What do we do after we exit?
Tomer categorizes it in 3 different stages.
Stage 1: Junk - Start to remove bad habits.
Once you start getting good results on your sales, what tends to happen is you get to the next stage.
Stage 2: Empty - It means you don’t do anything else except your work. All you do is just work.
Stage 3: Healthy - Getting new hobbies, reading more books, spending time with family.

I like working in increments and sprints and then kind of relax and take some time off. I think that's really important.

We are starting a new season! In this episode I'm going solo to discuss about something we should do to effectively grow our business.
For every task we do, we want to ask the question if it is an efficient use of our time. I’ve found that using this “Task Test” makes it easy to figure out if we should be doing this task.
Eliminate
Is this task actually useful? Does it make a drastic change in your business when it is done? Will nothing happen if it never gets done again? If so, ELIMINATE THE TASK! Just stop doing it.
Automate
Was the task not eliminated in the last round? Good. It’s time to AUTOMATE IT! Find some software that will do it for you. They are faster, cheaper, and more reliable.
Delegate
If this task was not eliminated or automated, find someone who can do this task for you. Someone somewhere can do it just as well or better than you. Delegate it to that person.
Elevate

If a business uses at least 60% of the loan on payroll expenses and maintains its employment levels during the covered period of the loan, it can apply to have the loan forgiven. Otherwise, the loans carry a 1% interest rate and a maturity of five years.
Forgiven PPP loans are not considered income for federal tax purposes.
No, the loans will be 100% guaranteed by the U.S. Small Business Administration and will require neither collateral nor personal guarantees.
The program will end on March 31, 2021, or earlier if the money runs out like it initially did during the program’s first round. So businesses should apply as soon as possible.
