Rebecca Dawson is an International Speaker, Author and Channeller from Perth, Australia. As a guest, Rebecca and Rhonda speak candidly about consciousness, sacrifice and more.
Rebecca, thank you for joining me. I know you are coming miles away so please take a moment to introduce yourself and let us know where you are located.
Hi, my name is Rebecca and I'm joining from Perth in Western Australia, on the other side of the world from where you are; it's nighttime here.I think 2020 has changed how some of us are doing things. So normally, I'm a channeler and a speaker. I run workshops and tours and I go around the world and speak to people about what's happening with consciousness and how it's shifting for us and how our experience on the planet is shifting. This year for me, I'm at home and I'm playing from home and connecting with people from home, which I think is an experience many of us are having in this year. And just finding new, interesting creative things to explore with consciousness.
You've said a couple of things that I think my listeners may or may not be familiar with. So if it's okay, let's dive into a few of these words that you said. You said you were a channeler. Tell us what that is.
I think, different people have different ideas about what channeling is. Sometimes we say that it's bringing through something that's beyond us or a higher consciousness than what we are and delivering it through our expressions into this world. I sometimes artists say that they channel beautiful artwork or writers channel certain pieces of wisdom or, or some beautiful privates. For me, I'm a voice channel. So for about 20, 25 years now, I've been bringing through information about earth and humanity and how our reality works and I do that through lectures and I write books and I run courses and workshops. So as a voice channel, I never know what we're going to be exploring or talking about. I love answering people's questions and I always learned to expect the unexpected, but it's a real privilege and an honor to be able to do that because I'm always understanding things in a deeper and richer way.

