In depth discussion on Black Lives Matter Movement and death of George Floyd
This episode hits close to my heart. In the midst of chaos & destruction, I invited Dr Sue Carter Collins, who has worked in the criminal justice system for 35 years and taught as an associate professor for 15 years, and we talked about root causes of racism and what can we all do to eradicate this poison from our society. This is part 1 of the interview which focuses on addressing issues of racism and I try to understand her perspective as a black attorney in America who has seen a lot of injustice.
After working in legal profession for so long, she has decided to retire and is now a synergistic healer. She teaches relaxation techniques such as Reiki for spiritual well-being. Since retiring, she has transformed many lives and still continue to do so. We talk about this in detail in part 2 of the episode.

How to master self-discipline
In this episode, I discuss techniques that I have used to combat my own desires and become a self-disciplined person. Motivation is not enough in order to achieve your goals.
"I am not in the mood" or "I don't feel like it?" we often say this to us when we wake up in the morning. In those instances, you try to be motivated or you can try the techniques I have discussed in this video.
That's why discipline and motivation are not the same. Practicing self control by exercising your willpower is important. This means you still work despite of being tired, and to lean into resistance and welcome it with open arms.
That's why emulating these steps in your life are paramount and dependent on you becoming disciplines and, subsequently, successful in any endeavor in life.
