Today I want to share very valuable unique memories. Which can give you understanding of my meaningful life.

I was teacher after marriage that is ''Sarswati Vidyala Latur'' It was girls school and I was just joined in that school. I was first time prgant and still I was taking extra classes for the 10 Th class students. With my result school has received grant to run the school.

In the first year of teachers day there was a cultural program as like ''festival'' of one newspaper ''Manogat'' It was arranged by the journalist and editor of that newspaper Raju Patil. He is a very talent, writer, author, publisher. He had sent so many invitations for all schools of that region. There was 100 of school to participate in it. Now our school also got invitation.

Then we have discussion in the school with all teachers which song have to select. Many teache have been suggested so many songs. I kept quite and suddenly a flash of light came in my mind and I suggested a song ''Jyot Se Jyot Jagate Chalo'' I told to H.M. that we can perform this song very well. It will give unique meaning to our program. Then H. M. became very happy and she declarer this song to perform.

Now song is so meaningful and students are very small. We have chosen purposely students of 5 to 7 Th class. As they are innocent and can perform easily. We have given them actions. That song has to perfom with lamps in hands. Now students were so small that how can we gave them lamps. So many have suggested a lot of ways. I think some has told this idea that to give them earthen dish in their hand with broad candles. So that it couldn't be fall down.

While performing this song student had to perform activity of their hands in 360 angles. Had not fall lamp downside also not to be putoff the lamps. For it we have taken practice of it continuously about more than 3 months. So many times I was taking their practice in my home.

Now the day came to perform that was 5 Sept. 1995. We went to the auditorium hall. That is ''Nagarprishad'' We have selected 12 girls for making 2 groups. And one beautiful girl as ''Bhartmata'' 12 girls have wore red color Sari's and '' Bharatmata '' have wore white Sari.

Before started to song we suggested to put off all lights of auditorium.

CREATED LOTUS OF GIRLS

Now we have sat girls with lamps in their hands in the form of bud of lotus. Hind Mata has been hidden in it. 2 girls have been sat a side as a welcome. When music have been started 2 front girls get separated and other girls getting up slowly as like opening the petals of lotus and from that Hind Mata was getting up.

This scene was so awesome and amazing that no one can forgot it. Audience are throwing flowers on the stage at start but when they have been listening this song everyone became silent. That hall was completely pindrop silence. I think that there were more than 5000 people but no anay sound was there. We feel that we were performing alone because there was no lights except lamps of girls and people have stopped their breathing in. Its amazing scene we can't imagine. The performance was so better that, I think that no one will do this performance in this way in front of this much audience. So many film directors were doing an amazing performance but these are not live.

What she will do? She had taken dead body straight to the '' Smashan bhumi''
So many guests were waiting there to see them. If she would have her own home she never have to suffer for it. After her husband's death they have built their own home.
My father was always telling us that everyone's death must have to take place at their home. Because at that place the soul was without any fear as its his own home. No any worries. So before death my father went to his native place. How he had been realized his death didn't know. Before that he was living with my uncle and suddenly he decided to go there and have a death in a sleep in 15 days. This is the miracle of his life. As he always saying we must have our own home in our life. Without own home our life is meaningless.

This poem was singing in my school when I had been in the 8 Th class. Our class teachers, some interested teachers were teaching us this poem. It was singing with chorus. My mam was standing me in the middle in front of microphone while singing this poem. Our day Monday was fixed for it.

He says only ''SHIV'' is beautiful. He is requesting to the ''SHIVA'' that accept my ''NAMSAKARA'' and show the path of knowledge. Leave me from this darkness and send me in the brightness of knowledge.
Now he says where is the God?
God is in the flowers, in the sky, in the stars, you are in the religion which is running on right way. Your presence is every where and it can be understand me.
He also says you are working in the field with farmers. People who are always sad, unhappy and involved in the sorrows. You are wiping
their tears.
Where there is a service with selfishness and devotion you are always there.
He also told for justice. Where there is a justice there, he is taking sword in his hand. People who are running for the aims of life you became the lamp for their life. Your presence is always in their heart.
At last he says ''Karuna Kara Karuna Tuzi'' You are always filled with forgiveness. If you are always in it then where there is fear to me? As in Marathi there is a proverb that '' Daya , Kshama, Shanti'' Tethe Devachi Vasati''
He says that you are always ahead to me and I am running back with your footprints.