Today's topic is all about you and some interesting perspectives that I would really like for you to consider. Let me ask you a question. Have you ever had someone in your life who made you feel very, very tired when you're around them, perhaps really drained, depressed, sad, less than excited and happy. We all have had those people in our lives. My next question is how do you feel when you spend a lot of time with that person Do you feel like, Oh my God, I can't wait til they go home. I can't wait till I go home. Oh my God. I feel it. My life is over.
I'm going to guess you said yes, because we've all had those people in our lives. We have all had those people who are draining because all they do is they groan and they moan about their pain and their past and their spouse and their life and their work and on and on and on. So, now let me ask you a question. Do you have someone or some somebodies in your life that when you're around him, her or them, you feel excited? You feel like there's opportunity. There's possibilities. That's because they believe in you. They respect you and they want the best for you. Now, I hope that you have some people in your life like this, because I know I do. And if you can identify this person or people in your life now, I want to ask you, how does it make you feel
How do you behave when you're with these people? Do you feel like there's possibilities? Like I just can't wait to get on my next project! LikeI can accomplish this task; and where you know, it's okay to step outside my comfort zone that way, because I do have a cheering crowd and a bunch of cheerleaders! I do hope that you have somebody like this. Now I'm going to take a moment and talk about what's going on, in what we'll call "reality right now". So, we are approximately, four months into this pandemic thing and everywhere you look, there's something on the news. It's constantly about the pandemic and the Corona virus and how bad it is and how many people are sick and how many people are dying. The podcast today is not about the politics. That's not where I'm going.
Your thoughts, your beliefs. They belong to you. I'm not here to change them. I don't want to change them. I don't care. What I do want to bring to your attention now is when you watch the news, are you watching it once a day, twice a day, do you have it on 24 seven In other words, are you being informed or inundated? And when you watch the news, I don't care what station that you watch. Again, that's your choice, your preference. I'm not here to debate that today, but I do want to ask you to think about this. Whether you're informed or inundated, and I want you to consider becoming aware of how you feel when you're watching this information. Are you feeling sad? Are you feeling depressed? Do you feel anxiety, worry, fear, doubt? What are those feelings that you're feeling from the news?
Are you excited? Do you want to get on board with the negativity that's happening? Do you want to stand up? Do you want other people to hear your voice, your opinion? How is the news making you feel? Okay, let's go back to the very first scenario I asked you about, if you have a friend or a group of friends who make you feel tired and exhausted and perhaps sad or depressed when you're around them. How often do you let these people into your space? Yes, I did say how often do you Let them into your space Because guess what It's your space, your bubble, your choice. So, how often are you allowing these people or person into your space? Now, What if,… what if you cut that down into a quarter of the amount, how would that make you feel? Would it have the same impact or effect on your daily life or weekly
I'm going to guess. No. Because now you don't have the weight, the pressure of this person or people or group that make you feel sad, depressed, fretful, anxious. What would happen if you made a choice to say, "You know what, I just can't do this right now".
Motivation is a perception and perception is everything Change how you look at the world and the world looks different
The glass is 1/2 empty or the glass is 1/2 full. Either way you are right, The only difference is whether or not you are focused on a positive or negative outcome.
Motivation definitions:
The general desire or willingness (of someone) to do something: It is the reason (or reasons) for acting or behaving in a particular way
Today, my intention is to not just help you get yourself motivated but to understand why you are not motivated
If motivation is (according to the definitions) the reason you want to get up and take action, and you find yourself unmotivated to take action, you may want to consider asking yourself WHY ? Why do you want to get up and take action? Why should you get into action?
The term action simply means getting into motion by doing an activity, task or something there of, you are move forward and making progress Sir Issac Newton said, “An object in motion will stay in motion, an object at rest will stay at rest”
Consider this; if you are not moving forward, you are stand still or worse yet, you are going backwards.
In the grand scheme of life, the goal is to grow by moving forward. If you are going staying still or moving backwards you are at the very least stuck.
So, how do you know if you are moving forward and making process in your life and how does this correlate to motivation?
I’m glad you asked. Since motivation is derived from willingness or reason to do something or behave a certain way, you need to understand what drives you to take action.
What goals do you have for your business and life? Is there a purpose for setting the goal?
Yes, I said purpose. You need to know why you set that goal in the first place. That reason is the back bone to your mission.
*I once worked with a women who’s sole purpose for starting a business as an independent consultant was to have money so her family could go on vacation ( they were planning a minimum of 3 trips that year) We would have check in calls periodically to see how she was progressing. Each check in she would have a reason why things were not going well. Long story short, the family did indeed go on vacation and the only impact of her not reaching the goal was very minimal.
It’s not uncommon for entrepreneurs to set money goals. What I think is amusing is the “I want more money” statement. That’s when I hand out a penny and say “there, mission accomplished
Let me back up for a moment …
The way I was introduced to the concept of mission and purpose goes like this: my mission in my life is ultimately linked to my legacy - It is the big picture of what I desire to accomplish and contribute to the world. It is way bigger than me and it might not be accomplished in my lifetime. My purpose is the reason behind my mission.
For example my mission is to inspire and empower 5 million people to become the best version of him/her self. To feel confident, self assured, to experience all the fun, freedom and fulfillment they desire and learning how to do so with little or no guilt or regret. Learning how to Love life, not just live life
My purpose (the reason) is because I desire to make a positive impact on this world. Knowing that it’s up to me to Be the change I want to see. So, I’ve chosen a very special niche to work with… mompreneurs. Women working a business from home around their family. Why? Because Moms are the nucleus to the family and children ore the next generation. So, for me to have the biggest impact, when I can help mom improve her communication skills, gain control of time and emotional management, it will naturally and effectively ripple into the family and into society.
Will I know for sure if I impact 5 million people … probably not. But if my my purpose is strong enough, it will ensure that I take the actions I need to fulfill my mission.
Good or Good?

StopBreathe in slowly, hold and exhale slowly ( specifically, in for 6, hold for 3, out for 8)Ask yourself is it really that bad?Did I have (Do I have) control of this situationIf yes - take controlIf no - say this our loud: It is what it is"

Rhonda and Lisa have a candid conversation about chakras, empowerment and women.
In this episode, we will talk about how to set the right goals for you so that you can live a Fit and Fabulous lifestyle.
Simply stated, a goal is merely a desire that you have that is made with clarity and precision and attached to a deadline. In order to feel like you're, genuinely moving forward and making sufficient progress in your life, it's crucial that each goal you commit to pursuing play a part in driving you in a forward direction
Visualizing a goal is more important than having all the answers about how it's going to actualize. Take for example, the first stage in the construction of a house is the creation of a set of plans that shows end vision of what the house will eventually look like. Without this set of plans, it will be impossible for those involved in building the house to know what the end product should look like.
If you don't have a clear vision of what you want to accomplish in life, you could end up spending years, going around in circles, committing to things that you don't care about, and frustrated with the world in general. People who aren't actively working towards a goal or a vision in life will often experience life as being meaningless and directionless.
A meaningful vision for your future can be as simple as making a difference in the life of one other person, or, it could be impacting the world on an enormous geographical scale - and everything in-between!
Goal setting allows you to take control of your life's direction and also provides you with a benchmark that can be used to determine whether you're making progress towards these goals, or whether you're not.
There is a simple five step process to help you go beyond setting the goal and achieving it. Understanding these steps will allow you to set realistic goals that you can confidently accomplish.

