Today’s episode is all about pregnancy and who better to dig into the topic with than the expert herself, Lily Nichols, RD. Lily is the author of Real Food for Pregnancy and Real Food for Gestational Diabetes and is so beautifully bridging the gap between the conventional medicine and functional medicine approaches to prenatal nutrition and wellness and empowering pregnant mamas with her evidence-based knowledge.

On today’s episode, Lily shares how she’s married a real food approach to nutrition with her conventional nutrition training and how this has helped her to begin to shift the prenatal wellness paradigm for the better. She also dives into what inspired her to write her second book, Real Food for Pregnancy,  as well as the topics we all have questions about–how to deal with nausea, vomiting and food aversions; food fears, her take on food safety and all those “no-no” pregnancy foods; and a bit on her recommendations for blood sugar testing.

We could have talked to Lily for hours and hours–her knowledge of prenatal nutrition and wellness is expansive, we highly recommend you snag her latest book to hear it all! You can also connect with Lily on Instagram or her brand new website!

Today’s episode is a first for us, but as you may have figured out by now–we love talking about real life and keeping our content true to our hearts and lives! Postpartum health is not a topic you hear a whole lot about in mainstream health or media–at least not a lot of helpful information–yet it’s a chapter in life that can truly make or break your health journey and even your experience as a new mother.

Today we’re digging into a new topic–one that has been a big piece of our personal lives and education with clients, but one we haven’t addressed directly on the podcast yet. We invited Aileen Chen on the podcast, co-founder and CEO of Belly Armor, a company dedicated to increasing awareness about the health risks from EMF radiation and provide simple, effective solutions to reduce exposure.

Aileen shares her story and where her own awareness for this topic began, what radiation is, where it comes from and how it is affecting us, and who is at the highest risk for adverse health issues related to radiation exposure. She also digs into the topic of radiation and pregnancy, an area most would be surprised by. But with all the info, we wanted to make sure this episode didn’t create fear, rather a greater awareness with some actionable info to help you protect yourself and your family. Aileen shares so many ways to do so on today’s episode and really serves to empower individuals and families through Belly Armor’s educational resources and amazing products.

Belly Armor has been a company we’ve both loved and supported for years so it was such a gift to have Aileen on to learn more about the topic of radiation and how to begin protecting ourselves in this modern world!

Today’s episode was so fun and so educational, even for Caroline and I! We invited a dear friend and Director of Marketing for Primally Pure, Courtney O’Connor, to share her amazing non-toxic skincare experience and knowledge as a Holistic Esthetician with us. Let me tell you friend, you are in for a real treat!

Courtney shares how her obsession with beauty magazines and creating spa days for her buds as an 11 year old morphed into an intense passion for creating beauty from the inside out and looking at our skin as a reflection of our body’s internal environment. “The skin is brilliant at revealing imbalances within the body.” On today’s episode, Courtney gives us her take on the oh-so-popular chemical peels and intense facial treatments, what this obsession is actually doing to our skin (the opposite of what you’d hope for) and what you can do to create healthier skin using natural methods like facial massage and non-toxic products that actually work. Courtney also shares her journey with kicking gluten, sugar and alcohol, how it’s brought her so much more than just healthier skin and why she hasn’t looked back (in over 2.5 years!).

This episode is so encouraging and educational and will definitely leave you feeling inspired to nourish your beautiful self from the inside out. Thank you Courtney for sharing your passion with all of us!

On today’s episode, we’re talking about a subject that is quite controversial and incredibly personal, one that most women know little about despite popping it daily–hormonal birth control. As holistic Nutritional Therapists, we wanted to dig into the topic a little deeper in order to help our listeners understand how this all too common medication is affecting women’s health today and the potential long term effects so few are talking about.

Learn how hormonal birth control works within our bodies, how it can affect our physical and emotional health and the common–yet rarely discussed–side effects of short and long term use. When you’re messing with hormones, you’re messing with fire and far too many women are unknowingly dealing with the effects they may not even know are stemming from their use of hormonal birth control.

Our desire for this episode is to begin a conversation about hormonal birth control, not to create fear or pass judgement, but rather to help you to be better informed on a topic that is so rarely talked about outside an OBGYN office and continue to empower you as a woman.

