Any data that is stored in one of the large text fields that are unique to one item type, like replication procedures, will be concatenated into the Notes field when copied or moved to an item type without the field.

Copying will create a different item type while creating a link back to the original item in the related items tab, and moving items will delete the original item from the database and create a new item.
