Hey everyone! The title in this podcast is not clickbait. I have recently, within the last month, been going through a lot personally and that fact has caused me to go through multiple emotional states of mind every so often. Most of those feelings were negative for such a long time, until last week, something came to my mind that changed all of that. I'm now doing good, so please don't worry, and in today's podcast I share my thoughts on all of this.

Luna stress is something we all have to deal with at some points in our lives. Your father is going through that right now, but don't worry...He is going to be alright! But I do want to talk to you about stress and how your father tries his hardest to minimize his stress as he gets older. I love you so much and you have been so amazing during these stressful times for your father and mother. It means so much for us!

Luna you are the best daughter a father could ever have....I want you to always remember that. Let's talk about goals!

First you will have to excuse the first two minutes of this podcast. I forgot to adjust the sensitivity of my mic, so it might be a little louder than normal but its not too loud, just not the level I usually record at. Secondly I want to apologize about how late this message is coming out, but I do address that in this podcast as well. Today I talk about the weird reality that exist for me and many other first generation Americans, in which I am 100% genetically Latino, but at the same time I just don't act anything like someone that was born in a Latin Country.

Now that states are choosing to open up again to the way it was prior to the pandemic, there is a new epidemic sweeping the nation at the moment and that is workers aren't wanting to work at the moment. Many experts, politicians, and states have come out and said that the reason for why this is the case is because many unemployed are collecting on the additional $300/week that the federal government passed to keep the unemployed from struggling. Since they are making between $500-$600 on average per week from unemployment, many people say that's the reason why workers aren't going out to get work. Do you think I agree with that assessment?

Oh yea, it's probably because I stopped caring about the "success" of large organizations because you definitely don't get a valuation of two trillion dollars without causing some harm to society. But the worse part is that there are three other companies that are not too far away from also being worth two trillion.....

This subject always has me conflicted because I personally love shooting firearms, but at the same time we need to start talking about the events that have occured in recent times. Honestly we all can imagine that one thing we think will end humanity, and I have thought about it as well. The thing that I think will end humanity though is kind off boring compared to everyone else's idea. What I believe will be the ultimate destroyer of our species is the end of community....I told you it was boring compared to your idea, but hear me out because I think I am onto something here.

I am actually leaning more center on our current President, and no its not because I support most of the things he does. It's more that I am starting to feel bad for the guy. I got that realization after watching tonight's town hall in Miami hosted by CNBC with the President. Other than watching that, I am exhausted from starting day one of the next three months helping individuals with their Medicare needs during the busiest time of the year for that.

I have been training for months for this day, and that day is tomorrow October 15th. On that day, Annual Enrollment Period begins for everyone that has Medicare. There is a limited window where individuals are able to make changes to their plans and its going to be super busy for me. So if I look like I am drained everyday moving forward, its because of this lol.