Since there will be plenty of questions, on next week’s episode, we’ll share more about how to bounce back from hormonal birth control, our favorite and incredibly effective natural birth control method and some helpful resources to help you learn more and make a choice that best suits you. Today we had the honor of chatting with a special guest and friend and a new type of guest to the podcast, a copywriter!  Ashlyn Carter is a fabulous entrepreneur, calligrapher and copywriter in Atlanta, Georgia.

Although Ashlyn writes and tells stories for a living, her personal story is truly one of redemption and both physical and mental healing.  After landing her dream PR job out of college, Ashlyn eventually was consumed with an eating disorder, anxiety and depression. This mental and physical struggle was one she didn’t set out to have, but rather at the time, food and controlling what she put in her mouth was the only thing she could control.

But her story doesn't end there—it’s one of dedication, hard work, a supportive husband and intentionally choosing to redeem her story.  She talks so much encouragement and truth in our interview and how she daily chooses to conquer this struggle.

Her message of vulnerability and grace is powerful and we hope her story positively influences many! We can promise you will be captivated by her!

Have you ever wondered if you should be following a gluten-free diet? Or if you are already following one, is it as healthy as it could be? On today’s podcast we are digging into the popular gluten-free label and asking if it’s really as healthy as most think.

To help you understand just how far wheat and gluten have come from the days when Jesus was breaking bread, we’re sharing a bit about their history and how much they’ve both changed over time. Because of this, many are needing to following a gluten-free diet, but oftentimes this new diet can be filled with processed ingredients potentially causing more issues. Today we’re digging into why a “gluten-free” label may not necessarily mean “healthy” and some of our favorite ways to optimize a gluten-free diet.

Whether you are gluten-free currently or have been considering trying it out, today’s episode will help you understand more about the gluten-free food world and eat the foods that will help you thrive on a gluten-free diet. We’ve talked about self-care on the podcast before, on many occasions in fact, because we both feel it is such an important part of a healthy life. The more we learn and the more we practice self-care within our own lives, the more we realize just how essential it is with the positive impact it has on mental and physical well-being.

Today we want to look at the mind-body connection of self-care to begin to understand just how helpful it can be on creating a more vibrant life. We totally understand that some of you listening may still feel a little selfish taking time for yourself, but we know that diving into this topic beyond the “fad” aspect and really looking into how it improves our physical and mental health will give you permission to make it a priority within your own life.

We are talking about the mind-body connection and how self-care plays into it, how to create a healthy self-care practice and a few ideas to help get you started. We’ve also got a fun little challenge for you that will help jump-start your self-care routine. Thank you to the Nutritional Therapy Association for sponsoring this episode! We’ve been talking a lot about creating a non-toxic home on the podcast so we wanted to make sure we didn’t leave out one of the most important aspects, your beauty and skincare routine. These are the products we use daily, that sit on our skin for hours and hours and ultimately find their way into our bloodstream, making their safety a major concern.

Today we’re getting into some of the nitty gritty of the beauty industry with our dear friend and a woman who is passionate about health, fitness and safer beauty, Kate Criswell. Kate is a Managing Director with Beautycounter and is one of the women we go to often with questions about the beauty industry and what’s really going on behind fancy labels and companies upping their “greenwashing” game.

In today’s episode, our big focus and the main questions we put together for Kate were about going beyond labels like, “natural” and “organic,” and figuring out what is really being used and showing up in our beauty and skincare products. We also want to know how to choose products that are truly safer, made by companies who are taking a stand for real change within the industry and doing the rigorous testing needed.

Kate shares what the term “greenwashing” means, why “natural” products aren’t always as safe as you’d think, and why the safety of the ingredients used may be a bigger deal than their sourcing. She’s also got some great resources and ways to help you dig into your makeup bag and learn about the products you’re using and just how safe they really are.

Our hope is always to create conversations about topics that affect our health and share information that can help you make healthier choices within your life. We hope we can continue the better beauty convo with today’s episode and encourage you to create changes that positively impact your and your family’s health! Today’s episode is a challenging one. It was challenging for us to record and it may even be challenging for you to listen to (you may need tissues my friend), especially if miscarriage is a part of your story. We’ve been wanting to do this episode for a while, but speaking so openly and freely about loss doesn’t come easy. With that being said, we’ve both found healing and connection in sharing our own personal stories of loss with other women.

