Today we are talking about how you can shift out of the hustle and find your pace in biz and in life. After all we are not robots right? We want to do what feels good and do it at the pace that feels good too!
What do you do when you keep getting met with challenges? How do you keep going in life and in biz?

I was really excited to share some great news with you in the New Year, but unfortunatly things took a turn when I found out I had a missed miscarriage right before Christmas.

Happy New Year! This time of year can be super excited or filled with so much pressure depending on how you look at it.
Today I'm talking about how to keep things fun and light so you can create the shifts you want in 2019!
