They were the TV producer duo behind the Banana Splits, HR Puffnstuff, Lidsville, The Far Out Space Nuts, The Bugaloos, Wonderbug, Land of the Lost and so many others.  This weekend in Northern California the very first Krofft Kon will take place with merchandise, exhibits and many of the stars from these iconic kids' shows.

Upon the death of Gilbert Gottfried, Jon Grayson went to his archives.  Before joining KMBZ, Jon was the host of Overnight America, and had an opportunity to visit with comedian Gilbert Gottfried. It was 2011 and the comedian had just finished his autobiography "Rubber Balls and Liquor". 
Laugh along as Gilbert tells tales of getting stuck in the bathroom backstage at The Tonight Show, being told he was too one-dimensional to voice a cartoon parrot, and getting fired from SNL for something another cast member said.
