Voice By Matt - Lewi Gault: Real Knows Real

The Voice by Matt podcast is back, and we are starting with the exact kind of conversation I want this show to become: real, unscripted, honest, human, and full of truth.

In this episode, I sit down with Lewi Gault for a deep conversation about AI, authenticity, human connection, fatherhood, leadership, coaching, discernment, and what it really means to use your voice in a world that is getting louder, faker, and more automated.

Lewi and I talk about why AI can be a powerful tool, but why it can never replace lived experience, real storytelling, human emotion, personal responsibility, or the connection that happens when two people are actually present with each other. We unpack the danger of letting technology speak for us, think for us, create for us, and slowly pull us away from our own voice.

This conversation also goes into the difference between people who have actually done the work and people who are simply performing success online. We talk about “real knows real,” why discernment matters more than ever, and how craft, discipline, mistakes, fatherhood, martial arts, music, business, and self-reflection shape a person into someone who can actually lead.

Key takeaways from this episode:

AI should give us more time to be human, not less.
Use the tools, but do not let the tools replace your presence, your relationships, your voice, or your ability to think.

Your real voice comes from lived experience.
The stories you have lived, the mistakes you have made, and the work you have done are what make your message powerful.

Authenticity cannot be faked forever.
People can feel when something is off. Real recognizes real. Fake eventually reveals itself.

Coaching requires more than a label.
A real coach, teacher, or leader must have either walked the path, studied it deeply, helped others through it, or carried the responsibility of real transformation.

Craft becomes art when you put in the reps.
Whether it is voice, jiu-jitsu, drumming, real estate, parenting, or leadership, there is no shortcut around discipline, failure, and refinement.

Truth over denial changes everything.
The real work begins when you stop lying to yourself, start asking better questions, and become willing to look at what is actually going on inside you.

Human connection is the future.
In a world full of automation, scripts, templates, and AI-generated noise, the people who know how to connect, communicate, listen, and tell the truth will stand out more than ever.

This episode is about voice, but not just the sound coming out of your mouth. It is about the voice of your life. The voice of your integrity. The voice of your experience. The voice that cannot be copied, automated, or faked.

Real knows real. And this one is real.

Voice by Matt - Ep 100 - 48 Lessons at 48 - A Birthday, a Breakthrough, and Becoming Who You Are

Episode 100 of Voice by Matt is a celebration of legacy, transformation, and truth, recorded on Matt Berthot’s 48th birthday with special guest and co-host Angela Goodman.

The episode opens with playfulness and warmth as Angela flips the mic, interviewing Matt about the biggest lessons from his 47th year on Earth. Together, they explore themes of identity, spiritual growth, ego transformation, money mindset, physical discipline, emotional maturity, and legacy leadership.

Matt shares his most profound shift: moving from his “defense” identity to alignment with his essential self, a teaching rooted in his work with his coach Gene Early. This idea, that the ego and soul must submit to the spirit, becomes the through-line of the episode.

Live guest calls with Gene Early, Josh Kosnick, and Justin Merod bring heart, depth, and validation as each reflects on Matt’s growth and influence. Gene honors Matt’s shift from external to internal reference and praises his maturation in choice and agency. Josh celebrates Matt’s commitment to physical mastery and calls out the impact of tough love. Justin reflects on Matt’s consistency, evolution, and the power of aligned partnership and purpose.

Angela contributes thoughtful insights on abundance vs. scarcity, the sacred friction of relationships, and the kind of spiritual friendships that allow for truth, not just affirmation.

The episode closes with Matt’s final life lesson, a personal benediction:

“The best part of your life hasn’t happened yet, but it’s waiting on your full presence.”

Listeners are then invited into Matt’s 4 signature coaching questions:

  1. What do you love more than anything on Earth?
  2. What makes you tick?
  3. What are your purposes?
  4. Why are you on Earth?

Matt and Angela wrap with laughter, gratitude, and a reminder to claim your truth before your next birthday.

Voice by Matt Ep. 99 — George Washington: Choosing Principle Over Power

In the final installment of the Voices of Freedom series, Matt Berthot brings to life the legacy of George Washington, not for the battles he won — but for the power he gave up. Washington’s decision to surrender his sword in 1783, and later step down after two terms as president, wasn’t weakness. It was reverence, discipline, and a sacred act of leadership.

