Kettle Talk: Recent Episodes

I reserve the rights to all music that I've written and performed (2007). Now that that's out of the way, these casts are created to stimulate action in our communities. We have sat quietly for far too long. We need to stop attacking each other and figure out ways to show solidarity and support.
This is truly a work in progress, so be nice to me. I am hoping I can attract someone who will share in this particular project with me.

This is a spoken word track I did with Charles Hayes (Bass/Keys - Minneapolis) and Johnny "The Clock" Richardson (Percussion - Nashville). Actually, they wrote the music, sent it to me for lyrics and the rest is history. The intro is in Spanish, but the body is all English. It has a sultry Latin Jazz feel to it.