What an appropriate title for this episode, airing only a week before Christmas. The holiday season can be very stressful for many people.
How many of the following stressors are you (or did you) deal with over the holidays; Family commitments, school obligation, shopping for the perfect gift, spending over budget, arguments, traveling, cooking, animals, etc.
In this episode, I share with you the audio from a recent master class I taught to a group of Mompreneurs. The title is "5 Simple Shifts to Help You Love Your Life", where I share with you ,what you need to be the winner of your own race.
Your 1st shift is Awareness.
Are you aware of where you are, here in the present, now, aka - reality? Are you aware of who you are being, how you are behaving? Are you aware of the multiple areas in your life that impact the way you life your life?
Before you can begin to make changes, you need to figure out what is working and not working. You need to be aware of all the elements that come into play when designing your life.
Elements such as:
Health & Fitness
Money & Finance
Business & Career
Recreation & Play
Service & Contribution
Personal Development
Relationships
Environment
2nd shift: "Integrate Integrity"
The degree of which you integrate the standard of high integrity, will determine the quality of your business life as well as you personal life.
How do you want to be remembered? Would you like for those you leave behind to remember you as someone who reminded them of Mother Theresa or Ghandi or someone more like Ebenezer Scrooge (before the spirits made a visit on Christmas Eve)
3rd Shift : Make a Decision
Did you know that most people don't get what they want because they don't know what they want? And even those who think they know what they want, never really get what they want.
Things like procrastination and fear keep you from taking a chance on yourself and living a life you deserve. In this episode, you'll learn what exactly is responsible for you being afraid.
Your Secret Weapon: Responsibility
Do you or someone you know, tend to blame, complain or justify about anything and everything in life? Do you tell a sad story to anyone who will listen? If you do, be careful. Why? Because every time you blame, complain or justify :
You give away your personal power
You become the victim
You become a living, breathing crap magnet.
Tune into this weeks episode to find out why this is so bad for you.
Your final shift is "M&M" .
This is short for Mastery with a Mentor. A mentor will provide new ideas and accountability to promote a healthy and balanced lifestyle. A mentor will keep you accountable and help you master your time and emotions.
Be sure to listen to the full episode. You'll hear more details about the simple, yet powerful shifts that will hep you redefine your work - life balance and live the life you love!
Just in case you don't have time (right now) to listen, I'll give the the gift here:
If you enjoyed this weeks episode, be sure to share with 3 more.
If you didn't like this episode, that's okay too.

Dawn is the founder and owner of Dawn Wiggins Therapy and Help Towards Hope. She knew she wanted to be a psychotherapist at the age of 12. She can distinctly recall making that decision, at a time when her parents first separated. That watershed moment ultimately led her to earn her master’s and specialist degree from the University of Florida, specializing in marriage and family therapy – a systems approach. Dawn was attracted to this approach because it taught the philosophy that when one part of a system changes, the entire system is changed.

Elly Molina, an educator and psychic for over 38 years, teaches children and adults how to develop intuition through mindfulness and intuitive heart exercises, which develop and enhance compassion and emotional maturity. She gently instructs children to love, honor, value, and respect themselves and others. She teaches parents and children the importance of speaking responsibly and choosing words consciously, always guided by the power of intuition. She has appeared on ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX, and in The New York Times. In 2015, she was a featured speaker at the International Remote Viewing Association (IRVA) in New Orleans. In her book, a resource for parents and educators, Children Who Know How To Know, children are taught a new paradigm for speaking and seeing the world, so they won’t be one of those children who grow up and need to recover from their childhood. This book helps shape the future of our children and create conscious awareness of the daily use of language, its impact on our thoughts, emotions, perceptions, and life. At a time where bullying and violence are increasing in our school systems, this book guides us away from a future of violence, towards one of compassion, conscious choice of thoughts and actions, and a new way of treating ourselves and others. Elly is the mother of 3 fine men. In 2008, she relocated to Washington State from New York, with her youngest son and aging mother. She taught at a private school and was the co-founder and co-creator of an Options Program for Elementary Education. In 2012, Elly created her company, Beyond the Crescent Moon. She currently provides intuitive consulting, while continuing to build the educational component of her business and her passion for working with children and their families. Elly holds a Masters Degree in Linguistics from NYU. She has lived and taught overseas. She is the author of the illustrated children's book, Annabelle and the Domino, and excited about the release of her new resource guide for parents.