Matt draws a direct line between Washington’s selfless surrender and the internal letting go we all face. He shares his own powerful moment of release — stepping away from his role as a choir teacher — and how that opened the door to deeper calling, freedom, and impact.

This episode is a spiritual anchor. It reminds us:

“Power without principle is tyranny. But principle without ego — that’s freedom.”

Key Takeaways:

  • Leaders surrender what’s working when it’s no longer right.
  • Letting go is not weakness — it’s alignment.
  • Freedom isn’t a feeling — it’s a choice.

Action Step (July 4th):

Let go of one thing today that’s costing you your freedom — a lie, a label, a role, or a false identity. The open hand becomes the throne.

Final Words:

“Say yes. Don’t shrink. Don’t say no to what your soul is screaming yes to. Be the voice God placed in you. There is no other voice like yours on this earth.”

Voice by Matt - Ep. 98 - JFK's Voice the Courage to Call Us Higher JFK’s Voice: The Courage to Call Us Higher

In the third installment of the Voice of Freedom series, Matt Berthot brings us into the icy air of January 20, 1961, when a young, war-scarred John F. Kennedy stood before the world and summoned a nation to rise. This episode isn't just a history lesson, it's a mirror.

Matt explores the depth behind JFK’s famous call to action:
"Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country."

Kennedy didn’t speak from ease—he spoke through suffering, from a crooked spine and chronic illness. And yet, he cast vision: launching the Peace Corps, defending civil rights, diffusing nuclear war, and setting our sights on the moon. His courage? It wasn't in being invincible. It was in showing up, aligned, clear, and determined to call us higher.

Matt connects JFK’s legacy to every leader, parent, coach, and guide listening. Our voice gains power not from perfection, but from the daily decision to rise—to give more, love deeper, and call out the light in others.

Challenge of the Day:
Speak life into one person today. Tell them what you see. Be the spark.

Ep. 97 – Voice by Matt – Teddy Roosevelt: How Pain Becomes Power

In this gripping second installment of the Voices of Freedom series, Matt Berthot brings to life one of the most defining and devastating days in presidential history—Valentine’s Day, 1884—when Theodore Roosevelt lost both his wife and his mother, hours apart, in the same house.

He didn’t spiral.
He didn’t numb out.
Instead, he packed up and rode west—into the Badlands of North Dakota.

There, in the rawness of the frontier, Roosevelt nearly froze to death, got into bar fights with outlaws, became a rancher, and most importantly, rebuilt himself. His grief didn’t disappear—it was transformed into resilience. It became the foundation for the leader who would later walk into the White House with steel in his chest and purpose in his breath.

Matt draws a raw parallel between Roosevelt’s rebirth and his own:
the early morning runs, the lonely seasons of grief, the decisions to keep showing up when everything seemed uncertain.
“My Badlands,” he says, “weren’t on horseback. They were routine, heartbreak, and rising again.”

Core Lessons:

  • Pain is not a detour—it’s a forge.
  • Freedom doesn’t come from comfort. It comes from resistance.
  • Leadership is born in the places no one sees.
  • The most powerful people didn’t escape the fire—they rode through it.

“True freedom is not avoiding pain. It’s becoming someone because of it.”
“The credit belongs to the man in the arena.”
“We are here not because we’re lucky—but because we didn’t give up.”

Your Challenge Today:
Do something gritty. Something that puts you back in the arena.
Let your body remind your spirit: I’m still here.

This episode is for the ones who have lost—and still choose to rise.
The ones who didn’t run from the storm, but stayed in it until they found the shore.

Share this with someone who needs to hear it.

Because thank God Teddy Roosevelt didn’t give up.
And neither will we.

Ep. 96 - Voice by Matt - Lincoln's Loneliness - Holding the Vision When No One Else Can

In this powerful kickoff to the Voice of Freedom series, Matt Berthot dives into the stormy heart of Abraham Lincoln’s leadership during America’s darkest hour — the Civil War.

Set in 1863, when the country was bleeding and Lincoln stood isolated, grieving the death of his son and publicly mocked by both sides, Matt paints a visceral portrait of what it means to hold the vision when no one else can.

💥 Lincoln wasn’t popular. He wasn’t supported. But he obeyed something deeper than approval — the voice of truth inside him.