We wanted to start a conversation about miscarriage because sometimes just knowing that you’re not alone, that other women have walked this path before you, can bring an incredible sense of comfort. So today, for the first time on the podcast, we’re both sharing our miscarriage stories, how we grieved and how we’ve begun the healing process in our own lives.

Coming from a nutritional therapy perspective, we also wanted to share some ways to begin to physically and emotionally heal after miscarriage, something that isn’t talked about much...if any.  Because as those of you who’ve walked this road know, healing is a process and each woman and couple’s journey is different.

We know that this episode will reach each woman who listens in a different way, but we hope it’s positive for all. Our hearts ache for each one of you who’ve experienced loss and we pray that you’ll find healing and strength in your own time. Thank you Sunbasket for sponsoring this episode! Today’s episode is Part 2 of our “Creating a Non-Toxic Home” series and we are so excited because this is the stuff that really helps bring this topic...well...home! If you missed it, definitely listen in to Part 1 of the series, the “why” behind it all.

As Nutritional Therapists who talk about this specific topic with clients on the regular, we know that it can be a little overwhelming to get started. On today’s episode we are sharing just how to begin cleaning up your home environment and creating a space that is safe and supports your health. We are sharing the best places to get started and our tried-and-true favorite products and companies who are creating a positive change in our homes and in their industries. From cleaning and laundry to food storage, cookware and water, we’ve got just what you need to know to make the clean swap (we even threw in our fave air purifying plants!).

On today’s episode we are hanging with the beautiful Davida of the Healthy Maven, talking about all things...well, health! We absolutely adore Davida’s take on a healthy life and are so excited to share all her nuggets of wisdom and quote worthy responses to our probing questions.

Davida is the blogger, podcaster and You Tuber behind the Healthy Maven, a multi-channel health and wellness platform helping women to live healthFULLY rather than living for their health. Today we chat with Davida about how she got started with blogging and how her struggle with body image and obsession with all things healthy has lead her to a pretty incredible place within her own health journey, one that has allowed her to create a food and healthy living philosophy that we can all get behind.

Davida shares her take on stress and overcoming the “hustle culture”, how to create more balance and time for self-care and what her furry companion is teaching her about life. Like we said, we are smitten over her take on the healthy life and know that you’ll be encouraged by what Davida shares with us today.

Today’s episode is something special. I think we both agree the story of transformation that our guest shares is nothing short of miraculous, but not because of some random happenstance, but because of a desire to live beyond her circumstances and cultivate an environment for her and her family to thrive.

We invited Marilee Nelson, co-founder of Branch Basics, to join us on the podcast and share her incredible story of healing. Marilee shares her journey from a very ill young adult told there was no hope for her unknown condition and she’d never conceive, to overcoming the odds using food as medicine and finding the healing power of a non-toxic environment. With a child damaged by illegal pesticides, Marilee shares how she learned first hand how chemicals and pesticides in the home and daily environment impact the growth and behavior of a child and how making proactive changes to decrease exposure changed their lives forever.

It’s really hard to put into words just how impactful this episode will be on those who listen. Her story embodies courage, bravery and what can be done when you challenge the status quo and dig deeper to find answers and understanding to the health problems (both known and unknown) that are plaguing families today.

Whether you are a college student, pregnant woman, new mom, career woman, empty nester or anyone living in today’s world, this episode is for you. As we uncover in today’s episode, ignorance is far from bliss, especially when it comes to your and your family’s health. We hope that Marilee’s story and passion will serve to inspire you to make simple, yet life changing actions that will positively impact your health and those of generations to come.

We’re finally doing it, digging into the nitty gritty of environmental toxins–the cold, hard facts about chemicals within the beauty and skincare industries in the US, ways these chemicals get into our bodies and how they reveal their nasty little side effects and affect our health.

The episode is not for the faint of heart, we definitely go deeper than usual and use some big words, but we break it down, explain the buzz words and connect it all to real life (like how it affects babies in utero, how you experience their effects and more).

Our goal is not to scare you, rather to empower you to be an advocate for your own health, to be able to make decisions that affect positive change within your health journey and create more balance and beauty within your life. No stress, just steps forward. Know better, do better, right?

Today we are honored to welcome our sweet friend and fellow Nutritional Therapist, Amanda Koch of My Well Balanced Life to the podcast. She’s a passionate real food lover, military wife, mama and a woman with a story of great loss and incredibly beautiful gain.