Anna is a native of Asheville, NC. If anyone knows anything about the heart of Asheville, it is that to survive there you pretty much HAVE to be an entrepreneur. Anna’s core
At an early age, Anna discovered Microsoft Paint, fell in love, and knew she would become a “computer artist”. She was the President of her first company in her home office by the 4th grade, it was the Marilyn Monroe Fan Club, where she and a few of her best friend were the members.
A little further down the road, Anna also realized that the antetdote to a bad day was shining a light on and lifting someone else’s. So her life motto became, If I can make even one person’s day a little brighter, lift even a small load from their back, then I’ve done my job…
While these are all seemingly unrelated, the worlds end up having more in common than she could have ever imagined.
She’s a single mom with 2 boys, 11 & 5. In 2014, in a moment of absolute divine flow, she accepted a position for a company in Morrisville. She picked up her life, her kids and moved to the Triangle area. In the two years following, she continued surrendering to a life navigated by God. She pursued her dream of becoming a coach, and at the beginning of 2016, when she walked into her first day of coach training, Anna knew she found her life’s purpose. Anna is a web designer/graphic designer by trade and started Durham Creative Co. in April 2016 where she has continued to grow her clientele. She has the good fortune of maximizing her coach training through the creative coaching she offers her clients.

Ever since I can remember, I have loved creating art. As a child, I was different than my other family members because I was very shy and sensitive; they were sociable and outgoing. I did not fit in. As I grew, I discovered art was my friend and healer. I learned that it is okay to be me. Teaching and producing art is my gift to offer as a service to others. Since creating art gives me strength and well-being, I have made it my life’s mission to help others find those as well. Recent research has shown that the arts: fine art, music and dance, have a tremendous effect on our neurophysiology. Harvard University and University of Florida are now offering Art in Medicine (AIM) graduate courses. Stimulation of the brain through creative activity has made tremendous strides in healing patients who have been resistant to other treatments. Hope, stress relief and peace of mind derived from creating and appreciating art all combine to rejuvenate the soul. In 2010, I created and published my first coloring book for adults, Creative Meditations, Coloring Book & Journal. I discovered “Moving Meditation,” and it forever changed the direction of my work. Coloring, walking and knitting bring one to meditation through moving. With this book, I also included affirmations that I composed and lines for journaling to make it a great tool for meditation. I ensured that it would be “purse size,” so it could be enjoyed at any time. In 2013, my niece was bullied, developed PTSD and had to defer college for a year. My thought was, “Why does my sweet and kind niece have to suffer?” I created, The Bully Book, Coloring Book & Journal. I felt it is the bullying child who suffers the most. We live in love or fear. A person with bully behavior statistically has tremendous fear and uncertainty in their life. It crosses every economic divide. I talk to children at the Broward Sheriff Office who are in a special program for first time offenders. I created The Mighty Mind Coloring Book as a basic coloring book to strengthen our mind. Also, it is a powerful healing and de-stressor for caregivers of all kinds. My next project, Postcards to Color offers one the opportunity to color on your travels, send a card and have the receiver color or color, send and frame. I am currently working on another tool for healing purposes. Stay tuned. Coloring heals. Try it!

Cindy is a U.S. Army Veteran and Mom of 4. Two boys, Two girls 19 year span of parenting. Life's ups and downs are everywhere. It is all how one deals with that moment. Easy? absolutely not. Child hit by a car, auto accident causing personal health issues, parent death causing turmoil in the family, learning challenges with the younger two creating the homeschool path. My favorite reward so far is my grandson. I wished 6 kids on his dad just like him growing up when at that point in life he was my biggest challenge. That one grandson is 3 of the 6 easily. Oh yeah, bankruptcy, divorce and domestic violence part of the ride. Next chapter is empty nest. This will be interesting!!!!

Adding these powerful experiences to a BFA in painting and ceramics created an opportunity to open up a whole new world for her which married the healing arts and fine arts. Avery powerful session with a business hypnotist was the catalyst for her experiential teaching. She quickly realized her next steps would be to become certified as a business hypnotist and SCT business coach. All of the skills and techniques acquired over the years from her experiences and education play heavily into the ability to apply two very powerful worlds as a way for someone to experience the most amazing version of themselves, and to create the peace and balance so desired by us all. It is a powerful tool for dramatically improving the quality of your life. The result is a real and tangible experience of confidence and self empowerment.