When I was in the school in 8 Th class. I was new student. Feeling very curious by looking all new things. Because I was from village.

There was mike system in all school. School building was of 1 floor. Our class was on first floor. I was feeling very proud of it. In them there was a mike system. It was for getting notice to all class at a time. One most important thing was that, while school was over they were suddenly starting this song at 5 PM. When we were in the class we have to stand suddenly like current came near to us. Teacher was writing on the blackboard she had to stop there. It feels me very interesting.

Sometimes our last period was running for playing and we have to come down to play. Then everyone was engaging in their activity. Some were playing Kho- Kho, some were Kabaddi, some standing to the direction of South, some were standing at North, some students were keeping their hands on the shoulder of friends, so many were sat on the stage. Suddenly song has to start. Everyone has to stop in that position. No one had to move from that position. I was new and it feel me very curious. That scenario looks very beautiful and interesting , funny. I thought if someone may have understand this scenario he could definitely take image of it.

I didn't have learnt that song. So I feel very heavy because all students were singing it and I had to keep quite. I have learnt that song in a few days.

But my life journey is very interesting.
When we were in the college our whole class have been decided to visit Thermal Power Station. We were about 25 students. Of them we were only 2 females.
The place is near to our city that is ''Parali Vaijenath'' It has to go by bus. No need of train and any booking because there were so many buses
at every hour. So we decided to go by bus. Then we came to the bus stand along with 2 professors. Then we enter in the bus. Our class Mets have caught our seat. On that only 3 persons can seat comfortably. With the window seat there was already one lady who sat peaceful.
Now bus was running and some village ladies were coming near to me. And saying ''Move there , give me a seat'' I was telling her no place to sit here. Still she was looking to my body and saying ''move there'' I have explained her everything. She was again telling me in the same way. This conversation has been listened by our class Met. and he came near to us and he suddenly told '' MAVSHI FULL TICKET KADHAL AHE , HALF TICKET NAHI'' means ''Mam she is sitting on full ticket not on half ticket'' The bus was getting thrilled with sound of laughing students.

1] Remove unnecessary ego

2] Say yourself every time ''I am a peaceful soul''

4] Sit calm or in silence for 5 to 10 minute everyday.

5] Think that anger is very dangerous for life. So confirm yourself that I will be never get angry to anyone.

FOR THEANXIETY

1] First know that I am an anxious person. If you will know it . you can work on it better without taking any treatment .

If it will not control with your work then go to the psychiatrics

2] Keep your diet simple. less irrigated that is less hot, avoid to eat garam masala, red chilly powder ,drinking more times tea, coffee etc

3] Do meditation everyday.

4] Work on spiritual healing.

5] Keep the habit to sing a song or listening silent song.

6] Try to be happy every time.

7] Leave worries and thinking about feature. Create the power to tolerate any negative thing. as like failure, unhappiness, sadness etc.

In 1998 we were in the Bombay for the treatment of my Son. Dr. told us to live there for 9 Months. Then it was very hard to get accommodation in that time. So we have option to live in TATA HOSPITAL BORGE HOME.at Bandra. We went there to live. There was rule that to live there you have to live for 1 month and leave that place for 1 month. Go anywhere and come back. So we went to Nana Palkar near TATA HOSPITAL.It is built by RSS that Rashtriya Swayan Sewak Sangh. Then there was also a rule to live that is you have to live for 1 month and go outside for 1 month and come back again. There were also some another strict rules to follow. That is to go to ''SHAKHA'' in the morning for exercise to the gents and for all there was a prayer at the evening at 7 o clock for everyone. It was not compulsory but who had interest he could attained it.