A majority of political institutions, corporations, and new organizations are forcing biases to people that are willing to accept their message. They are trying to divide us because dividing us would force us to subscribe to 100% of their ideas. When we agree with their message, we force ourselves into easy categories that allow them to control our beliefs about everything we do and believe in. Screw that! I think a majority of you are starting to understand the corruption and how your voice isn't being heard. We need to eradicate the two party system, because we all have unique views on everything that affects our lives. So as I get older, I have become more health conscience about my life. I noticed a while ago that my eyes got dry sometimes, so I did a little research on what might cause that, and I learned that of course aging is part of that but also blue light causes that. So I have been a tech fanatic for quite sometime. One of the areas I have enjoyed seeing the growth of technology has been cellphones. Not going to lie but I typically buy one to two cellphones each year because I love checking out the latest tech in the mobile space, which has led me to crossover to Android from iPhones when the Nexus One came out ten years ago. Today, I received the most powerful Android phone to be announced in the last month and I have to say it might be the first cellphone I have ever returned. Not going to lie. I used to listen to Fox News and CNN during different points of my life, but I started to notice that they were essentially the same news organization as the other except they would report the opposite of each other's stories. When it came to political or any kind of news, I hated having to hear political biases play into the news. All I wanted to hear was the facts without having to hear people's opinions on events all the time. I started to lose hope until about a month ago I stumbled onto The Hill and specifically a segment they have called Rising. Look if you are consistently struggling with things in your life, or you know someone that is struggling the best piece of advise I can give someone in that position is to actually look to getting a great psychiatrist/therapist. I have talked to so many people that I consider leaders, relationship experts, and some of the happiest people I know and when I ask them what has helped them become the person they are, most of them tell me they wouldn't be there if it wasn't for therapy.
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
I have talked about it many times, but I definitely value time over money. My goal in life is to balance working as minimal as I can while making as much as possible so I can afford to do what I want to do, and offer to my family all their needs. Having that mindset during a pandemic would probably be something that a ton of people would think is impossible but in this podcast I talk about some ideas and focus on the new profession I am doing now that allows me to be anywhere in the world and make money without needing a college degree or years of education.
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
So I probably should have started with this earlier in the week because it is something that most people need to think about before they start trying to address what makes them unhappy, and that is what actually makes them happy! So I have met so many people in my life, and when I find out that they are not happy about where they are in live, I always ask them what it is that makes them happy and they never can think what that is. So we are going to talk about ways to think about what can make you happy.
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
Yesterday we talked about why changing your mindset about failing is probably the single most important skill set you can learn to try to get yourself to a position where you can be happier, but if you wanted to accelerate that process, then you will definitely want to become a good problem solver as well. So this podcast talks about why problem solving is important and steps to become a better problem solver!
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
Ok so before we can talk about how to get ourselves out of the situations that lead us away from our ultimate pursuit of happiness, we first need to address the stigma against failing. So in this podcast we are going to talk about why it is essential and something to be proud of when you make a mistake that doesn't affect anyone but yourself.
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
Look this week is all about helping those that need the help. The title isn't misleading, and I think everyone deserves to be happy in life and to have whatever it is they want, as long as it doesn't require taking something from someone else. I have seen so many people struggle in life when I know they have the ability to be where they want, and so this week is dedicated to all of them.

So to end my week talking about everything I know about our current viewpoints, sightings, and confirmed reportings of unidentified flying objects, I wanted to share with everyone my final thoughts and how I got into learning about aliens!
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
Ok so you might find this funny, especially because of the context of the entire week talking about alien life and whether it exist, but I don't believe what the military is observing is life from outside our planet. In this podcast we talk about what I think our military, and in general what people are seeing in the sky.
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
So three years ago I heard about this secret government program called AATIP (Advanced Aerospace Threat Identification Program) reported by the New York Times. It got me excited again about the subject of UFOs because it was a modern, legitimate program investigating reportings, at the time, of unidentified flying objects seen by the military. Super excited to talk about this! https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pentagon_UFO_videos

So if you are like me and you are interested in the idea of extraterrestrial life, then you have probably heard and researched so many stories of people seeing evidence of it. There have been multiple government programs that have investigated hundreds of claims made by people over the years, and out of all of them there are two that I truly can't get out of my head when we talk about this. The crazy thing is that the craft that they both saw was almost identical in description, and the even crazier thing is that they both saw this object in different times in history (Lonnie Zamora in 1964 and Commander David Fravor in 2004) . Below are links to articles describing their sightings.....

Ok so the title is kinda misleading, but honestly not really. In this podcast I am talking about the theory of Panspermia and how some scientist from different fields believe life may have came to our planet. Yea that's right....life came from somewhere else, landed on our young planet, and spread the seeds of life everywhere. When I am not thinking that we are all living in a simulated universe (topic for another week podcast), then I definitely believe that life originated from this idea. So let's talk about life and where it may have come from............

So before we get into all the juicy stuff, we might as well talk about why a lot of scientist are so perplexed by our lack of observations of intelligent life existing outside of our solar system. A famous scientist calculated that by now we should see tons of signs of other planets having traces of life. Because we clearly don't see any signs of intelligent life, it has become a paradox to a lot of astronomers who study the possibilities of life outside our own world. So let's talk about the Fermi Paradox!

I haven't been able to shake this subject out of my head in recent months, and I finally have to talk about it. Let's talk about the possibilities of life outside of our planet, and how we might have already detected it. So strap in everyone, because this week we are going to talk about one of my favorite subjects to talk about. Because one way or the other, the US government is going to release some information soon that might bring light to the question, "Are we alone in this Universe?"

