We are a Bible-based Christian podcast for biological men who need to know that it is okay to be masculine while having compassion as we lead our home, work, and community. Each one of us has a Warrior, a lion, in us that has been stunted by the culture as being violent and abusive. They expect us to be gentle without any masculine tendencies. Our hope is to open the eyes of men that God has an expectation for us, a duty, to be men of God. We are to be fierce as a Lion and to be gentle as a Lamb. We ask God... where are you? The simple answer... He has never left. We seemed to create an expectation for God when things are good or bad. So why does it seem we struggle to see God when things are bad and when things are good?

Progressive painting is all about how easy our foundational truth is painted enough to seem better. As Israel wanted to be like the other nations, our Christian Culture wants to be like the Culture. This episode is much for myself as much as it is for you all. I can fail to remember sometimes that trusting God can be a lack of trust or forcing a will that is not of God. I had been trying to force this ministry to happen when I wanted and not allowing God to prepare it right... In His timing. Have you been trying to figure out the path He has for you? Do you struggle in trying to force things and nothing works out? If you want to know the path He has for you then this one is for you, just know that the path maybe a desert road, unkown, and nothing we have ever expected. God has the plan... are you ready to allow Him to lead and you follow?

Do you hold a grudge? This episode is all about that grudging anger inside that we hold against others and enemies... we say we forgive but we demand justice. As a Christian, forgiveness is not about making them pay the debt they deserve, but giving it to God. When we allow that Grudging flame to fester... it will turn into anger, bitterness, and then burn everyone... burn your life. We will be so focus on that flame that we will miss out on God's Peace, Love, and a life full of His will for us. Let Go!

Grow Up, yeah this sounds harsh! We always got to practice growing up, and others still need to. So many young people have been taught to be young until 18 and then grow up suddenly. Now we have a spiritual immature adults. It is not about a certain generation- this ranges in many generations who have focused on the world over their walk with God. Sadly, our younger generations have been subject of the lack of Discipleship from the church and parents. Many of us will have weakness because of the lack of maturity while we also will have strengths that we can teach. Remember we are in a constant state of growth and teaching.

This is all about Absalom, David's Son, who took bad counsel and convinced the men of Israel he was the better man than his dad. David's Son thought he would be a better king, and worked in secret to get rid of him through bad counsel, but God will still be over things even if it seems bad at the time. Lately, people have been using forgiveness as also excusing their actions... no consequences. This is not what forgiveness means, you can forgive someone but not excuse their actions. Actions can create toxic situations where distance can create healing.