We were attending it everyday. There was some office members who were taking evening prayer. That prayer was Ganesha Stotra and Gita's 12 part. We lived there for 1 month and went back again to Bandra Home. Then there we live for 1 month and again come back to Nana Palkar.

Again there were rules. Now we were very careful to adopt rules. In the meanwhile I learnt all these prayers perfect and went to the office. I want to ask to the community that I want to take this prayer in the evening. There was teen age student for the job they asked me about my education and all that I given complete information. They given us permission to recite the prayer for the patients and attends. Because at that time teen agers thought that prayer was ''zanjat'' to recite it and keep quite for an hour. So while I was asking for the prayer to do they become happy and told .Yes, why not? You can take it everyday.

There is a big hall on the ground floor. There is a big gray color idol of beautiful Ganesha. It was surrounded with water fall. There was a nice garden in the compound wall so patient feel very nice when t came down.

Now I became very happy and started to take prayer. Before taking it I was already learnt it carefully but suddenly I would have to take it so I spoke 2, 3 lines about prayer. Then whole hall was sat calm and cool. Now I was started my prayer and saying it with full of an enthusiasm and devotion. There were about 300 patients and attendances sitting in the hall to recite the prayer.

There was rule that at first I have to recite and behind they will be prompting to it. Now they were understanding my clear pronunciation, my clear voice etc. They also prompting it with full of devotion. I think that my prayer was directly reaching to their hurt so that they become very happy after prayer.

After taking prayer so many attendance and patients surrounded by me and insisting me to take prayer regularly. They were asking me in detail. So many was taking as like interview and saying you must have to take this prayer everyday here. Then again I asked to the office member and he told why not? You can take it regularly.

In this way I was taking regularly prayer and audience were increasing. Hall was completely filling no place to stand. With me my son also learnt Ganesh Stotra and while reciting I ,he also reciting with me. At that time he was only of 2 and 1/4 yrs. People were praising him and saying this son will definitely shine in the future along with you. Both of you definitely shine in the future.

Hi friends, good morning have a pleasant day.

Today we are always rushing to reach the goal. It's very nice to run the life. But while running we are suppressing our emotions as there is no time and no one is there on whom we can keep complete faith to share our problems. Everyone has the greatest fear that if I will share some problem with him, he will take benefit of me. Or it will create another problem. Or maybe I will lose respect from his mind. …..a lot of questions.

Today when I am meeting with so many persons or relatives, I am realizing that people are hiding so many things. They are suppressing their emotions. For ex. Suppose parents are living with their sons and their families. Then there are a lot of issues but to whom we will share is the question? By sharing can anyone will remove their problems? If they will share it can increase. So they are suppressing emotional pain.

First we will see how to create curd in a traditional way?
In my childhood my mother was making curd with very different methods. There were big yards. In the corner of it they are making small pit of 1 to 2 feet. Adding dried cow dung to it. Then creates fire of it and keeping fresh milk in the earthen pot to heat it. To shut it they were using a big iron basket as a lid. Milk can heat throughout the day. Then in the evening that milk creates good cream in the earthen pot. Pure ghee also floating on the milk. Color of milk becomes completely pink color. Spreading delicious smell all over the home. Taste of that milk we never forget throughout the life. Guest from cities were coming to drink that milk.
This milk was using to create curd. Curd also creating in the earthen pot. Adding 50 gm curd to the warm pink color milk and keeping it in the swing like ''Shinkal'' It was remaining very nice. No any germs enter in it. It gives complete calm and cool feeling.
HOW TO CREATE CURD TODAY?
Keep the milk for heating on medium gas. Never heat it on full of gas. Now when it will become warm then add 50 gm of curd to it. Keep it for 1 day. Best type of curd will create.
Benefits Of CURD :
If the kid has been suffered from dysentery then give them upside water of curd. It will give immediate relief.
Curd increases ''SHUKRA DHATU'' gives power to the muscles.
If we will drink curd with honey it will remove cough. It increases apetite, removes weakness, removes acidity, maintain digestion properly. Removes vatta, cough and pitta.
Eating curd with Moong dal is very beneficial. The person who is weak, and having VATA has to eat curd of Indian cow ghee.
Eating curd with old Jaggary is keeping away to you from Vatta. It can increase Veerya, blood volume feels completely satisfied.

