In part 2 of our discussion with Hyacinth Burton, PhD walks our family through a DiSC assessment. So what does the DiSC measure? The DiSC assessment consists of a questionnaire that individuals complete to determine their dominant DiSC style. The assessment measures how a person tends to behave in various situations, their communication preferences, work style, motivations, and potential areas for growth.
