Racism, The Bible, and The American Dream" (subtitled: "From Slavery to Obama: A Frank Discussion, from a Christian Perspective, on Racial Discrimination in America, and its effect of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness") is to dispel any misconception that the Bible condones racism and to point out that institutional racism is not only a social issue but it is a moral issue as well. The book aims to better enlighten the public about the seriousness of institutional racism that does indeed exist in America against minorities today, to reveal how the Bible actually speaks against racism in any form, and to redirect, as many as possible, those who erroneously misuse the Bible as a weapon to justify racial hatred. My motto: I cannot "cure" racism, but in my book I encourage people to stand up or speak out against it when they see it happening within their own circles. If just a fragment of the population begins to do that, then we, as a country, can at least put a significant dent in the racial inequities that still currently exist.

The book is available wherever books are sold and and can be ordered at any online bookstore as well as directly from the distributor. To place an order with my distributor (Atlas Books), click onto http://www.atlasbooks.com, call 1-800-Booklog, or click onto http://www.bookmasters.com/marktplc/03049.htm.

"Racism, The Bible, and The American Dream" (subtitled: "From Slavery to Obama: A Frank Discussion, from a Christian Perspective, on Racial Discrimination in America, and its effect of Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness") is to dispel any misconception that the Bible condones racism and to point out that institutional racism is not only a social issue but it is a moral issue as well.

The book is available wherever books are sold and and can be ordered at any online bookstore as well as directly from the distributor. go to my store to get your grant resource manual http://www.allisoncross.org/#!downloads/c14jl

Hello my name is Allison J. Cross and I have some exciting news for those of you that have been searching relentlessly for grants to fund your businesses, church projects or individual endeavors. One of the main roadblocks to people getting financial help in completing their projects is not knowing where to look for the right investors. Many of you already have proposals written and are looking for the right place to submit them

In this Grant Resource Manual we give you over 145 pages of individuals, corporations, Philanthropists and more that have funds they are giving away thru grants along with a paragraph explaining what type of grants they have available. We have taken the work out of searching for those organizations. Some of the types of grants makers include those that have resources for foundations, nonprofit organizations, and other partners working to solve the environmental, social, and economic problems created by suburban sprawl and urban disinvestment. Grantmakers for the arts, the aging, health, effective organizations, the support of Latino communities. When you purchase this manual you will also be entitled to Part 2 free which will be released in July 2012.

The book is specifically geared towards adult Christians and includes questions about religious beliefs, lifestyle, ex-spouses, family and friends, children, work, finances, money, division of labor in the home, sex and sex appeal, and personality. Questions that help reveal whether or not a person might have a tendency towards domestic violence are also included. The book is most effective when used as an enhancement in pastoral or ministerial premarital counseling but can also stand alone as a self-help book. Many Detroit area church singles ministries are adapting the book.

Over 50% of marriages end in divorce. Christians are not exempt from this statistic. In my book, For Christians who are Seriously Dating or Would Like to Be, I explain that part of the problem is that most couples do not find out, until they are married, which areas in life they and their spouse are non-compatible in.

In my book, For Christians who are Seriously Dating or Would Like to Be, I explain that part of the problem is that most couples do not find out, until they are married, which areas in life they and their spouse are non-compatible in. This is often the case even if premarital counseling was provided.

This book will not only help you to see that God thinks no more of men than he does of women, but this book will also help you to help other women who have lost their faith because they think that God is unfair to women. I've traveled around the country speaking at book signing events in order to promote my books. Usually I'll be given a table at Barnes and Noble or Borders and I'll casually invite people to the table as they pass by. I have a big 18 by 24 poster of the front cover of this book that I often times prop up on the table. The title of this book draws attention, to say the least! Many of the people who are drawn to the table are women atheists. They initially come to the table to speak with me because their first impression is that the book is trashing the Bible. But that's not the case at all. So when they get to the table and realize that what the book is really doing is defending the Bible, some of them become angry... but it gives me a chance to witness to many atheists that I would not otherwise be able to talk to. If you are, or were ever, a church-going woman, then there is a high likelihood that you have experienced some form of male chauvinism or sexism in the church. Some churches are not nearly as sexist and chauvinistic as others, but many churches have some degree of it. God is not a chauvinist, He is not a sexist, and he is very fair in his treatment of women. If you've been the victim of male chauvinism in society or male chauvinism in the church, or if you know someone who has, this book was written just for you. This book