Amanda shares her story of multiple miscarriages and how her faith and the knowledge she gained from holistic practitioners changed her health and her journey in an incredible way.  Amanda opens her heart to share her story, not to talk about herself but to help other women through a difficult time in their lives and talk about a subject that maybe isn't talked about that much.

We chat both the emotional and physical stress of miscarriage, how her husband encouraged her through every step of the way and how nutrition and non-toxic living has played a huge role in her journey and beautiful family!

So for some of you listening, this may be a difficult episode to listen to and for some this may not exactly pertain to you.  But, chances are, everyone listening has known someone who has gone through this struggle or will know someone in the future, so we hope this is encouraging to everyone.

You will love Amanda’s genuine and heart-felt approach to the topic of miscarriage, so grab the tissue box and get ready to be encouraged today! Read Amanda's complete story of miscarriage and her rainbow baby.

Thank you to the Nutritional Therapy Association for sponsoring this episode. We are really loving this whole “simplifying” craze that’s happening in the world right now because as you know, we are all about being more mindful in life—your stressors, messes, what’s draining you, what’s filling you up, how food makes you feel and so on.

We believe that you need to be mindful in order to know what and how your life needs simplifying, but figuring out how to actually put this into practice can be a challenge. We totally get it. The thing is, it’s not necessarily about doing more or less, but more about doing the right thing. So on today’s episode, we are giving you 10 ways to simplify your life—from cleaning out your closet to checking your email less and a few more good ones in between. Maybe you’re kicking butt at a few of these, but other areas are leaving you overwhelmed or exhausted.

We challenge you to put one or two of the points to practice in the coming week. And since we love to give you ways to make what you learn in the episode as actionable as possible, we have created a free download that’ll help you kick butt at #4, one of our favorite points from this episode.

As the weather begins to brighten up, we find ourselves with a hankerin’ for some entertaining. A long table set up outside, some fresh flowers and your favorite cocktail. Sounds lovely, right?

The fact of the matter is that entertaining can oftentimes feel a tad bit overwhelming and stressful, but we don’t think it has to be that way. Today we’re hanging out with the fabulous Lauren Kelp of LaurenKelp.com talking all about a less stressful approach to Spring entertaining.

From simple strategies like having enough seating for your guests to hang and relax to creating a playlist to set the vibes, Lauren shares her entertaining philosophy and how she hosts without all the fuss and stress. One of our favorite aspects of her philosophy is her focus on creating community, breaking bread together and maybe even making a new friend of two, not so much about presenting the perfect table scape or menu.

This is the perfect episode to help inspire you to get your favorites together for some much needed laughter, community and delicious eats!

You can find more entertaining and simple living tips from Lauren over on LaurenKelp.com, Tablemakers and Instagram. Welcome back to another episode of the Colorful Eats podcast! This week we’re getting all deep and philosophical on you and you’re going to love every second of it. Because we’re giving you permission to take a step back from life, sort out the “busy” and create healthy ways to recharge and take a breather from it all. In fact, I think we even make “the hustle” look a little uncool.

We live in a time where, “I’m so busy”, is something just about everyone utters at least once a day. But is all this busyness really doing anything positive in our lives? Is our joy and our relationships suffering because of how “busy” we make ourselves?

In today’s episode, we challenge the “glorification of busy” and offer up 8 strategies to lessen the fluff and noise in your life, creating more time to do what you love and more opportunities to bring joy to your life. We’re also giving you permission to be YOU and we think that’s pretty powerful. Plus, we’ve got five action steps to help make it real for you and challenge you to take steps forward.

We’d like to ask that this week, you share the podcast with a friend or two who may need a little recharging of their own. We’d love to be a little light in their lives!

If you missed last week’s episode, Part 1 of our detox series, go back and listen to Episode 27 before listening to today’s episode.

In "Detoxing Your Life Part 2," we are continuing with the theme of looking at detox through a whole body lens and diving into external detox. Your external environment—the products you use to clean your home, your beauty and skincare routine, the sheets you sleep on, stress, even toxic relationships—can all add to your body’s toxic load and even cripple your body’s natural detox superpowers.

The good thing is that we have the ability to make simple, intentional choices day to day that can help us clean up our external environment and encourage gentle, daily detox and create more balance and joy in our lives.

