Season 9 Episode 10 Finale is with the legendary Gus Clark. We catch up with him from his home in Texas. We start the conversation talking about "Some Of My Songs" released by Gus in 2022. The album was actually all done before the pandemic and then couldn't release the record or do anything with it and not knowing how long the pandemic would last and finally decided that he was going to put it out to the world. So it was released before Gus went out on his Spring Tour in 2022. Gus is always wanting to engage with new people and grow his audience through touring , producing new albums and and adapting his sound so that it not only showcases the best of his talent but also all the musical influences that have shaped him as an artist. We catch up with CURRAN and talk about how the band got together with Drake White and opened up for him on his recent tour. Mark got his people to talk to Drakes people and the band got lucky. They previously toured across Europe in 2018. Then we talk about Long Road Festival and the shenanigans that Mark got up to the night before backstage and how he was paying for his sins on the Saturday morning playing with Jam Moncur. CURRAN put out an EP in 2019 called "Lonely Road of Faith" and this was the title track and the tour finished in 2019 and started doing promo with a years worth of touring booked for 2020 and then the pandemic hit in Italy. It will be rereleased with 5 new tracks as a full album after Mark took the decision to pull it from all streaming services. All the previous songs have been remixed and remastered so in essence it is a brand new record. In the podcast Mark plays an acoustic version of "Better Days" to hear this join in with the conversation with CloudwatcherUno and CURRAN.

One of the most phenomenal tracks is 'Floor Licker' which deserves to be a in a car chase in a movie. Truly if they ever do Baby Driver 2 then this is the soundtrack for this movie. 'Cowgirl Bob' is about a lawyer from Texas that Bobby met online and how fantasy fell apart when it met reality. In February 2021 Bobby released ‘Hopeless Romantic‘ light years away from Thunderchild as Bobby’s experiences of travelling and touring across the country and playing in front of live audiences enriched her life experiences and her music focuses on unrequited love, being on the road, haunted hotels and hard-rocking pallbearers. Returning to his roots Jason wanted to record new songs for a solo album but as it progressed with fellow musicians and players on the tracks New Ellum was formed. A brilliant twist to promote the music New Ellum have produced unique videos for 'Devil's Band' featuring stop motion Lego animation and the comic book animation of 'Wedding Ring'.
