In the midst of this pandemic there is quarentines and lock downs, Social distancing and make shift field hospitals constant reports of death flooding the television and our timelines.
With all of what s going on its not surprising to hear about the mental strain that some are going through but its the mental strain that we dont hear about that should concern us more.

Man, this coronavirus foolishness has got everybody on lockdown. social distancing is in full effect, we have to make sure that we keep our distance from our fellow man. Phil has been going through withdrawal because there's no sports to watch..I have to admit that it even had your boy down for a little while.
but I'm glad to say that I didn't have to go to the hospital and I'm back on my feet and I'm ready to get back on this podcast grind!!

Its a 4 part mini-series that exposes the breakdown of our justice system during the trial of five young african amercans also known as the central park five who were wrongfully convicted of the rape and beating of a white female jogger in 1989.
I was an emotional mess after watching but its absolutely worth it I highly recommend it if you havent seen it.

There are a lot of hurtful things that we as black folk have to deal with everyday from the ever popular clutch purse to the fear of getting pulled over by the Police. Of these the most hurtful is the realization that no matter where you are, how much money you have, how you dress, talk or act...some people will still only see you as a Ni***r.

Honestly, the answer is not as simple as some may think and believe me it has more to do with something other than the game being on.