Matt parallels Lincoln’s midnight walks to the telegraph office with his own quiet, early-morning battles:
🏃‍♂️ The 4:45 a.m. run
🧠 The solo hotel room before a keynote
🔥 The coaching call that ends with silence but conviction

This episode is an anthem for the leaders, creators, and visionaries who’ve had to walk alone — those who’ve given up certainty, applause, and belonging in exchange for building something that doesn’t exist yet.

🔥 Key Themes: The cost of vision: loneliness, loss, and internal warfare * The real voice of leadership: clarity, not volume * Freedom often starts in silence * Your Emancipation Proclamation is your why — what are you* here to free people from?

“You don’t need to be loud. You need to be clear.”
“Your proclamation isn’t a document — it’s your voice.”
“What are you here to free people from? Shame? Silence? Guilt? Inaction?”

✨ Final Challenge to the Listener:Write it down. Speak it out loud. Sign it with your soul.
Just like Lincoln did.

This is more than history — this is personal. This is Matt 3.0.
This is leadership from the inside out.

📢 Share this with someone who’s walking alone right now and needs to be reminded: the vision is real, even if no one else sees it yet.

🇺🇸 God bless America — and the leaders who still listen to the voice inside.
—Matt

VOICE BY MATT – EPISODE 91: “Empowerment Over Everything” ft. Tarik Williams

In one of the most heartfelt and inspiring conversations yet, Matt sits down with Tarik Williams, a transformative mindset and problem-solving coach whose life changed forever at 16 when he lost his vision. What could’ve been the end of his story became the beginning of a powerful calling — to help others recognize their worth, conquer underpayment, and break free from burnout.

Who Is Tarik Williams
Tarik empowers working professionals to rise above limitation and embrace their full potential. His mission: to help people become who they already are. As the host of the “Speak Your Vision” podcast, he shares real stories, bold truths, and practical strategies for those ready to step into a life of purpose, service, and power.

Key Moments and Takeaways

  1. From Loss to Light
Blinded at 16 by a rare genetic condition, Tarik went from chasing a basketball dream to discovering his real purpose: empowering others through presence, love, and mindset.
  2. Reframing Identity
He stopped introducing himself as someone who “can’t see” and started showing up as someone who helps others see themselves more clearly.
  3. Grief, Legacy, and Light
Tarik lost his sister Dacodya on January 1, 2024. Her name means “friend” — and her legacy lives on in the way he serves others with heart and humility.
  4. Helping vs. Empowering
“Helping someone cross the street is good. Teaching them to do it themselves is empowerment.” Tarik teaches self-trust and independence — not reliance.
  5. Love Is the Engine
What does Tarik love most? Love itself. Love is what carries him — love for his family, his faith, his mission, and the people he’s called to serve.
  6. Don’t Chase Dreams — Live Them
Tarik flips the script: “If you’re chasing your dream, that means it’s running away. My dream’s not running from me.” It’s not tag. It’s alignment.

Quotes to Remember

  • “You are the glass. Pour into yourself.”
  • “My passion is empowerment. It’s how I serve the world.”

Podcast Summary:

What if the spiritual gifts you’ve been hiding are actually the divine spark meant to set your soul on fire? In this transformative episode, I sit down with Brian and Jen Byers, the powerhouse couple behind Savannah Psychics, to unpack the mysteries of finding your voice, embracing your gifts, and demystifying the connection between God and spiritual expression.

Jen opens up about her early psychic experiences, the pain of being silenced by societal and familial pressures, and the profound awakening she experienced during COVID. Guided by her spirit guide “Rabbit” (and yes, there’s a story there), she realized that the messages she had been receiving her entire life were divine whispers meant to be shared. Brian dives deep into his Appalachian upbringing, where spiritual gifts were both embraced and judged, and how he found the courage to trust his voice, even when it meant being labeled a misfit.

Together, we explore the intersection of spirituality and religion, challenging the stigma around spiritual gifts and reframing them as God’s unique calling for each of us. This isn’t about “psychic magic” — it’s about honoring the divine blueprint that’s already within you. Jen and Brian share powerful stories of their work helping others step into their gifts, from healing touch to intuitive knowing, and they don’t hold back in offering actionable advice to help you do the same.

In one of the most jaw-dropping moments of the episode, Brian and Jen provide a live psychic demonstration, channeling messages for potential listeners. This powerful, unscripted moment underscores the authenticity of their gifts and their commitment to guiding others toward spiritual clarity. If you’ve ever wondered whether your intuition is worth trusting, this moment might just change your life.

