This podcast is about my experiences in the mental health system growing up in an abusive convert narcissistic family being poor and how to navigate in a very fucked up environment/ situation.
I will be talking about my experiences in abusive relationships with my family/ relatives and outside people; men.
I will be talking about how covid19 has impacted us and the way we are living right now, also how I, myself is handling this crisis with me being on a monthly fixed income and the fact that where I live will make it harder for me to generate another stream of income because of covid19 and because where I am living at this time is a very small town and I don't have my own transportation as of yet to get to the life and career I actually want.
I will be talking about overthinking and the worries I have and things and situations that gives me anxiety, as we all have negative thoughts and feelings that get triggered by different things.
Going through my thoughts and feelings on what is happening in my life and feeling frustrated and sad.
I will be talking about people who are by no fault of their own are social rejects. Rejected by their families, relatives and so called friends to only have nature, animals and children to turn to for sallis and understanding, and protection. Venting your emotions but no one seems to care at all, faking happiness is the new trend that people like you and me can't go for.
