If you want to change the world, you have to keep the faith. But, what is faith?
Faith is fundamentally confidence and trust. Faith is active now.
We are each a spark of the divine. We plant seeds and grow roots. You change the world through nurturing yourself and others with loving-kindness.
Bells are ringing, stars are singing, and the universe resounds with vibration! Can you hear it? Can you feel it?
Bells are ringing. They sound a clarion call to your soul.
Stars are singing. Even in the dense vacuum of space, stars are singing.
The universe resounds within us.
Have you ever wanted to find your depth? If you want to find out, I have an exercise to share with you.
Before I do, however, one little note: You will, most likely, not complete this exercise the first, second, or tenth, or even hundredth time you attempt it. It is worth the attempt, though.
12 Days to Peace and Clarity
This is not an exercise for the fainthearted. If you are determined and devoted to find the truth of yourself, to fall in love with all of you all over again, then complete this for you. Do the work. Fall in love with you.
What do you do to keep the fires burning? As a creative entrepreneur, it’s vital I keep the fires burning.
Nourishment is necessary. Rest is Essential. Lighten Up.
Keep the fires burning and allow creativity to make your experience more profound, childlike, and magical!
Process quickly. Don’t wait. The moment you focus on something, you have started the countdown on its unraveling and entropy. Move into and through it quickly and with purpose.
Embrace it. Embody it. Employ it.
Integration may take some time but have courage and process quickly.
Where you are on the spectrum of perspective matters. Are you looking through a micro lens or a macro lens?
Up close and personal gives us a micro perspective. We are able to see every line, every point of connection, every particle, every wrinkle to give us the most detailed perspective possible.
The macro perspective allows us to see everything on the plane of dimension we can witness within our limited vision. From a distance, everything looks beautiful.
Strike a more balanced view.
Beyond the edge of your understanding, is wonder and wisdom. Beyond the edge of your vision, is insight. Beyond the edge of your fear, is life, newness, and comfort. Beyond the edge of your limitation, is capacity for growth and freedom.
What keeps you from the edge? Is it playing safe and staying small? Is it unwillingness or fear? Is it lack of belief or lack of knowledge or just lack?
If you resist going to the edge, you will never see the entire view. The edge is never the edge. There is always something more.
Clean and clear is the way to start every day. Consider that yesterday is gone and tomorrow is yet to arrive. The choice you have is today. Start fresh! Start clean and clear.
Say 'YES!' to blue skies. Wake up and say ‘YES!’ with eagerness and anticipation to the adventure of the day. Blue skies await! They are all around you.
Let go of yesterday’s sorrows and regrets. They will only hold you back. Let yourself off the hook for perceived offences or unrealized goals. Today is a new day!
To bring out the best of you requires a lifelong commitment to raw, heartfelt, soul-centered, compassionate honesty with yourself. Be willing.
We start by tumbling. When I was young, my parents enrolled me in Judo classes so I could learn how to tumble and fall without hurting myself.
As children, we take tumbles all the time and this is to teach us that though we may fall, we need to rise and stand up once more. While that may be the fundamental lesson, we also learn that it is imperative to keep going and never give up so we can move forward and thrive. This is all in an effort to bring out the best of you.
In order to shift your direction, re-position yourself to re-position your view. When you do this, you will find entirely new perspectives opening before you.
Be Like the Hanged Man in Tarot
Be willing to sacrifice your opinion, beliefs, and values to entertain a new perspective.
Expand your understanding by being willing to physically, mentally, and emotionally attempt to grasp more fully the experience of someone else.
Light the Way
You are here to light the way. Have you ever considered that by being here, your very presence is a light for others? Don’t be afraid to shine your light!
Step into and become light. Darkness may surround you but will not harm you. Shadows pass quickly. When you become light, everything is crystal clear and all things are revealed. Become light and light the way!
When You Think You’re Alone, You’re Not
Sometimes, it can feel as if we are literally on our own. It feels that no one will be able to relate to or understand us. Yet, we have more in common than not. We have this shared experience we call life. There are more connecting intersections in this one fact than any other, with the exception that we are eternal, energetic beings.
You are never alone. Someone, somewhere, feels your angst, loneliness, and despair.
The rhythm of life can be seen everywhere. We are a tidal, cyclical, ebb and flow race of beings. All of us... the human race is made of stardust and galaxies. The entire universe flows in us and through us. There is no difference in us even though the mix of our genes tries to define us differently.
It's easy to go through our days thinking and feeling that we are not being noticed. Unseen and unheard, we believe we have no impact or influence. Think again. You reflect your wisdom. Your energetic signature goes before you. Even before you enter a room, others will sense that you are near. Your impact and influence is greater than you believe because your presence is felt infinitely.
Lead with love. Focus on the light within you. Allow this light to radiate from and through you. Shifting your perspective will shift the way your day unfolds. When you see through the eyes of love, your day becomes brighter and easier. There is no room for anything else.
When your world is chaotic and overwhelming, that is your cue to find your center.
Centering helps us balance. It is never far away. When we find our center, we are balanced. Whether it be our center of gravity or our peaceful center of resolve and loving kindness, when we are willing to look for and focus on our center point, we become balanced.
What does it mean to you to live a meaning-full life? I ask because there are many ways to consider this.
Living a meaning-full life is about many things. Vulnerability: When you live a meaning-full life, you embrace your vulnerability and express it freely. You realize that within your vulnerability lies your greatest strength — delivering a clarion call to others to recognize their own humanity and lean into their own vulnerability to heal.
Robustly positive is a way of life. It’s not about being happy all the time or ignoring the negative in your life. Far from it.
It’s all about choosing to see the gift in every moment. Every moment is filled with a whole spectrum of potential. You can find whatever you look for within it. There is room for negativity, bitterness, and sorrow, and there is room for positivity, resilience, and joy.
This spiral life we live gives us endless opportunity to recognize, acknowledge, and have a conversation with the Source of all we are. We are called to be at Source. We are asked to allow our light to shine, our goodness to expand, our Source to be expressed.
Explore the multidimensional being you are. With our layers and facets, we have so much to discover.
As we reveal, we have an opportunity to heal. Shedding light on a way to manage things when they are revealed to you by you.
