After major health issues culminating in life-threatening surgery almost eight years ago, Ramona educated herself to find the answers to her health problems and how to be healthy.
This led her to become qualified as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, and Ramona now enjoys better health than most people who have not had the surgery she has undergone. After finishing her initial studies, Ramona has continued to complete advanced qualifications in the specialties of Gut Health and Hormone Health.
Her personal journey led her to have a particular interest in Gut Health, which is why she has made a point of learning all she can in this field, leading her to be known as the “Gut Queen”.
Ramona now makes it her mission to share good health with as many people as are willing to make themselves a priority. She helps people attain optimal health by looking holistically at Mind, Body, and Spirit, using real food as medicine.

Danielle, aka 'Dani', 'Bub', 'Old Mate', or 'Mengel', has been a good friend for 15 years.
We met while working at one of Melbourne educational institutions, and soon found we shared a love for champers and a great belly laugh. Which usually got us into a little trouble.
Dani doesn't run a business, or is the CEO of some major company changing the world. Though she should be. Dani is one of the funniest individuals I know. She is savvy, passionate about what she loves, detests injustice, and you definitely want her on your team when the Zombie Apocalypse rises.
Dani lives in the 'burbs' of Melbourne and is currently in lock down with lively six year twins (who happen to be my God children - and are gorgeous!), and her soccer loving partner Kingsley.
Dani and I just chat about life in lock down.
It was scary when I finally had the courage to stand on the scales.
When the number came up at 170 kilos I sobbed. It may sound hard to believe but I'd been in denial for so long I honestly did not think I could weigh that much.
That is what started my healthy journey.
Today's episode I share with you part of my very personal WHY and how I began turning my very unhealthy life into a healthy lifestyle that works for me.
If you have any questions you can always find me over on IG. I'd love to hear about your healthy WHY.

Dionne is an energy practitioner whose primary modalities are Neuroenergetic Kinesiology and Reiki. Being certified in Reiki at age 10, Dionne has over 20 years’ experience working with energy and her greatest passion is to hold space and offer guidance and support to those on their self-healing and soul journey.
Not a stranger to the journey herself, over many years Dionne has sought these modalities herself for help during stressful times and to process childhood and early adulthood traumas, which is what lead her to Kinesiology.
Now having trained in both modalities complimented by her natural intuition, Dionne works with her clients to offer insight and bring clarity where there is confusion, stress, and emotional struggles by balancing and aligning energy.
The primary energy systems Dionne works with are the Chakras and the Meridians which have been used for thousands of years in traditional Indian and Chinese practices. Dionne is always learning and working to deepen her knowledge to continue to offer the best support she can to her clients and those in need.
She has the best laugh, a heart of gold, and is always available for a fabulous chat. Wendy Jeanette.
We chat how she is turning her love for healing and crystals into more than a passion while creating a fabulous healthy life for her and the family. Wendy also chats about Cross Fit and the confidence it has given her to use a regular gym.

Over the last ten or so years mindfulness has become etched in our vernacular as much as ‘Kleenex’ representing all tissue brands.
Do you find yourself wondering if mindfulness is meditation and if meditation is mindfulness?
This week I share my interpretation of mindfulness and meditation. Plus how mindfulness can become an important tool as you create your healthy lifestyle.
Sass Cornish Smith started Sass Socials in 2020, with the vision of supporting small Australian businesses through strategic social media. Starting a business during the COVID-19 pandemic may seem a little risky but Sass’s business is blossoming, and she works with some amazing entrepreneurs. The pandemic pushed her to think differently about content creation and working even more closely with her clients to ensure her strategy aligned with their business priorities.
Sass loves working with people and uses her creative thinking, design skills and all-the-words to capture audiences through social media platforms.
For Sass it’s all about relationship. Listening to her clients, sharing ideas, communicating with audiences and networking with other businesses to build an authentic community. Team work makes the dream work, a tad cheesy, but it’s true.