Everyone has memories but my memories are very interesting and to be keep it in mind. We know that childhood means treasure of joy. In any situation we are enjoying our life. We didn't understand whom is with us? Why did we are with him? There is no any difference of poor and rich or younger, older etc. We know only to enjoy our life.
I was in the 10 Th class and my sister was in 8th class we decided to go to the parents home at village. We are living in the city for education. At that time there was no any vehicles in my village that is buses, or any van. On that day there was Saturday and on every Saturday and Sunday we went to the native place by walking. The school was over at 12 o clock in the afternoon. We came to the room there was no food to eat. So I made home made noodles filled the tiffin and started to go. We decided to eat tiffin under the tree near the well to drink the water. We stopped there to eat tiffin. We have finished the tiffin and now want to drink water. The river was full of water but not reached at the top. The water was 4 feet deep from the bank of river. The river was not built only it was dig deep and stored the water of rain and itself. It was surrounded only crushed stones. On the step of the river also there was full of crushed stones.
She was younger then me so who will jump to take the water? obviously I . Then I would have to jump on step of well , drink the water , give to the sister and climb upside. I jumped on to the step drank water, given to my sister by filling tiffin. Now I would have to come out so I turn to climb.
While climbing , I am uplifting upside and the crushing rock pushing me downside. Again I was doing same, I was trying continuously and telling to my sister catch my hands, instead catching to me she was laughing, HI ..HI ..HI I am shouting her still she was laughing continuously hi ..hi ..hi . Now I become very furious. No one is there to shout or cry. I saw to the long distance but no use. Now what can I do? If I will see back side there was full of water. I can't swim. If I will slip easily fall in the water.
I decided to be climb any way. I have collected all energy in my body. Caught the crushed rock tightly and climbed upside. But it was very thrilling experience.

Today we are celebrating Father's Day everywhere. So many are writing happy Father's Day. Its happy for those who has their fathers with them. But who didn’t have their father are missing them?
Since so many days I was deciding to write about my father but today I have confirmed to write.
My father was super spiritual man. He has played his life with the lot of activities. He was dramatist, singer, leader and well knowledgeable person at that time. I think in more than 25 villages his name was popular. He was giving so many medicines to the village people. He saved so many people’s life with his knowledge.
MY IMPORTANT MEMORIES WITH HIM.
I was in the 8 th class at Latur and after the Diwali vacation he had decided to create drama on ‘’King Harischandra’’ and other 2 to 3 dramas. At that time ladies have no entry in the drama at village so he created ladies' part with gents. I think he alone produced these dramas with some village people and young generation. But he lived in that village ‘’Sonvati’’ about 4 months to create it.
Still, I am remembering their drama’s stories. With that time, He created moving stage for it. I remember the scene of tragedy where whole village has been cried loudly. That scene was Son of Harishchandra has been left his body and have to burn his body on the stage. And he made all this creation live on the stage. He kept all burning things on the stage and burning have been started a lot of smoke had been produced in the surrounding and ladies are crying loudly with criticizing to the Villan of drama.
In this way he has been produced 3 dramas with his own music. Still, I am remembering his one song with its music.
‘’Chandana chi Choli Maz Ang Ang Jaali’’
And another song ‘’Naukari Gulamgiri Nako Hi Mala Tavedari’’
Now I have so much frustration that if we will be giving him again support how much he will be famous? And what will be he made?
But my father has more responsibilities and no complete support for his any art. So, he has to leave all these activities and turned to the home. In them my uncle has teacher job but he was very wicked man he never took complete responsibility of our family and inverse he was always jealous with my father and torching to my family. He never given complete help not leave us with our responsibility. With his small help we will not stand up and whole family become very panic.
My father has knowledge of classical music. He sings Bhajan’s. His voice was so clear and nice that public become complete silence while singing him.
He had taught Bhajan’s, songs, to the village people. His father has death in his early stage of childhood but how he learnt all these activities with a lot of miserable life and responsibilities didn’t know.?
He works in the farm, doing Bhajan, Kirtan in the village, he gives medicines to the patients, he had taken part in the ‘’Maratha Vada Mukti Sangram’’ He was in the politics. He had invited chief Minister of Hyderabad at my home. A big personality remembering him. He solves problems of village people. With this work he had done marriage of 7, like Shahi marriage. In every marriage 1000 ‘s people had invitation for the Bhojan. He had built a big home in the village. With no any fix income he had done all these activities without anyone’s help.

