Christian men today are being put to sleep by a comfortable world and a more comfortable brand of Christianity. These broadcasts are about exposing the systems creating the perfect storm to keep them from awakening to the kingdom of heaven on earth, and then helping them to find and follow the real Jesus in to the most fulfilling life available on earth.
The church of Laodicea in Revelation 3 suffered from an environment of wealth, power, and security that led to an illusion of greatness which did not exist. Cultures of wealth and security always end up living an illusion, and are the worst possible environments for the apathetic sons of Adam.
The worst possible environment for men spiritually is one of wealth, power, freedom, and comfort. That was the environment in Laodicea that made them illusional, and their deeds lukewarm, and it is the environment we have enjoyed here in America since the Great Depression. It is part I of the perfect storm that has gathered to render men in Christedom numbed to the great adventure of following Jesus Christ.