Today we’re talking about 6 environmental areas and how to clean them up using lifestyle hacks and safe, non-toxic products. We put today’s “Action Steps” into a free download that’ll help you put everything you (as well as Part 1) into motion in your own life. Click HERE to download our Detox Action Steps. Today is the first day of spring and we thought this was the perfect time of year to talk about detox since most of us have the natural urge to purge the junk in their lives and take on the new season with a healthier flare this time of year. What do you think about when we say the word “detox”? A juice cleanse? Expensive supplements? Restricting animal products? A sort of “punishment” to help get you into those skinny jeans?

Yeah, that’s not really our style.

On today’s episode, we’re re-defining detox. Because society has made it a little crazy and even harmful. We forget that our bodies should be detoxing all the time—sadly with all the life stressors, normal detox properties aren’t happening as efficiently as they should. We dig into how we approach detox with the whole body in mind and how you can create an atmosphere and lifestyle that naturally encourages every day detox.

We also get specific with our top 5 favorite areas to focus on for internal detox and give you steps to take to create better health and balance in each.

And we’ve got a little freebie for you too! We think this topic is pretty darn important and we want you to be able to focus in and make our recommendations a reality in your everyday life. Because a healthier you is a happier you and we kind of dig that. Click HERE to download our Detox Action Steps. We also wanted to do a fun giveaway to help get more reviews up in iTunes. As we mention most weeks, reviews and subscribers help other awesome people listen in to the podcast each week. To enter to win a FREE Beautycounter Protect Stick Sunscreen, head over to iTunes and write a review telling us what you’re loving about the podcast or how the podcast has helped you in your health journey by Sunday, March 27. In other news...we received a review in iTunes that absolutely made our week! Amanda wrote a super sweet note and here is what she said...

“A couple of years ago I remember I didn’t want to start listening to any podcasts because I thought, “I’m not going to have the time to keep up with this!” but something I recently wrote about was how we have time for what we make time for. Where are my priorities? Something I definitely have time for is learning. Bettering myself. Being uplifted. Encouraged. Resting my eyes in this world of social media, while my brain stays active. This podcast meets those criteria in a fun-over-the-interwebs atmosphere. Do yourself a favor and relax during your chore time, or maybe you need an epsom salt soak while making some new podcast friends- either way, give these ladies a listen!”

We absolutely love hearing from you so if you have a moment, head over to iTunes and tell us what you’re loving most about the Colorful Eats podcast.  Thank you so much for the glowing review Amanda!

Today we are talking about what it means to be a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and how you can be an influencer without ever going back to school! This episode is a little different than the usual. Today we are digging into what we do as Nutritional Therapy Practitioners and what that title actually means. Each week we share about different health topics and lend our expertise as Nutritionists so we want you to understand a bit more about where we come from, why we approach nutrition and healthy living the way we do and what we love most about working with clients.

We’re also giving a bit of business advice, that I’d say could apply to just about any career path. ← You might be surprised what my advice is!

Not only are we giving you a bit of an inside look into what we do, we’re also sharing why we think being an NTP may be something that could be a next step for those who have a passion for real food and healthy living but aren’t quite sure what step to take next.

We understand this won’t be for everyone so we give some encouragement to those who are passionate about natural living and creating a healthy lifestyle, but aren’t necessarily ready to jump ship on their current 9-5.

You don’t need schooling or credentials to be an influencer, so we are sharing some of our favorite books that you can read to educate yourself for the best! As well as a fun business opportunity you can do without going back to school!

In today’s episode, we’re diving into a topic that we consider the “ultimate form of preventative health” — preconception nutrition!  This episode is one of my favorites so far. It’s serious, it’s deep, it’s encouraging and it has the potential to be life changing for those in this beautiful stage of life.

No, this isn’t an episode on sex ed, rather on the powerful impact good nutrition plays on creating a human. In today’s episode, we interview Kim Schuette, a Clinical Nutritionist, certified GAPS practitioner, owner of Biodynamic Wellness and board member with the Weston A. Price Foundation. Kim shares a very beautiful and mindful take on making babies. From what foods to eat and what to avoid to optimize fertility (in both men and women) to the importance of supporting emotional health and creating immense love between both partners, Kim shares her incredible knowledge and encouragement for couples planning to conceive.

What I love most about this episode is the change in perspective that Kim presents on preconception preparation. Her wisdom is a gift and we are beyond excited for you to listen in on this episode.