But in the end of life with his spiritual activities he had been pass away easy way. No any pain, no any disease, he slept as to take regular sleep and, in the sleep, he left his body.

I want to explain here that totally we are giving control of our life to the knowledge system. No one is observing to our body, our eating habits, our manners and working as like software. It creating so many problems means we are leaving one thing it disturbs our mechanism of body. In this age we must have to live tension free but we are engaging with full of tension. He also told that, no need to give him ''Guti'' means we are giving dry fruits liquid to the infants. But ,I didn't have sufficient milk to give to the baby. So my mother told. We must have to give ''GUTI'' to make him healthy.
Now she was giving water to the baby but I was refusing her not to give water. She was telling me every time to give water to the baby but was refusing to give it. In this way my baby was suddenly crying for half an hour after eating GUTI.
Now I went to my husband home and after 1 month my neighbor hood lady run to my home by heard of my sons crying. She saw him and scolded on me ''Give him water ''Dr is telling anything. All things never heard to the Dr. and she drank the water to my baby and he become complete cool and slept silently. From that day his crying has been stopped. He become very healthy boy.
Now tell me the ''GUTI'' which I was giving to my baby without water was becoming automatically poison. Is it right? In this way in so many ways we are creating poison in our life.

Before these days we were going to the hotels, market, doing shopping, getting together, arranging parties, engaging in marriage ceremony. playing games on the ground, going to watch cinema in the talkies or multiplex, going to listen music in the hall, listening speech, etc. Nowadays we are missing all these activities and getting bored with it.
Of them some people are in tremendous pressure because they have a lot of money and no ways to show it to the people. In the universe there are many people they want to show their richness outside. They want to show their gold ornanments, rich clothes, position, money to the surrounding people to feel them low. But , now we are missing everything. There have been reduced more ways to spent money. People are earning a lot of money now tell me what to do with us? This phenomenon also creating a big impact on our lifestyle. Its real fact that it will create mental illness. But, if we will learn how to be happy and light in any situation we will overcome it easily. we must have to learn all these points.
Before lockdown when gents are outside the house wives are free from tension, to do all activities but now all are at home and to keep family silent we have to go in pressure. This creates anxiety, stress, worries because there is no option. In one family also not like everyone to every person and if any person have done any negative activity there is an argument and it creates a big conflicts. Sometimes suppose if front person have not complete understanding it also creates conflicts and disturb family atmosphere.

Detoxification is a process which can remove toxic from the body and mind. We are always trying to detoxify body but not attending the mind. If mind carries a lot of dust it creates problems in the body. So to clear it we must have to learn how to detoxify mind.

It is very hard to say any person to remove bad thoughts for the haters. It is also very hard to create forgiveness or keeping good thought for the haters who are near to us by body are mind. Sometimes in our close relationships also a lot of conflicts creates a toxins for that person. It is very hard to neglect that person or to fight with him or to keep away from us easily.

A lot of times small quarrels or fights clears and detoxify our mind. But every time doing it also creates a lot of problems.

So what to do for it?

Try to keep good thoughts or sending good vibrations to them. Learn to forgive them forgiveness is good for us not for them. Think that we are the king or queen of the world it is our responsibility that to run this system we must have the skill of acceptance or forgiveness otherwise it is very hard to detoxify mind.

At last I want to explain here that detoxification removes bitterness, ego, distance, creates love, appreciation and makes relationship better. Then why should we not try to do it?