I have been super excited to have a close friend to our family, Julie Clark, get on my podcast because she represents something that I thought would have been near impossible to achieve not too long ago, and has created a super successful streaming career not about gaming but instead around music. In less than a year, she has grown from not having a stream to becoming a Twitch Partner, which is one of the hardest achievements to get streaming. In this podcast you will hear how she got into music, learned about streaming, and how she was able to successfully mold the two together on a platform that has had a stigma for a long time as being "Only For Gamers." It was great to hear that Twitch is learning to expand in the services that they offer and are looking to invest into spaces outside of gaming. Go check out and support her stream at https://www.twitch.tv/julieclarkmusic/about and you will also find her social media accounts in that link as well!

Finally at the end of the week we are going to talk about the different ways you can make money while you are streaming, and there is a ton of different ways you can start generating revenue as a streamer. We are going to talk about donations, subscriptions, tips, bits, and merchandise. Each one will be something to learn if you plan on profiting from your stream. So let's get into it!

So everything has been super positive about getting your stream up, but honestly there is something you need to hear before you start investing into your stream. Can this impact your start? Probably not, but it most definitely will impact your growth if you don't take it into consideration. In this podcast I talk about that thing, and how to make sure it doesn't happen to you because it happened to me. I don't want this to happen to you because if I knew about this, I might have had a career in streaming but I made a mistake that I will forever learn from.

Super excited about this week's podcast subject because I have had success doing this this, and I have also helped a good amount of friends be successful in this space as well. That thing is streaming! So I got into streaming when I realized that I have always been a good gamer, and I figured I had a good enough personality to start streaming and making money off it, but I struggled getting off the ground for the first six months. So I went out of my way to learn more about this space and after I did, I gained sixteen times the amount of followers I had in just one month after that six month rut. So I am excited to share how even if you aren't a gamer, you can still make money from home as long as you are great at something and willing to get in front of a camera. I know that because this week's guest made her success from streaming playing music online. So tag along this week for a informational ride!

Honestly if it weren't for this guest, I don't think I would have gotten into doing my podcast because he gave me so much guidance on equipment and software. I fortunately met him through working at the same cannabis company, and learned that not only did he know a lot about cannabis but he also knew a ton about marketing since he handled all the marketing for Fireball Cannabis Gummies. So I felt that it was right to have him on to talk about his history with cannabis and some of his insight on everything I talked about this week. If you want to follow him, you can find him on Instagram at @cannabiscurt Thank you again Curt and I look forward to next week's subject!

Ok so this is nitpicking when compared to my podcast about why you shouldn't work in the Las Vegas industry, but there are reasons you should be aware of which might adjust your thoughts about working in the cannabis space. Also I am excited to announce that my guest tomorrow is someone I met working in this space, since we worked together. If it wasn't for his insight in helping me figure out podcasting equipment, then I would never be doing a podcast, so it will be exciting to have him on.

There always has to be a catch when it comes to good news it seems like these days, and no other industry has to deal with like those chasing the dream of legal cannabis in their state. What most people don't understand is that Corporate America has found it's little hands in even this industry, and has made it harder for people to be part of dispensing cannabis. So let's talk about it!
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
In this podcast I summarize thousands of hours of research and knowledge down to 25 minutes talking about the known science about cannabis. This isn't the tell all be all, since this industry is constantly evolving when pertaining to known facts. But if you listen to this podcast as a newbie, you should be able to get enough information from it that you can make an educated purchase if you ever buy a cannabis product. To all the veterans, look it's 25 minutes so don't beat me up too much hahaha

When I started to use cannabis, I never understood why the drug was illegal. I always asked myself, "How could alcohol or opioid medication be legal, yet a naturally growing plant with historical uses for medical purposes be illegal to use?" Well in this podcast, I try to bring some clarity about the sad but recently hopeful history about cannabis.

So this week's podcast is going to be about cannabis, and all topics that I think anyone listening would want to hear about. Today's podcast talks about my history with cannabis, and how my viewpoint of the drug has changed over the years. Naturally I felt it was right to talk about this subject since I left the hospitality scene to come work for the cannabis space, and I learned a lot once I started working for one of the largest cannabis companies in America.