We also take a look ahead at 2025, diving into predictions that are as fascinating as they are thought-provoking — a rise in spiritual awakenings, societal shifts, and yes, even the increasing presence of non-human entities. But here’s the takeaway: don’t fear the future. Instead, step boldly into it with confidence in your voice and trust in your purpose.

This episode isn’t just a conversation — it’s an invitation to embrace the fullness of who you are. By the end, you’ll not only feel empowered to share your gifts but also inspired to see your voice as the bridge between the spiritual and the earthly. Within just over eight years of transitioning from the blue collar world of trucking and training horses, to the white collar world of finances and training people, she has opened multiple offices and is expanding fast in two countries. She has an amazing team working with her and has the goal of having a licensed agent in every state and province in North America within the next 4 years.

The focus of the episode was on Angela's personal story, and she shared her inspiring life journey, from being a miracle child born after her mother's difficult pregnancies to her unconventional homeschooling experience and early involvement in horse training. Angela also reflected on the challenges she faced, such as her father's temporary absence due to drug-related issues, and the transformative power of prayer in her family's life. Throughout her story, she emphasized the importance of faith and resilience in overcoming obstacles and pursuing her passions.

Angela Bradford revealed that her leadership skills were not inherent but were cultivated through intense training and mentorship, particularly from John Maxwell. She also credits her unwavering self-belief to her parents' support and belief in her abilities, which has been a driving force in her success. Angela reflected on her journey of self-discovery and growth, emphasizing the importance of self-love and discipline, especially after being diagnosed with MS in 2019, which forced her to adapt and grow rapidly.

Matt and Angela engaged in a conversation about their experiences meeting John Maxwell, expressing their admiration for his character and leadership. Ep. 86 - Matt Berthot and Angela Goodman had a deep conversation about personal identity

Matt Berthot and Angela Goodman engaged in a profound and authentic dialogue exploring themes of personal identity, emotional intensity, and the delicate balance between the human experience and the spiritual essence of identity. Angela brought vulnerability and insight, sharing her personal transformation journey and her perspective on the interplay between external circumstances and internal growth. She reflected on how early life experiences shaped her emotional responses, leading to a survival-based identity that she later unraveled to uncover her true self.

Angela shared poignant moments of resilience, revealing her process of learning to react less and embrace love and faith as guiding principles. Her reflections on her past traumas, such as being silenced and forced into conformity, illuminated the roots of her emotional intensity—a trait she now views as a superpower for self-expression. Together, Matt and Angela explored the concept of identity, with Angela emphasizing the need to shed societal expectations and live authentically, even if that means simplifying life radically, as she dreams of one day doing.

The conversation highlighted Angela’s daring spirit, which she humorously described as her “daredevil” personality type, less than 5% of the global population. Her willingness to take risks and embrace uncertainty offered hope to listeners, encouraging them to trust in their own paths. Angela tied her reflections to the shared journey she and Matt have embarked upon, noting the synchronicities in their life transformations and how their partnership provides strength through life’s challenges.

Angela also contributed to the discussion on emotional intensity, offering her perspective on how deeply felt emotions can be both isolating and empowering. She noted how mutual understanding with Matt has allowed them to embrace their unique sensitivities, seeing them as part of their souls’ true identities. The pair spoke candidly about the importance of leaning on faith and love to navigate ego-driven emotions and worldly distractions, with Angela adding that her ongoing curiosity and commitment to growth have been key to her evolution.

The dialogue was punctuated with Angela’s humor, practical wisdom, and grounded approach to life. She and Matt concluded with a shared mission to help others, offering their skills and insights for both personal and professional growth. Angela’s emphasis on using their gifts to inspire hope and fulfillment added a resonant layer to the conversation, leaving listeners with a powerful reminder to embrace their journeys with courage, faith, and love.

This expanded version gives Angela a more prominent role, emphasizing her contributions, reflections, and unique perspectives. Let me know if you'd like further adjustments!

