CORRECTION: I'm sorry that I made a mistake when talking about abuse. When I talked about abuse in saying that the message was "I hate you" only, I was wrong. I realize after listening to this abuse could be the same as CEN's message of "I love you" "I don't love you" as many abusive relationships leverage this mixed messaging. I'm going to research abuse more and so far have found out that CEN may be a subset of abuse.

This episode captures the 1st week of my journey to heal my mind with my mind.

In the late 1990s, the Sheriff came to our house and strapped me to a board and

put me in an ambulance.  They took me to a mental hospital and locked me in a room.

I have been "sick" for decades wading through hospitalizations, therapy, meds, etc.

and finally, thanks to YouTube and the internet, I believe I have had a breakthrough.

This week has been incredible because I have discovered the root cause of decades of anger.

Thank you for joining my journey :)
