Mental Health and Well-being:This session looks at Mental Health in the bible. It is designed to challenge some misconceptions and remove the shame and stigma of mental illness. It is by no means a complete approach to a very big subject but we hope it will give you confidence to better understand Mental illness as a Christian and support those around you.
