In session after session with my clients the last few weeks, the subject of dreams kept coming up. Something about the pandemic and quarantine is causing people to believe they are dreaming more frequently, remembering them more readily, and having dreams that are more vivid. That got me curious... why do we dream? Do all dreams have meaning? And what's causing dreams to be so noteworthy during the current crisis?
Joining me to answer this and more is Dr. Laurel Clark. She is a teacher, certified dreamologist, interfaith minister, counselor, and author. She is a past president of the International Association for the Study of Dreams, a graduate of the College of Metaphysics and the Institute for Dream Studies, and owner of Whole Life Resources. Laurel teaches people how to discover or uncover their purpose in life through meditation, understanding their dreams, and mindfulness practices of concentration and listening.
Dr. Clark is the author of Intuitive Dreaming and contributor to The Encyclopedia of Sleep and Dreams, Dreams That Change Our Lives, Interpreting Dreams for Self Discovery, Lucid Dreaming, Weaving Dreams in the Classroom, and Chicken Soup for the Soul: Dreams and the Unexplainable.
During the interview, we also touch on precognitive dreams and deja vu, how to remember your dreams, symbolism and more!

Some topics in integrative medicine can be hard to get your arms around if you're a science-minded person. One of these, in my opinion, was energy medicine. I had experienced it, even practiced it... But how the heck could I explain it without sounding totally nuts?
Dr. David Trybus joins me to discuss how he blends Eastern and Western modalities along with emotional clearing and energy medicine into his own truly unique approach. He shares how his personal health crisis led him to become a doctor, and how patients who were previously given no hope are now living a "happy, healthy, and energized life" as part of Trybus's tribe. And he breaks energy medicine down for us with a science-minded explanation that even the most skeptical mind can begin to grasp.

There's a lot of controversy surrounding 5G. But what's science versus spin? How much do we really know about this and other technology we've got in our hands practically every minute of every day? How concerned should we be, and what can we do about it?
For credible information on this controversial topic, we turned to Dr. Michael Twyman, a board certified cardiologist who utilizes the best of conventional medicine, integrative/functional medicine, quantum medicine, and biohacking to get to the root causes of disease. He discusses what it is, how it might be affecting us and why, and how to protect your health.
