Hello Interruption Family! On this episode, we have a very special guest. Meet Abi!!!

Abi is a 2nd year medical student at St. George’s University, School of medicine. She is the youngest of 7. She was born and raised in Lagos, Nigeria. Abi loves to cook, dance and go hiking. She’s also passionate about all things Sickle Cell Disease being a trait carrier herself. Abi’s walk with Christ began while she was still practicing Islam, even without her knowing! She accepted Christ right before her 19th birthday almost 10 years ago. Navigating through that life especially as the youngest child was challenging but God remains faithful! Her favorite scriptures that helped her during that season was “Oh taste and see that the Lord is good” Psalms 34:8 and “For we walk by faith not by sight.” 2 Corinthians 5:7.

Have you ever felt cancelled by God? A lot of us have felt this way before and probably still grapple with those feelings from time to time. Being cancelled by God is just not biblical. "Cancel Culture" is of the world and NOT of Christ. The truth is this: No mistake, No sin can separate us from the love of God! (check out Romans 8:38-39 to to meditate on this confirmation). Join Alexis and Shemiah as they discuss times they felt "cancelled" by God and how they worked those feelings.   Please don’t forget to Share• Like • Subscribe and follow us on Facebook at (https://www.facebook.com/theinterruptionpodcast) and on Instagram @theinterruption_podcast