We understand this topic can be a touchy subject for many women so we hope that today’s episode will bring some light around this subject and encourage your beautiful heart.

If the thought of making a baby has got you running for the hills, can we ask you to share this episode with someone in your life who may benefit from the information? Maybe a couple who has been struggling to conceive, the newly weds in your life or even those just dating...it’s never too early to start nourishing your body for game day.

We understand that oftentimes this topic needs a little extra support, so we want to remind you that as Nutritional Therapy Practitioners, this is one of our favorite areas to support in our practices and we’d love to support you on your preconception journey. In today’s episode, we’re breaking down 8 common nutrition myths and giving you real life, doable suggestions to help drive the truth home and create more balance and nourishment in your life. From why fat is actually one of the healthiest things you can eat to the truth about whole grains, we’re breaking down the hot topics that tend to confuse us right into a box of donuts.

January is a month where you hear a lot more health and nutrition commercials, blog posts, ads and the like that are usually full of recommendations that can actually go against our desire to get and be healthy, despite our best efforts. This isn’t because they’re trying to scam you, but a lot of old and debunked info is still being taught that just isn’t doing our bodies any justice.

In the words of our favorite reality TV stars, Chip and Joanna Gaines, “It’s demo day!”

Can we be candid with you today? Our dream is for this podcast to grow and reach hundreds of thousands of people worldwide to help encourage our listeners to create and maintain a balanced, well-rounded approach to a healthy lifestyle. But the bottom line is that we can’t do this without YOU and truth be told, we wouldn’t want to. You are why we do what we do. You are why we LOVE what we do.

Did you know that pediatric cancer is the number one leading cause of death in children under the age of 15?

Today we have got a really special guest, a fellow NTP and total #momboss, Season Johnson. Season has an incredible story of making beauty from ashes that will bring you to tears, so get your tissue ready friends.

Season shares her story with us about how her son Kicker was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia at the age of 2, a diagnosis that would change their lives in ways they could have never imagined, and how nutrition has played a massive role in how well Kicker has done. Nearly 3 years into treatment and this Momcologist has figured out how to bring hope to families struggling with this impossible diagnosis using real food and alternative therapies.

Her non-profit foundation, KICKcancER, was created to educate pediatric cancer families on how to support their child’s body to help them THRIVE throughout treatment, helping families improve their well-being and quality of life. On this week’s episode, Season shares different ways families can get involved and how you and I can support this incredible movement.

We want to ask that you SHARE this podcast episode with a few of your loved ones or anyone you know who is dealing with pediatric cancer. We believe that if all of our listeners share with just a few people, we can spread the word on this incredible movement and bless many with this information.

For more information on the KICKcancER movement, please visit their website, Facebook page and Instagram.

Continue to Part 2 Do you need caffeine in the morning just to show up to life? Are you reaching for coffee and a sweet treat around 3pm every afternoon? Are you dealing with allergies or food sensitivities? Sugar cravings got a tight hold on you?

Missing that energetic version of yourself more and more these days?!

If you answered yes to any of these questions, you may be dealing with adrenal fatigue—chances are if you are a busy person living in this modern world, you might have weakened adrenals.

This week’s podcast episode is all about a super hot topic...adrenal fatigue! We’ve broken this meaty topic up into a two part series so that we could dig a little deeper into this syndrome that so many are dealing with, but not many people are aware of.

In Part 1, we are talking all about the adrenal glands—what they are, why having healthy adrenals is insanely important for a healthy and balanced life and why so many people are dealing with adrenal fatigue today. It’s important to know and understand the signs and symptoms so you can start taking action in your own life so you can thrive (rather than just survive).

Next week, in Part 2, we’ll dive into what to do if you suspect you’re dealing with adrenal fatigue and how to take action in your own life plus lots of simple and natural ways to snuggle on those precious little glands.

Because adrenal fatigue is something that looks so different for everyone and bio-individuality plays a huge role in how you approach supporting your health, we are offering 15% off any of our Wellness Packages or consultations to those listeners who want to dig a little deeper and work with us one-on-one. We would absolutely love to support you on your health journey!   Download in iTunes.

On today’s episode, we maneuver through the difficult topics of food-shaming and judgement we may give or receive about food choices, how we can conquer the fear of being judged by others for how we choose to eat and how we can be more mindful in our food-life and practice giving grace to others who may not eat like us.
