honor the Fallen and never forget their ultimate sacrifice they gave
We have all heard freedom isn't free. It was bought and paid for by those who made the ultimate sacrifice so that we would be able to live and worship freely in this country.
Happiness is based on what is happening around us, while joy is what is happening within us.
In a second life can change for good or for bad. We can resist change or go with God and go with it.
We see people through our own eyes and makes judgements, but God sees into their heart and so should we.
The world gives us all titles that makes some people feel more important than others. We all have a role to play in this world and can all make a difference and AN impact.
Redemption means exchanging something for something else. Christ gave His life to redeem us and give us a brand new life.
Rain is a blessing. Without rain, crops and trees would die. We need both sunshine and rain in our lives to go. Thank God for the rain and never complain.
Sometimes we can be our own worst critic. While we are giving Grace to others, we should also extend it to ourselves.
Many see the Bible as just a book, but not as the truth and the authority that they live their lives by
Forgiving others isn't always easy, but it is necessary to our well being and we also have to forgive ourselves, because God has already forgiven us.
Whatever if going on, we can still have peace. The Bible calls it the Peace that passes all understanding. It doesn't make sense, but gives gives it when we need it.
Sometime life is like a puzzle. Sometimes the pieces don't fit. God sees the whole picture to the puzzle. We need His perspective as we navigate our way through life.
God was not created for man. We were created for God. He gave us gifts to glorify Him, but we have to act upon them.
We live in a divided country. Opinion are strong and sometimes people are wrong, but we can still show Grace to everyone, no matter what.
Everyday we make hundreds or maybe thousands of choices. Some choices are small and insignificant while others are bigger and have long term consequences.
Our lives are like a book. Within the book we have different Chapters. Every day is like a new page and as we wake up each day, we are turning a page from the past.
Sometimes you just don't feel it, but it doesn't make it less real. Sometimes you have to stir up your faith, especially when you don't feel it.
The cry of the human heart is freedom. America was founded in freedom. As Christians we are free from the law, but the law was given in order to be free.
Psalm 139 says that His presence is always without and we can't get away from His spirit. He is always with us and we are always in His thoughts throughout the day and night.
The vastness of the Universe is amazing. There are Billions, possibly Trillions of stars out there. They all point to an all powerful God who knows all the stats by name and knows us each one by name.
When you are in the middle of a storm it's good to have a safe place to go. God is our shelter in the midst of the storms in life.
The earth is cursed because of Sin. Thorns grew as a result of Sin. Somehow God used and is now using thorns as part of His redemption story.
The world seems like it has almost come to a stop. The good thing is that we have more time to reflect and enjoy things, including freedom that we take for granted.
Every Morning the sun comes up. We can always count on it. So it is with God's Promises, they are true and we can always count on them.
Complaining does change anything, it only makes things worse. The only thing we can change is our attitude.

Anxiety can causes us to have many problems including health issues. When we give out cares to Him, He promises to give us His peace.
Something will always catch us off guard, when we least expect it. It may be a flat tire or getting caught by a train, etc. Life happens. Instead of why me? Ask what now?

Our vision is limited. We can only see as far as our eyes take us. Faith is the opposite. We walk by faith and not by site.
Change is constant, good or bad. There are cycles in life. We have our ups and downs, but everything is subject to change, maybe not overnight, but eventually.
Jesus is our advocate and mediator. He sits at the right hand of God and makes intercession for us. He is our cheerleader in Heaven, helping us do His Will here on earth.
We all get frustrated with life, especially right now. Frustration is not being about to do what we want. Instead of fighting it, we must let go.
Jesus promised to return. Many people are looking for signs especially with everything going on in the world. Jesus however, said His return would be sudden and a surprise. Ready or not. He is coming!
The Bible doesn't say alot about it. Sometimes when God is silent in our lives, it doesnt mean He isn't there or doesn't care.
The Bible paints the picture of the Last Hours and Last Supper of Jesus and His disciplines. Judas would betray Jesus as it was foretold, but the story didn't have to end that way
The Journey of Jesus continues. After Palm Sunday, He stayed at Bethany with Mary, Martha and Lazarus. He cursed the fig tree and cleaned the temple on Monday. He clashed with the Religious crowd, who would plot to have Him killed later in the week.
Jesus set His face toward Jerusalem and entered humbly on a donkeys to cheers of Hosanna and waving Palm Branches. A few days later they would yell for him to be crucified. Jesus knew His mission. He faced it and He embraced it.
Whatever you face today, God will give you the Grace you need for today and tomorrow He will do the same.
God is not a vending machine. He doesn't always give us what we want, but in His wisdom and time, He gives us what we need.
Today we live in a world full of truth and lies. We must have discernment to know what is really true.
We say we trust God, but sometimes we act like we dont. Ask God for wisdom and then walk in wisdom.
The Bible talks about unseen forces. Jesus even said we would have trouble, but to be of good cheer, He has overcome the world.
Sometimes the world seems like it is out of control and spinning in chaos, but we know who is really holding it all together.
We all go through tests, some big, some small. God allows us to go through tests to teach us and refine our faith like gold.
Like Job, sometimes we question God about what is happening in the world and in our lives. He doesn't always give us the answer, He just wants us to trust Him through it.
Things catch us off guard, because we can't see the future. God sees the beginning from the end. He is the Alpha and the Omega.
Does prayer actually change God's mind? What if we don't get what we ask for. God sees the bigger picture.
What people need above everything is hope, the belief that things will get better. Hope helps you survive in tough times.
Everyone's world has been interrupted and people wonder when life will get back to normal. Welcome to the New Normal, when our faith is tested it becomes more real. We can trust God will see us through.
The whole world is shaking and freaking out right now, due to fears from the Corona Virus. Even the stores are running out toilet paper. We realize that we have no control over the things we are used to. We have to give up and give Him control.
Some people think this day brings bad luck. Look for blessings instead of curses today.
Life is not always smooth and perfect. There are bumps and detours along the way, but we can be confident of who is in control.
This world is sometimes sends us into panic, but we can have true peace even in the midst of it.
