Welcome back to the Elevate Experience! In this week's episode, we're sitting down with Seth and Nate to talk about helping families understand what their loved one is going through during their addiction treatment.

When a family sends their loved one to rehab to get treatment, they may not realize that their loved one is gradually changing and working on their self day-by-day to get better. The family may only remember what their loved one did to hurt them. They aren’t at treatment to see all of the positive changes that are occurring. In this podcast episode, you’ll find out why it’s important to be patient with your loved one as they are healing and how Elevate keeps families informed on the progress that their loved is making during the program. You’ll also hear Seth and Nate’s personal experience about how everything started to “click” and make sense as they progressed through the program. And if you or a loved one need help with addiction, tune in to find out how you can get the help that is needed to start recovery today.

Welcome back to the show! In part two of this episode, Seth sits down with Gregory Fry, one of the counselors at Elevate, for a discussion about making successful habit changes in your life.

Denial and rationalization are some of the common defense mechanisms used by those struggling with drug addiction. Trying to help someone get the help they need to break free from drug or alcohol addiction can be challenging. More often than not, the person you want to help doesn’t see a problem even when their whole world is falling apart around them. How do you help someone who is in denial? How do you help someone to see that there is a problem and that they need help? It’s a process. Elevate Addiction Services gets to the root of addiction on an individual bases with each client by getting them to examine their true self so they can then make a decision to choose recovery. Here’s an inside peek at how so many lives are turning away from substance abuse and choosing a life of recovery.

The Founder/CEO of Limitless coaching, 8 Year Navy Veteran, and Overall Classic Physique Champion. Saylorsburg, PA.

I was not always “fit” as people see me now. I competed in the Shawn Ray Hawaiian Classic in 2017 taking 1st place and overall, in classic physique. Four months later my thyroid went under-active and that is when my life changed forever. I gained 45 lbs. which felt like overnight, slept for 17 hours a day, lost my ability to sweat, my vision was blurred, my confidence was at an all-time low, and I contemplated committing suicide, while also abusing drugs on a daily basis. We all go through certain things in our life that I believe change our way of thinking and how we look at the future. This was not my case, I continued using drugs for three years, surrounded myself with people who provided no value, and partied my ass off. I now realize why all this happened to me, I was being taught a life lesson that I soon would take and harness the true potential I had.

I created Limitless Coaching because of the things I have experienced through my life and wanted to change the way Online Fitness Coaching is. Limitless Coaching is unlike any other coaching platform around being able to deliver quality results, supplements from 1st Phorm, Hormone Replacement Therapy through Aspire Rejuvenation and Meal preps from ICON meals. We keep the client accountable with our highly trained and educated coaches guaranteeing your success, and best of all we promise you a 100% money-back guarantee if you do not see results within the first month. I will promise to deliver upon that request that when joining Limitless you will not only come out with the physique you thought was never possible but the mindset to conquer anything in front of you.   Don't forget to like, subscribe, share, tell a friend if you found value in the show.