I really wanted to have a guest on for this podcast today, but this industry is full of secrets and ways people manage themselves and their business. I think all my potential guest, 32 of them to be exact, were afraid that I was going to pressure them to share their personal stories or how they made their fortune out here in Vegas, and I want you all to know that wasn't the case. So to spice up this week's guest podcast, I went ahead and shared my biggest secret, that I know 95% of people that work with clients in Vegas wish they knew, and it made my life easy while making great money requiring no time from me whatsoever. So buckle up for my favorite podcast to date!

Normally I would recommend Las Vegas as a great place to come if you were looking for something new or looking to generate a good amount of wealth working in the entertainment/hospitality industry out here, UNLESS you are the type of person that has a problem with self control. I never thought I would ever have an issue with that when I moved here, but just like the hundreds of people I know that live here, you really don't realize just how easy it is to lose control until you live here. So let's talk about lacking self control and how it even affected me....
Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/tonguesoutpodcast/support
I bet a lot of people think living in Las Vegas is expensive, but one of the great things about living here is that the cost of living to potential income is actually one of the best ratios out there. It is one of the reasons why thousands of people are moving from California to Vegas, because it is three times cheaper to live here compared to there for the same income levels unless you are a software engineer. So this podcast I go over all the expected cost from eating to housing to owning a vehicle.

Look, everyone knows that Las Vegas is not cheap, but it is no different than any other large, entertainment focused city like Los Angeles, New York, and Miami. But these tips I share in this podcast today, won't just save you a ton of money but also make your life a TON more easy when it comes to vacationing not only here, but any of the other cities I listed above. Disclaimer: This is a generalized perspective on the income potential for someone that focuses on the multifaceted ways of making money from the tourism to Las Vegas, but yeah it can mean a lot of money if you know all the ways you can make money. Also know that Las Vegas is suffering from a lack of tourism compared to previous years due to this pandemic, so this is only relevant when tourism isn't affected. So today's podcast talks about the different ways someone can make money from tourism here in Las Vegas. Enjoy!

So let's get this out of the way now before we get to all the good stuff about Las Vegas. This is important because it's about this current pandemic and how it has completely devastated this city. We are a city that relies heavily on tourism and when we don't generate much traffic here, that impacts a ton of businesses and employees. So this podcast talks about that and some of the good that came out of it.

Thirteen years ago, I was at the lowest point in my life. Being in that dark area, I felt like there was no hope for an introvert like myself and I was the loneliest I have ever been. Since, at the time, I thought my success as a young adult stemmed from being attractive to women, I learned everything about women. That was the first mistake of many that I made to figure out what it means to be attractive. Ultimately what got me out of feeling lost was learning to enjoy who I was, and learning to be open about who I am and what I like with the people I met. So in this podcast, I give advice on how to meet the people you want to meet. Tomorrow we will talk about how to improve your conversational skills....

There was a point in my life where my first ever girlfriend left me, I lost a great job, and I was stressed about my financial situation since I couldn't pay my debt obligations. I felt I was at the lowest point in my life, and for some reason I thought that women would be the thing that helped with my self confidence. This week's podcast is going to be about my adventures with attraction, how that eventually led me to become a dating coach, and how I learned that women weren't the answer I was looking for. The answer was always inside me, I just had to find it.

Not really, because there are a good amount of animals that can do at least one of those things....So is it because we have consciousness and they do not? Unfortunately we cannot verify whether certain animals have consciousness but if you have been around or researched enough animals, you can definitely see something that resembles consciousness. So I have this theory about the current divide that exist in our country, and I think that is influenced by our history of being told to never talk about our beliefs (religion, politics, abortion, etc) with other people that clearly would never agree with us. This forced us to slowly find people that agreed with our viewpoints and to follow popular influencers that helped justify our beliefs. I said "No" to that a long time ago and have always been comfortable sharing my ideas on any point and debating with people to see if either one of us could change each other's perspective(s). I want to motivate my listeners to think about something they always wanted to achieve and to actually go for it! Failing at your pursuit of a goal is not only great but is needed because it means that you learned something from failing, which means you have grown as an individual. So what are your milestones? Send me an email if you want to share with me your goals and/or if you need some help tackling them at jason@tonguesoutpodcast.com Catch you all tomorrow! ;)

The recorded length of this podcast is how long George Floyd had to suffer before he passed away on May 25, 2020. I hope we continue talking about these issues as a society, don't lose sight of all those that have had to suffer, change the system of accountability for elected officials, an end to police brutality, and finally have equality of all humans.
