Owning and managing lakes were very close to having major changes. Three Supreme Court decisions were close to having dramatic changes in ownership, management strategies, permitting, and a whole lot more. Carlton Layne, a retired employee of the EPA, sits down and talks with Troy and Matt on why some states make you get a permit to stock your own pond or lake or even get a fishing license to fish it.
