Hola chicos!

This week I got excited about the benefits of relaxation, meditation, or breathing exercises when we are studying or learning a new skill (for example, learning another language). So, I wrote a post here you should check out.

The conclusion was that we need to implement techniques that help us to relax and rest our body and mind so we can then learn better. Studies proved that whatever we learn from a relaxed, grounded perspective will last longer in our minds.

So go ahead, find that thing that makes you feel grounded, rested, relaxed before opening those books.

In case you need inspiration, I created this little practice called Breathing Slowly for you to try, modify and let me know how was it!