J.J's BIO
A Small Man in a Big Man’s Game
To appreciate the Hero’s Journey that is JJ Birden’s life, you
must first know a few important facts:
 Less than 6% of high school seniors go on to play college
football
 Of the 150,000 draft-eligible college football players, only
253 (less than 1%) are selected in the NFL draft
 The average NFL career is less than 2 years
 The average NFL player is 6’2, 245 lbs.
The odds of making it to the NFL are staggering. The odds of
staying in the NFL are even more amazing. The odds of doing
both are the most astronomical of all when you’re undersized and play one of the sport’s most
physical positions. Good thing JJ Birden never cared about the odds of success.
Despite being the #1 high school wide receiver in Oregon, JJ didn’t receive a single D1
scholarship offer. He was fast enough for sure, but at 5’9 and 133 lbs., JJ was just too small to
play with the big boys. At least that’s what the naysayers thought; JJ knew he was good
enough, and he set his mind to achieving the impossible. All he needed was an opportunity, no
matter how small, even if it meant making his own.
After receiving a scholarship to the University of Oregon for track & field, JJ earned a walk-on
spot with the football team his sophomore year. He was at the bottom of the depth chart and
nowhere near seeing actual playing time on the field, but his coaches and teammates didn’t
know how hard he was willing to work. It didn’t take long for them to find out: JJ became a
starter the next season, his junior year.
But like all long-shot stories and underdog tales, JJ’s trials were just beginning. The remainder
of his college career was plagued with injuries and unimpressive stats. Still, JJ’s speed and
toughness were enough to earn him an invite to the NFL Combine, a yearly gathering of the top
300 college prospects in the nation. Unsurprising to his teammates, coaches, and fans, JJ
dominated the Combine. His performance earned him the 216th pick in the 8th round of the 1988
NFL Draft. That’s when the going got really tough.
A series of injuries and failed physicals culminated in one of the darkest moments in JJ’s early
career, and one of the hardest weeks imaginable for anyone: JJ was rejected by 4 NFL teams in
5 days. He could have walked away from the game and given up hope in spite of what seemed
like insurmountable odds, but JJ didn’t even flinch. Instead, he did what he’s always done when
faced with adversity—he found a way to win.
JJ would go on to play 9 seasons in the NFL (remember, the average career is less than a
quarter of that) despite never being the biggest, strongest or most physical guy on the field.
What kept JJ on the field for almost a decade wasn’t just how he played the game but rather
how he approached every day like it was game day. JJ was willing to put in the work and do
whatever it took to improve.
Now a motivational speaker and performance coach, JJ shares lessons from his life that help
audiences of all ages, backgrounds, and professions realize the most important thing about
success—it is never given, but always earned. JJ’s inspiring keynote presentations outline the
principles and strategies that helped an undersized wide receiver overcome spectacular odds;
the same principles and strategies that can help anyone perform at the highest levels in all
walks of life.
JJ is a best-selling author, entrepreneur, motivational speaker, husband and father. He has
been married to his college sweetheart, Raina, for 30 years and has 8 children (3 biological and
5 adopted nieces and nephews). He and his family reside in the Phoenix area.
JJ Birden is an engaging communicator, passionate presenter, and a leading authority on
helping individuals seize their opportunities in life. Request more information to speak with JJ
and to learn how he can tailor his motivational keynote presentations to empower your group to
achieve greatness.

Ep 63 - Bryan Roark - Chief Champion Builder _ Business Strategist at FLAME Enterprise

Bryan C. Roark has been included in Marquis Who's Who. As in all Marquis Who's Who biographical volumes, individuals profiled are selected on the basis of current reference value. Factors such as position, noteworthy accomplishments, visibility, and prominence in a field are all taken into account during the selection process.

Mr. Roark is currently starting a new chapter in his professional life by parlaying his decades of professional experience into a consulting role as the chief executive officer of FLAME (Faith-based Leadership And Mentoring toward Excellence) Enterprises. In this position, he fills vacant C-level positions for clients, particularly the roles of chief technology officer, chief information officer and chief operating officer, as well as vice president of sales. In this diverse and challenging position, he will provide clients with a wide range of services by filling temporary leadership gaps for organizations, helping them continue with their day-to-day operations so they don't fall behind or miss critical deadlines. Mr. Roark also works with leaders who are struggling to adapt to their positions, and provides them with mentorship and guidance to help them break through their limits and discover new facets of themselves in the process. As Mr. Roark describes it, it is the process of transforming from a manager to a true leader. Another aspect of the work is performing "gap analysis," to develop continuous improvement plans based on the data that he discovers. In addition to his consulting business, Mr. Roark also partners with and supports his wife's company, West Coast Medical, LLC, serving as its chief operating officer.

