My name Is Valanda German and I currently attend The Chicago School of Professional Psychology getting my master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy in order to become a therapist. I've always been passionate about mental health and self-development and my goal is to bring those teachings to as many people as possible. I've been on my own journey of self-discovery and had success as well as some mishaps and epiphanies but the information I have gained is definitely something I feel can use to benefit the world. In my spare time, I talk about some of the information or thoughts I've had on my blog at https://wiseoldsage.com/ . Its primary focus is mental health and self-improvement in various ways.
