Over the years we had some incredible conversations with some amazing church planters and missional leaders. After a brief hiatus we are back in big way! We have partnered with the Kairos Network to bring you new and improved episodes, throw backs to classic episodes and a mobile app to designed to help you train and be trained in church planting.

Church planting is not just about best practices and tips and tricks. Church planting is about partnering with the Holy Spirit as Jesus builds his church. What are the spiritual dynamics that help people grow as planters and followers of Christ. Join us as we dive into the dynamics of prayer, fasting, and dependency on God in the process of church planting.
Human trafficking can affect as many as 40.3 million people globally. The problem is that most often those who are trafficked are hidden in plain sight. Victims are often hidden behind our assumptions. In other words, human trafficking is the exploitation of vulnerabilities for commercial gain. Exploiters are looking for those who are marginalized and stigmatized. They are looking for the people who won't be noticed by society at large.
For this reason, human trafficking can happen anywhere because there are vulnerable people everywhere. But what would happen if the local church began to take notice of those who are most at risk of exploitation in their communities. Having served in Christian ministry since 2001, Raleigh Sadler believes that the local church is God's answer to those most vulnerable. Currently, he is the founder and executive director of Let My People Go. His passion is to see the local church fight global injustices, like human trafficking, by loving those whom traffickers most often target.

Steve Pike once again shares some amazing insights from his 30 plus years of church planting and network leading experience. Today Steve talks about how the predominate model that was used to plant the 20th century church won't work to plant the 21st century church. While we still need 20th century style church planting models there are some major mental shifts we need to make in order to plant in the 21st Century well. This was originally our 3rd episode! It was fun to hear from Hugh Halter and learn from him what Missional Community is all about. Hugh started a painting company, then a Youth For Christ ministry in metro Portland, then a church, and eventually a national leadership training network called Missio. Missio’s growth propelled them to Denver where Hugh pioneered another church, an online training platform for missionary leaders called MCAP, a publishing company, and a successful series of eight books. Cheryl also began a hockey program for children with disabilities.