A storied professional, Mr. Roark has a great deal of experience as a C-level consultant to enterprise organizations in the IT industry. He brings his clients the full benefit of his successful 20-year career in senior executive positions working for value-added reseller IT brokers, such as Mainline Information Systems, Presidio, Vology and TW Telecom. As a value-added reseller/broker for these organizations, he delivered hardware and service/implementation solutions to all points of an organization, from the data center to the end user, in data management, data innovation and data security. Having worked in operational improvement throughout his entire career, Mr. Roark has developed a personal philosophy regarding open communication and leadership, modeled after Former President Theodore Roosevelt. He prides himself on telling it like it is, and he prefers letting his actions speak louder than his words. More than anything else, he is committed to always giving his clients and colleagues the best advice possible, even when that advice may conflict with what they want to hear. Also, in his own words, "Never be afraid to hire someone smarter than you. They can only make you look better."

Mr. Roark served as a combat medic/paramedic EMT in the Army National Guard from 1992 until 1998, supporting tanker and scout units during his years of service. He also owned a personal training business, through which he helped train celebrities and high-profile VIPs in Louisiana. In this role, he created bespoke workout routines and established custom nutrition and kinesiology plans for each client.

Mr. Roark received two Bachelor of Science degrees in business and health care management from American InterContinental University in 2004 and 2005, respectively. In a career filled with highlights, he is most proud of building relationships and leading people to success. He attributes his accomplishments to his strong faith, as well as his willingness to stay humble, his ability to take in knowledge from everyone around him, and the support of his family. A self-described daredevil, he enjoys skydiving, riding motorcycles and training for his pilot's license, which he will have earned by February of 2023.

🎙️🏍️New Podcast Episode: Unlocking Your Potential with Justin Merod🏍️🎙️

Join us in this captivating episode as we sit down with the multifaceted Justin Merod! From martial arts to graphic design, Justin's 42 years of life experiences have given him unique insights into personal growth and self-discovery. 💪🌟

We'll dive into the concept of the Shadow Self, discuss the challenges of becoming the best version of yourself, and explore Justin's passions for motorcycles and fine arts. 🏍️🎨

With over 20 years of martial arts experience, Justin shares his journey to self-actualization and how cultivating self-awareness has shaped his life. You won't want to miss this inspiring conversation! 🔗 Link in bio.

More about Justin:

Justin Merod has spent 42 years on this planet at this point (in this body, anyway), but only recently has he started to create real change and momentum in his life. Born in STL, he has always been artistically inclined, both in the fine arts and martial arts, and both have remained a main focus of his self-expression. Impressively put, he has been studying for over 20 years and is a 3rd generation Bruce Lee student under the Dan Inosanto Lineage, with certifications in Jeet Kune Do, Pencak Silat, Filipino Martial Arts, as well as a Black Belt in Kuk Sool Won, a comprehensive Korean art. He also has a graphic design business named MGA (Merod Graphic Arts) since 2011 that he runs out of his home, as well as a few other things up his sleeve just waiting to come to fruition.

Recently he has spent significant time cultivating awareness around what it means to be Justin, and how that discovery can be used to assist others in their journey. As a result of that process, it has led him to start a podcast so that he can catalog his thoughts and learnings. Part of his journey is deeply rooted in both meditation and breathwork; so much so that he has published a book on Amazon in 2023 to share his thoughts on the possibilities of the practice for everyone. He believes strongly in his personal core values which help him to direct his energy towards people and situations that are generative in nature; a reason he is a guest on this show.

Because a strong mind facilitates a strong body, Justin takes pride in his physical state and has been a fitness enthusiast for a couple decades, waking at the hour of 3am to get his day started with movement at the gym. He believes that with our time on this earth we should strive to honor this body given to us and train it and take care of it properly to be a capable human and serve others. He works out and fuels his body as best he can in pursuit of longevity. He has even created his own personal clothing line labeled “Overshine” to keep him aligned with the universe and its infinite wisdom.

In his spare time, he still practices martial arts and loves to ride his motorcycles, both solo and with his gang of riders, and attends as many sporting events as he can for his nieces and nephews. He is dedicated to his own idea of self-actualization, both physically, mentally, and spiritually, and values others’ opinions of enlightenment.

He frequents the mantra “ever in motion, ever a work in progress”.
